I can't express enough how happy we were with our fresh flower/plant arrangement and customer service at this shop! From the design to the delivery. Misha was able to make us exactly what we wanted and even more beautiful than I ever imagined!!! I was discouraged from having this arrangement made at another shop because... Florist said "you know this is gonna be expensive and you know these roses will not last because there's no way to keep them in water." Well, let me tell you.... Misha figured it out, made it work and gave me alot of great advice. The roses looked gorgeous for more than a week and the plant will be with us for many years to come. When Shaun, a friend of mine in his 40s, died unexpectedly this past week, I did a quick search for a nearby florist to send a condolence floral arrangement to Shannon, his grieving wife to let her know that our family was praying that God would comfort her, I found the highly-rated Bloomshop. I'm glad I did. Not only were they easy to work with, reviewing my carefully crafted message of support, but even texted me a picture of their impressive floral creation. My sweet daughter was not her cheery little self, so I wanted to brighten her day. I called Bloomshop 20 min before they closed and was able to place an order for the very next day. I explained what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful!! It was beautifully put together and they don't skimp on the arrangements!! She even sent a pic of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. The arrangement was definitely worth the price! My daughter LOVED it! Just found our fav flower shop!!

Have shopped here twice. Both times I was helped by Alex. On Valentine's day, she was able to recommend a great bouquet and despite the chaos in the store from the busy day, she was very calm and helpful. On another recent visit, it was near closing time but she was vey helpful and did not make me feel rushed in any way. She helped me make a good choice for the occasion. After trying several on line companies and visiting four other local shops, we found this gem of a shop. Needed flowers for a funeral service in under three hours, delivered. The young lady that assisted us knew her business, and in just a few minutes we had a beautiful arrangement ordered. It arrived to the service early, and the price for the great service was more than reasonable. If we ever need flowers again in San Antonio, we will here first.

I needed a last minute flower arrangement for my daughter, who was turning 15. I needed something with 15 roses of course.. The lady at the shop was kind, knowledgeable. She showed me some arrangements that she could get done on the spot. She did a great job . Took her less than 30 minutes. My daughter loved her arrangement. Price was fair. I would definitely recommend bloomshop to anyone. Roses were super fresh.

Truly amazing staff and quality work! A online flower company canceled my order without telling me and I called Bloomshop a couple of hours before they closed with a huge order. I emailed them pictures of what I needed and they recreated everything flawlessly. I am forever grateful for the support and professionalism they gave me that evening. The Best and Friendliest Place and Staff for any accession. I went from a Rush Delivery to changing my Order three times in two days. Then I changed the Delivery Location and time frame three times on the day of Delivery. Not once did they complain and accommodated the time frame. I live in Dallas and needed flowers delivered to a gravesite in San Antonio. This is a difficult task to accomplish emotionally and they did a great job being compassionate with me over the phone! They delivered to the gravesite for me and then texted me a picture so I could see it! Wow! This staff and service at this shop is amazing! Truly saved me when a competitor shop didn't have time to deliver my mother's birthday bouquet and advised me of that at 4pm of delivery date! I was in the shop for a few short minutes, just browsing, and the girl behind the counter, Catherine, came over and helped me out. She was really sweet and ended up talking me into buying a bouquet of roses. Catherine was really helpful and attentive, and she seemed to be working very hard to make sure my flowers were perfect. If it were up to me I'd give her a raise!

The spray i ordered was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. It was made exactly as I ordered. I ordered over the phone and the young lady I spoke with was lovely. She was very professional and assured me that they would take care of me and they did. I always order from one of the well know company's because I'm use to seeing commercials. Love love love this florist. I got a Thanksgiving centerpiece after receiving a beautiful bouquet for my October birthday. The did well with the fall colors and the flowers lasted quite a while. They have better hours than most flower shops. They had an eclectic mix of flowers and they have all the add one that go with buying flowers. They do have a worker there that can make an arrangement of what you'd like and they also have pre made arrangements if you're looking to pick and go. Helpful staff.

I have not yet used Bloom’s service; however, I was on a mission to look for Bonsai Juniper and Blooms was one of the places on my list. The fell in love with this marbled like bonsai pot. The price didn’t sit right with me.
