I was having some trouble finding what I wanted as far as service and product at our usual flower shop in Hamilton. Everything I asked for was met with difficulty so I had to change gears. I showed up at Brant Florist a little over a week out from our company's 65th Anniversary Gala. I talked to Jackie about what I wanted and my timeline and she said "no problem!". We did a little back and forth about what I wanted and I returned at the beginning of the week and they had a gorgeous sample for me. It was exactly what I wanted. The flowers they provided were absolutely gorgeous! We got so many compliments on the flowers! They were so easy to work with and accommodating. They delivered the order, 18 beautiful centre pieces on time and in perfect shape. If I can find a picture that does the centrepieces justice I will post it. Thank you Brant Florist! Someone sent us flowers for a death in the family. They attempted to deliver on Friday. We didn’t get the note since we were busy with funeral arrangements. The note stated they would deliver in Monday. When we received the note we called and they were closed. Second call was answered and we were told that the same flowers as on Friday would be delivered on Monday. 1. Why wouldn’t you leave condolence flowers at the door. All the other florists did 2. For flowers to be held for three days, shouldn’t new flowers be delivered instead of ones that were 3 days old? Updated. Finally received the flowers and there are wilted flowers and flowers that are broken.

We are very pleased with the service we received for sending Mother’s Day flowers! My uncle really liked and appreciated the flowers, the red and white ones pictured, I sent for his birthday. That pic was actually taken a few days after being delivered, and they were still doing pretty well! The other flowers, all white, were for his funeral two weeks later. These were both out-of-state orders, which went very smoothly, and altho some substitutions were made, I didn't give them much notice, and the flowers were still very pretty. Prices weren't too bad, considering.. so I am quite satisfied. (Wondering if my photos show up a little later?)

I submitted an order on Sunday and accepted the terms that stated they may not be able to deliver until Tuesday, though the requested date was Monday, as Monday was a special anniversary. Brant Florist went the extra mile and delivered on Monday. The dish garden is lovely and the recipient was very appreciative and pleased. The florist also sent an email letting me know when the delivery was made. I responded with an email, and the florist even answered that one quickly. I am very pleased with them, and would highly recommend them!

Disappointed ! After being a customer for over 30 years this is the first let down! My partner ordered beautiful roses as I’m in Joseph Brant hospital, together with the chocolate option for my grand kids who were going to visit. Flowers arrived but no chocolates. When my partner called Brant to report, they didn’t give him a satisfactory answer but said “we didn’t charge you for the chocolates.” He replied ‘that’s not the point”. No offer to replace . I never expected that from Brant Florist, they are usually so reliable!

Absolutely beautiful wreath arrangement made for a funeral. Lots of flowers and detail, intricate and unique design and you can tell a lot of effort went into making it. Staff professional, kind and polite. Arrangement ready on time and exceeded my expectations. They even provided a stand and helped put it in my car (thats how big it was). Very very pleased with my overall experience and will use them again, even though I live in Mississauga and lots of flower shop options around here - worth the drive!

I ordered roses and balloons for my great niece’s graduation in California. The roses were delivered without the balloons. I checked with Brant florists. They followed through by investigating the matter . Evidently there was a shortage of helium at that time. I was immediately refunded for the cost of the balloons. Excellent service. Kudos to them. I have used them in the past many years ago and was always fully satisfied. They maintain their first class quality and service.

Brant Florist always make beautiful arrangements. This year I ordered a Christmas centerpiece and asked for them to change the ribbon to pink so it would match better with my mom’s house. they changed the whole colour scheme to be pink and silver which was beautiful and just perfect for my mom’s pink Christmas table runner.
