I own a small retail florist and this company SCAMMED ME. They lied and promised a free trial as a promotion because they needed florists in my area. I used this service for ONE DAY. They sent me cheap orders, under my requested minimum and out of my requested delivery zone. I cancelled the following day verbally and by email. Then they tried to bill me for months of “advertising services” that we never discussed and I never agreed to. They continued to HARASS ME and call me and send me random bills all at once. They were nasty and rude over the phone!! I never signed any contract so I ignored them and they left me alone. Nothing from any collection companies because they were legit scamming me and using scare tactics. Use flower shop network instead. They have real customer service people based in the US who are kind and helpful.

Buyer beware!!! This is not an actual florist. They are just a person sitting behind a desk and computer without a flower in sight. They will take your information, charge you fees and then pass along the information to a florist who will actually make your arrangement. They also charge that florist fees to accept the order. They lie and rip off the customer and the florist who will make your arrangement. Do not be fooled! Make sure the florist you call has a regular phone number, not just a toll free number and a physical address in the area the delivery is to be made. Call a real florist who has an address in the area where you want the delivery to be made.

DON'T DO IT !!! This company will fee you to take orders, force you to buy their products ( vases, baskets, chocolates) at full price only to send you low volume orders not amounting to labor or flower cost. They have a 100% money guarantee back which means people can cancel anytime ( even weeks) after the arrangement was received regardless of the circumstances. They fee if you don't confirm in their time, fee for each order reprint and fee for paying you. Their prices are unrealistic and whatever issues arise with customers, the bad ratings go against your company website not theirs.

I own a florist and had been affiliated with Bloomnet for several years, until end of 2017. For any Florist looking for a wire-out company, this is not the one you want. They do everything in their power to keep from paying you and you have to fight for every penny. My shop has delivered flowers, only to have Bloomnet call afterwards to cancel the order and refuse payment. I wish there was an option to reflect "0" stars.

Scam ..all florist Watch out I received two checks almost $2700 from them and after 3 weeks they stop the payment !! I spoke to 10 people trying to get my money back then they told me to speak with Tony and this guy literally steal my money I couldn’t get my money back,, I need someone to call me from this company ASAP or I’ll put you on Facebook Store ID S0980000

What I received was not even close to what was ordered. Instead of roses speciality chocolates, and a teddy bear I received carnations, a tiny cheap green teddy bear and a bag of Hershey kisses. I was so embarrassed at my work when this cheap garbage showed up as a 15 year anniversary gift from my husband. Do Not order from this company

The worst of the worst. Very shady. You can sign up with a phone call but to cancel you have to send them a letter saying that you want to cancel your subscription. They don't tell you up front how much money you have to pay them in fees . They add options without asking first or they ask you but they wont tell you how much it cost

This company offers awful service to florists. They scam you out of your money and send low cost and volume orders only to charge you an arm and a leg. Horrible services for customer and florist.

I had to give 1 star to leave a review… this place wired an expensive order to a defunct florist & refuse to answer for it. BEWARE! I have reported to BBB!
