My experience here was great. I bought a bed frame and couch, and was helped by Rick. I originally came in a month before my purchases to look at furniture and get ideas for my apartment I was moving into, and that’s when Rick gave me his information. Throughout that month Rick responded very fast to questions and helped me out on what furniture they have in stock/out of stock. He also helped suggest certain items that would go best with my apartment. He has a great eye for interior design and gave me great ideas on how I should create the aesthetic I wanted for my place.The day I came in to buy my furniture, Rick gave me the best deals, and was super patient with me. (I was there for almost 3 hours and he didn’t rush me at all) He is so amazing and kind. Thank you Rick. 5 stars to Beverly Hills furniture. The service is great, and the furniture is that boujee luxury aesthetic that I love. I will be coming back here to get more furniture !

This place is a horrible store to buy furniture from. They are dubious and not straight forward with prices.Hidden charges all the way.I got a sofe set and dinning set ,on arrival at my home I discovered the leather was torn and I told them to return it apparently it was display that they brought to my house. They brought another one the next day after two weeks the couch had gone down on one Side,I called them and they came. Seven months down the sofa had totally gone down! I called the store,the guy that picked was so RUDE with his tone, he told to go and look for carpenter to fix that they can't do nothing, that they don't give warranty or repair on their furniture. I said give me number of the factory I will pay myself but he bluntly refused . My generation can never patronize this store if they are still in existence.

My cousin and I went to this place TWICE and was told two different prices for a bed we were inquiring about. We decided not to get the bed but get the night stands and dresser. A curly haired women was extremely nice and tried her best to get us a good deal. But, unfortunately she had to keep asking a lady name Giselle and she would not go down on the price even though we had the money IN HAND. She wanted us to pay over 3k for 2 night stands and a dresser. So we decided to try another store and we were able to get the 2 night stands dresser AND RUG for a little over 1k. This store is a scam and they are very very rude. They do indeed have beautiful furniture but they are NOT the only ones who have it. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought from here alots of furnitures, thier customer service is horrible, they are trying to charge you extra, after i agreed with the price, sign the bill and got out, they called me that the chairs is not included in your delivery, as you didn't paid, i had those chairs on my invoice and paid for it but didn't brought my 2 chairs, they are charging you extra and very confuse about thier price, especially this girl GISSELLE she is horrible and try to charge you extra. First they will warm you up with thier good behavior but after they got you than thier behavior change and fight with you, don't deal with this people in this store. Thier prices are also very high compare to other places.

I stopped by Beverly Hills furniture to see what this store had to offer me because I was in need of multiple items and my god was I glad that I stopped by. First off everything in the store is beautiful. I mean eye catching and right up my alley lol. Once in I was helped by EMINE and must I say she is the BEST. The young lady with the beautiful smile. She was able to accommodate me with multiple items at a great price. She is very sweet and listens to what you say you want. It was a blessing for me that she was there. Before you sign anything in this dubious store make sure you ask for the breakdown of your payments. Amina asked my mother to sign her purchase without informing her she added $180 for delivery, $245 for synchrony bank charges but told her it was interest free. The manager is fully aware of what happened and defended her when questioned why we were not informed. You will get cheaper prices of their furniture else where. Imagine selling acme coffee table for $799 and the same exact table sells for $450 on Amazon. Prices are cheaper in other stores. We canceled an item that has not been delivered and the manager said we would lose 35% of total prices. You deserve a zero star.

I literally drove from San Antonio to this store. I walked in & immediately felt like I was in Hollywood. I was greeted by Franky with warmth. He didn’t approach in an overly seller manner but instead the kind of conservative, professional approach that I thrive. Franky was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and utmost respectful and attentive to me & my spouses needs and desires. I’m living with what I came for. I found the his place on Facebook and I literally love everything they show on Facebook! The furniture is so elegant and classy! Frankie has been awesome throughout the entire process, he was honest and straightforward, very helpful and went over and beyond to help me. I’m three hours away from Houston and their warehouse is closed on Sundays, Frankie went out of his way to ensure I’d be able to pick up my couch from the warehouse on Sunday. The couch is absolutely gorgeous!! It actually looks better in person than online, amazing quality. They have gained a longtime customer! I can’t wait for my next purchase! Y’all go check them out.

I was looking for a white and gold bedroom sets,everywhere i search I didn’t like what I see ,until one day I saw Beverly Hills Furniture on Instagram I saw the one that i like.I texted no one replied I was worried until Rakan I pretty sure that’s his name replied to me I was so excited . Too expensive. Went to buy a lamp in there last year. Told me it inexpensive price but they didn't have a box. So I stopped by the other day just to see if the lamp was still there. It was but the price doubled. I think they are going out of business. Too bling bling and way too expensive.. Now they have a 70 percent off. The Lamp is still there and still jacked up. The day I pay for a lamp that cost over $100 it better come in a box

I enjoyed shopping at this store. The Customer service is A1 and staff members were very friendly. We were able to find and purchase the chairs we needed with ease. Look guys, this my 3rd time me and my girldfrind going to that store, i jave bought. Sectional with a marble table 2 years a go, and they still brand new, the material that the furniture made from is un belivable it last forever, also i wanna thank bale for helping us out, he is very nice and i definitely recommend him to anybody.

Moving can be stressful, especially when you have to buy new furniture for the whole house but Rick made it such a pleasant experience!
