One of the best place to hangout with friends, family, and your loved ones. it is one of the newest mall in the city. No cinemas here but there is a variety of food spots Almost every brand is available in the mall including almost every food joint.. This mall features good shops selling typical items like Nike, Adidas & Puma, on the other hand there's Woolworths & Checkers for groceries. It is a good place for males also, shops like Sportscene, TotalSports, Identity, Markhams ect. You have varied option of food starting from Romans Pizza to Mac Donalds to Spur outside the mall on the ground floor as restaurants where you can dine with your family or friends. I still prefer instore shopping instead of online because I can see what I'm buying & the risks are not as bad as shopping online especially with credit card fraud. Elements like lighting, scent and material textures significantly influence visitor behavior and spending. Varied design elements, from strategic lighting to an indoor oasis atmosphere, enhance the overall visitor experience. In big shopping malls all goods are available. But unfortunately they are also often crowded and one has to stay in long lines. This doesn’t happen in small shops. But on the other hand, they don’t offer such a wide variety of goods.

Concerned about safety. Place is clean and well taken care of. But the queue in front of the wimpy was very scary. Young, strong, guys all cluttered around. I didn't know what was going on. Most of the people were Not wearing masks and definitely no social distancing. All one on top of another. How can management allow that. I didn't stop for my usual wimpy breakfast because it was too scary. When I got off, two guys were eyeing my cell phone and no car guard came nearby. I was scared to death because I was accosted here last year. The centre managers should be observant and take quick action to control crowds or ask the store they're waiting outside to do something.

The mall itself is nice, there is a lot of variety in terms of shops, there is lots of parking available and it's not too big of a mall, but the toilets are in a horrible state and in desperate need of upgrade, the cleaners do their best but there's only so much you can do when most of the doors the close properly, every second light doesn't work, the inside of the toilet bowl have stains, the seats are just worn out, soap dispenser sometimes works, and only every other tap works. The escalators are fairly new but out if order every other month, lifts are also regularly out of order especially the on on the left

This is a lovely middle sized Mall with lovely shops and friendly, helpful people. The main store is Checkers which is huge and beautiful inside. Lovely goodies in side for sale. The Mall really has nearly every shop for everything you need and want. I only gave 4 stars and the reason for that is because the only sets of toilets for men and women is on the furthest part of the Mall in relation to the shops. They are also not visible at the end of the very long passage as there are no indication where the toilets are.

Its a shame of what is happening in this mall. I go to the mall using a moped so I don't need much parking space as I only have a few items to buy. I have done this for many years. And now suddenly my wheels is being clamped and was expected to pay R300 to release it. No car guard warn you and new signs is put up in places you can't see them. Its a scam from management and for this I will not support the place anymore. I have emailed them and no reply. Many people has become victims to this daylight robbery

It's one of my favourite malls which being close to home caters for 80% of what one needs on a day to day basis all wrapped up in one mall. Its hosts some really good specials from time to time and draws a large crowd from all around. Let's face it, if it never catered for the needs of those in and around the area, it wouldn't get as full as it does, which in itself is indication of its serving its public purpose. Big up to you Bluff Towers, you can only fo from strength to strength..

We went to checkers to buy few things and the fact that there was no electricity ,we had to ask for cash back o no till as atm were not working. We waited for 30 mins to get cash back while we were told to wait until the supervisor come and help out. We ended up not getting any help, we were very disappointed. Bluff mall checkers please help people who are in need or do acknowledge if you can't than waiting forever

Always Loved Going there but It gets quite crowded and Pep is always super busy. And taxis stopping in front of the entrance needs to be sorted. Have had some rude encounters with some staff members. But then I've had se Good encounters with other staff members. In All honesty I'd say Judge by the days you go there not just one experience. Because you can get the best of both worlds.

Super dangerous when raining, all the entrances get flooded and are very slippery. Even being careful doesn't help. All the mall does is put out slippery when signs. Why not fix the problem. There are grip chemicals that can be applied to the surface. This is not a new problem and I hope that anyone who hurts themselves holds the mall liable. Please fix the problem.

A variety of nice shops, however, parking is always a nightmare with no proper entry and exit flow points. The public transport parks wherever they want, causing even more of a backlog. The center is also overly crowded most of the time but it is kept clean well. I do find that the upstairs parking is more secure and way easier to move in and out of.

Parking is shocking and getting out of th3 top parking is a nightmare because uou have to drive to the main entrance... And it's a constant flow.. How the hell do they expect people to get out... They should make an exit as well by the top parking entrance. Mach Donald's customer hold up all the traffic too.. It's horrendous... Very bad planning

Very convenient shopping, strategically located for those who want to do last minute shopping before heading to the Brighton and Ansteys Beaches. There is free parking which saves money in this economic downtime. There is also two petrol stations nearby to fill up the tank after your shopping. Virgin Active is about 500 metres away

The parking is usually very busy in the afternoons and queues along the road to get into the parking. During loadshedding the pick n pay inside and debonaries have generators, whilst most of the other stores have to close their doors. It's neat and tidy with couple of clothing stores and a nice little cafe on the inside.

This centre has consistently improved over the years and remains clean, relevant and modern, with all major outlets represented, along with some other "once off" stores. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult (on the ground floor) but lots more parking can be found on the roof. A great shopping experience!

The mall is convenient as it has ample shops to browse through for all purposes. The parking close to the mall can at times be too full but rooftop parking always has room. My only problem is the elevators I do not feel safe while using them as many people have been stuck in them. Overall good experience.

Too many smokers at the entrance near Panarottis, the mall needs to address this issue along with the freelance "Uber" drivers hassling people on the corner near Wimpy. Other than these issues, once you are inside the mall all is usually great, wide selection of stores, please take a buddy with you.

Lovely shopping experience! Has all the ATMS a John Dory a Woolworth a few spice shops and off course Checkers. Telekom. And MTN and Vodacom and Cell C are all in there. Wimpy Pannarottis Roman's and recently a curry place too. Always busy but still spacious enough. Clothing stores are there too

Visited this mall whilst on holiday in Durban, a very beautiful and clean place with majority of the famous named stores and eateries. A pleasant place to do ones shopping will definitely recommend this mall to anyone visiting Durban. Plenty of parking available and even a garage nearby.

Parking inconvenient and maintenance and housekeeping of the amenities was appallingly poor. They need to fix the toilets and lifts. Parking space is to small with all the pillars and tight corners it is very badly designed and already had people opened the doors on my car a few times.

Not a fan of the Checkers shop, and never have been. This is largely due to the checkout. 25 tills and only 3 are ever open. It creates chaos, long queues, and unpleasant when navigating the aisles where tills are open. Very, very annoying! I avoid shopping here as much as possible.

The location, the place, the convenience, the service are great, full of great people.... Across the road they is a park, family friendly...lovely location, she'll garage and BP garage are part of the surrounding, McDonald's, nandos, wimpy are part of the location too.

Fast and efficient service, I was able to find what I needed quickly and easily. Parking here can sometimes be a problem but there is enough space but when its busy it gets full. All covid protocol measures were being enforced. Mall wasn't busy and was nice and clean

Complaint I will defnetly lodge when u fill up ure tank and make sure everyone I set for long raod back to jhb u are told in a rude manner by the lady manager the toilets is for staff only SHELL I am very disappointed that we where told to use restrooms at the mall

Checkers for me was always The mall! I've used to like this mall the issue here is the parking since Uber and taxi drivers take most of the parking as reserved which is NOT right and they have attitude about them which ends up giving checkers a bad feel.

The bluff mall is very convenient for friends and family all that we require are available to us, its full of entertainment, shops for adults and kids, food but the security needs to be improved as the parking is always isolated and not enough parking.

It's always busy but otherwise the mall is pretty decent, the staff are kind and friendly. The security is sharp, very few reported robberies and carjackings. The mall is laid out nicely and upgrades every few months getting more exciting each time.

Beautiful shops well set... easy maneuvering... the only problem is the lack of Capitec Bant ATM's outside Mall building as other Banks... the negative part was to find all FNB ATM's not working and that happens mostly at month ends..

Love spending time at the Dutch club Flea Market. Prices are very reasonable. Always enjoy walking between the different stalls. Visit this place since it opened years ago as an auction, enjoy to see it grow into what it is today.

Medium size kind of mall. Offers a good diversity of shops to all tastes and preferences. The customer experience could be better if maintenance improves and an uplift in the look and style of the mall took place.

Needs to be a bit more organised with the parking. Too many people obstructing the flow of traffic. No emergency lighting during load shredding so you have to use your cellphone to see where you are going.

Staff in this garage is fantastic. On the day of riots I was impressed buy the boss coming to ask me if I have been attended although same time they ran out of petrol, I was so lucky IAM using diesel.

I like that they expanding , more shops. Checkers needs a bit of an uplift, cleaner , it's only nice by the entrance an bakery, do something like a Super spar example. As it's a really nice shopn cntr

It's a nice quiet mall, the only downside is it's limited stores, your rage, refinery which are expected to be at any mall are not there for example but all in all its a very nice peaceful mall

Nice and clean. The shops are smaller than the big malls but they have all you need. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare especially on pay day weekends but not worth taking a star away for.

The Festive Spirit has arrived on the Bluff. We'll done to the management for creating the Festive vibe. The centre has really undergone an amazing transformation. Lots of stores added.

Zero entertainment except for Go Bingo (slots). Good veriety of food places though and a selection of other retailers. Good for shopping but not to kill time and have fun with kids.

Took the Kids to Milky Lane and it is always a pleasure, from friendly staff that are so patient while the kids chop and change their minds. It's always a treat to go there.

This is a weird Centre There are no towers for starters. Parking is very strangely laid out and where to park is a secret. But there are some very good shops there

Parking is usually fairly easy to find. The parking area has potholes, though, and is badly in need of resurfacing. The centre is always clean.

Only parking is issue for someone who's gonna be in and out in five minutes, but they do have ample parking on the roof and underground.

More car guards than ants which is ironic since the local media has reported recent articles of vehicle theft. Add proper security.

Shopping at bluff towers has become high risk. Kidnapping, theft, etc. And the security is unconcerned. Shop at your own risk.
