Ok so let me just say: I LOVE BI-RITE! Whew! Now that I've gotten that out of the way... I've been a repeat customer of this furniture store at different phases of my life and each time I'm supremely satisfied. I've purchased the 3 room bundle for my 1st home move-in, the bunk bed set when I became a mom of my precious baby boys; of course when they were old enough for bunk beds, my dining room set & the most recent purchase: Which I'm about to wow you all with the experience now. Sooo here it goes: STORYTIME! I decided to go "Window Shopping" for some bedroom furniture right? No intention AT ALL of purchasing same day! Lol wellllll I was greeted at the door by HOLLYWOOD, who was absolutely amazing. I told him what I was looking for and I walked out with everything I desired & MORE being delivered a few hours later! I stay in Katy and the items were delivered, setup & I was sleeping in MY BRAND NEW bed on top of a wonderful new PREMIUM mattress that night. When I say the entire staff delivered an exceptional experience the entire way through, I'm not exaggerating. Hollywood & Ivan thank YOU; you both made magick with those numbers & I'll DEFINITELY be back.

Like a typical single guy, I waited until 2 p.m. on the day I was having family over for dinner to buy a dining room set. With dinner at 6 p.m., I walked in and was immediately helped by Hollywood. I made a quick decision on a really nice set with a very fair price. From there, I didn't have any way of getting the set back to my house, and was worried I'd need to get a rental van and would have to put everything together after lugging it upstairs. Bi-Rite solved this problem with their delivery and setup service. I was concerned that they wouldn't make the tight deadline, but they were at my house within about 30 minutes of leaving the store, and the table was completely setup by about 3:30 p.m. The dinner party went great! And its thanks, in no small part, to Bi-Rite Furniture for working with my situation and standing by their word. And that's how you get a 5 star review!

Don't waste your time here. Staff is extremely unprofessional, belittled and lied to us repeatedly instead of correcting an error they made. What we brought home wasn't what we purchased and they refused to fix the issue and gave us the hardest time. They took no accountability, the warehouse blamed the sales and sales blamed the warehouse. They refused to drop off what we paid for, unless we paid a delivery fee. There's no manager we could speak with. Horrible place.

I bought a sofa set and my bedroom set from there. Probably the worse decision ever. I haven’t had my furniture for 8 months and my couch is broken and was poorly made when we took it apart to fix it. The drawer on my dresser is broken and things came apart on my bed frame. I will NEVER order from here again. For the simple fact that everything supposedly has a 1 year warranty but you have to haul everything back to them to get it fixed. What a waste of 4,000.00!

I came in and got the best greeting and best service from Ivan and the process was seamless! I am happy with my choice and the best thing is they offered same day delivery! If you are looking for affordable, quality furniture definitely give them a shot! They also offer financing which doesn’t take long either and with this economy it is super helpful! Thank you Ivan!

These guys seemed like good people but after dealing with them for the last month I have changed my hypothesis. This place has significant issues delivering standard orders in the agreed upon time frame. This is just a FYI for everyone to be careful..

Amazing selection, great staff. We bought a table and despite it taking 5 hours to assemble the set, it looks pretty sturdy as well as beautiful. Will definitely buy more furniture from this company. 100% worth it. Lots of unique options too.

Tavo was my salesman for today and he was literally the BEST! I’m so glad we came in today and he got me approved for a new sectional and it’ll be delivered this Thursday!!!!! He has the BEST customer service and hygiene (lol)
