I would rate them lower if that was an option. Terrible customer service. Queued for 20 mins when we are finally seen to they start doing the work for another customer who was behind us in line leaving us to wait further. It's ridiculous unprofessional and just rude. 4 assistants and only 2 customers and still such a long wait. Besides waiting they really need to learn how to talk to people, not just frown and disparage. Will never come here again.

Nice venue ample parking ...not to buisy and congested coffee bar nice payed it a visit. Spent some time in pik n pay buying stuff i seriouselly by my mistake stood in a.express isle .cayerung for 10 items and under i was confronted by a very rude couple making a mould out of a mountian. I have a physical disibility. Stroke idid read the sign above so this couple lashed out at me .otherwise i enjoyed my shopping. I am from chatsworth

Clean, easily accessible with Pick n Pay as an anchor store. Also great to have Mica, The Crazy Store and a busy coffee shop. All banks there, together with a service station and Virgin Active. Only down side is perhaps a shortage of parking - probably a good sign if you own a business there. I also like the fact that it is clustered around with smaller retailers and service providers.

It's my place to shop. Very convenient stores, clean ,friendly service, pleasant environment, amazing deals at Pick n pay n Pep. I was surprised about the beautiful ,strong quality of clothing at Pep n vast quantities too,excellent service at the tills n good on the floor for assistance. Over all wonderful experience.

Oh where do I start, from the friendly helpful Car guards, to the sweet Securities who greet you with a smile every day. I love how I don't have to wait in the queue for more than 10mins or even 5. The ever so clean toilet There's even a Virgin Active there with an INDOOR POOL!!! …

All the shops that I love to shop in is there.Its alway a pleasure to walk in to clicks and shop love the specials, and there is certain product I only shop for at clicks. Love Sheet Street there's always new things that draw me in there staff also very friendly and helpful.

The mall is nice, never really busy, ample parking and located in a decent area of the bluff. However the mall lacks originality as some stores are already at bluff towers, I personally think one of the malls should introduce additional stores instead of duplicating them.

The mall is beautiful with stores for groceries and takeout. Resturants and health and beauty. The big supermarket is pick n pay next to Clicks. There is no undervover parking and its not too safe but there is security present. Its quite small for fashion shopping.

Haven't been to the PicknPay in while ,loved the new set up for cashiers but it's a little confusing with no signs saying express ,or for the elderly or baskets only or even trolleys only,but it good to see that their appliances section having and wider range.

Nice place to buy groceries, clothes, you can also find restaurants and pharmacy. Parking space is available for all types of vehicles. Parking space is monitored by security personnel and entrance is by boom gate. Tends to be crowded during peak hours.

My go to place, I have never experienced an issue with various stores I have visited, friendly staff especially and it's well kept, parking too is amazing and safe, you can do your shopping, banking, or visit the restaurants and enjoy with ease.

Love the little coffee shop/restaurant. Great breakfast place. The mall itself is very clean staff are friendly and the shops are a bit more upmarket than the mall with checkers. Also far less crime here than the other mall. I shop here weekly.

Great mall, with a very wide selection of well known chains. Very clean and overall easy to navigate. The only issue with this mall is lack of parking. I will sometimes avoid stopping there due to a visable queue of vehicles trying to get in.

It is a really nice place. Has the essentials, good for when you need to be in and out quickly. Plenty of parking space, no covered parking though. Easy to locate for people in the bluff and surrounding areas. The Mall sits along Tara road.

A nice small mall that you can get everything you need from. It can be a wuick in and out during the week but weekends can be chaos and parking can be a nightmare. In general, thr car guards are on top of it and the mall is well kept.

Popped in for a few minutes and the small was about to close. Most of the regular famous shopping brands can be found at the mall. I was pleased with the overall appearance, cleanliness and security visibility.

First thing you notice off the cuff is the free parking, with access control. As a woman, this makes me feel confident to shop with peace of mind. Has a Good variety of stores incl PnP.

I hate going there! People on the Bluff disregard street signs in the parking area! Where it says stop they just drive, one way, they go the opposite! Disgusting! The shops are fine!

Bluff Hillside Mall has been standing for longer then 20 years and is an iconic feature to the community. The mall is loved by many locals from the bluff and neighboring communities.

Easy parking. Houses one of the best Virgin Actives around. Also good for a treat, is the Fishaways. Fun fact: this land was previously the home of the famous Bluff Drive In.

Nice cosy little mall,you can some of your essentials. There are banks, Pick n Pay is the only grocery store then there are quite a few restaurants and Virgin active gym

Nice shopping centre with several places to grab something to eat. Love Alfresco café inside the mall. All the shops one might need as well as banks are situated here.

Always a pleasure to come to this mall. It's always clean and kept up to standard. I would only like for more parking space as it gets crowded on weekends fast.

Quick service and all shopping facilities in a walking distance of each other. Ample parking and visible security. Three major banks are also available there.

Small convenient stores where there's not too much walking. Plenty if parking space with good car guards.There's access to many places that is much used.

Its OK. Decent, Clean but too many people lingering around the entrance to the mall. Not good for people who don't like large crowds.

Best mall in the Bluff area, store variety may be less compared to Bluff Towers but it's a much more pleasant place to be.

Can’t find parking. And if you do, you will be lucky if your car is still there. Dirty, and a complete waste of time.

Good for basic shopping (grocery, drug store) and access to banking. Nice small mall to have in a residential area.

I'm always there it's convenient, parking is available but toilets open late, at least they can open them at 6:40am
