We tried to order flowers for our daughter online and there was an issue so we called the florist direct. I wasn't sure what to order over the phone so I asked about the florist pick which I was told it was whatever they had in the cooler on that day. I asked if lillies were an option and they said they had some that day they could add to arrangement. All together I paid 81.00 including tax and delivery. When my daughter received the flowers and sent me a picture I could tell she had just put them in whatever vase she had. The flowers looked ridiculous in her small vase. I was angry and called the store and asked why there was no vase included. The lady who answered the phone said she was just filling in for the day and the owner was away but she owned the same store in london and it would have come with a vase. She left a message for the owner to call me back. Next day I called owner back as she did not return my call. I will say she offered to send a new arrangement and take the old flowers back which I thought was odd because what was she really going to do with old flowers. I told her I was not looking to rip her off but felt like since I was 3 hours away that they tried to pull a fast one on me. She said the florist choice service was the florist's choice and it didn't necessarily come with a vase. I feel that is something they should tell you in advance as when you are sending someone who is sick flowers as the card said "feel better" that they should not have to worry about arranging flowers. After all was said and done she refunded me 13.56 for the delivery charge. I have never written a negative review before but this was definitely not a good experience.

I originally posted a review of 1 star as I was dissatisfied with an arrangement that my mom received for her birthday ( see below ). I am now changing it to 4 stars. After I posted this review, I called the store and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They remedied the situation right away and within minutes, my Mom was delivered a beautiful pink bouquet of a dozen roses. They could not have handled it better. I ordered this arrangement for my mom's birthday and this is what she received for $75 plus tax and delivery. My order came to $98 and this is absolutely unacceptable for the price. I would have gone anywhere else but this place. If I could give this zero Stars I would. I am completely disappointed. Not only that, but I had to tell my mom how much I spent, and I had to get her to take pictures. It completely ruined the whole idea behind it. Completely 100% dissatisfied.

Ordered flowers online for my mother for Mother’s Day. Picked an arrangement and decided to go with the “deluxe” version for $70 instead of the standard. I chose to have them delivered so all together the bill was just around $90. I am completely dissatisfied with the flowers she received. For $70 I was expecting something big and beautiful but instead I got small and kind of messy. I know for a fact I could have gone to the flower shop inside a Fortions and gotten a better arrangement for cheaper. There are not very many flowers in the arrangement, completely not worth $70 at all. You can see for yourself in the photo. I can’t believe that this place thinks that that arrangement is worth $70 and has the audacity to charge that much for something so small. I will not be ordering from them again. 100% do not recommend this place.

I ordered flowers for mother's day via teleflora. The flowers were arranged so poorly, I could have done a better job going to Fortinos and arranging a bouquet on my own. Not to mention the cost of this arrangement was 88$ including the delivery fee. I was embarrassed to see that they were arranged so poorly. If they couldn't handle how busy they would be for Mother's day, they should have capped the number of orders they were accepting so that they could produce quality arrangements rather than leaving their customers with a vase full of flowers that were carelessly thrown together without even being trimmed properly. I feel like I wasted my money and was mislead. Clearly from other reviews on Google, this is not a rare issue with them.

Wanting to send flowers to someone in Burlington Canada ( I reside in the UK) I chose Forest of Flowers online Mainly for the choice offered. They were delivered to the recipient correctly even though name was wrong (my mistake) I received an email in answer to mine stating that the order was on the way and apologising. The flowers were what ordered and recipient said they was first class.Value for money excellent

My son sent me flowers for my birthday and they were just beautiful! I am a floral designer (recently graduated) and could tell how much care and amount of work put into the arrangement - right down to the choice of vase. The flowers were so fresh that they have lasted for over 2 weeks! I still have the Alstamaria and a couple of Gerberas left at 3 weeks! Thank you - it was a wonderful birthday gift!

Received two bouquets yesterday both had very tired flower. All the white roses should never been added to the arrangement, they were very much past their prime. Normally I would not have had flowers delivered and would rather select them in person but life got in the way. The good -arrangement was good -delivery was prompt The bad -flowers were tired The conclusion -taking my business elsewhere

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance's bridal shower and Enid whipped together a beautiful bouquet of roses that was stunning and really helped make my fiance's day! Excellent Customer Service, Beautiful Arrangments! I ordered online for next day delivery and the order arrived exactly as beautiful as pictured online. I accidentally reversed the street numbers and they were so great about it. Called me to sort everything out and the delivery still made it to its destination super quickly.

Contacted them for my wedding. Got a quick reply to make an appointment ASAP to talk about arrangements. I emailed back right away with a time and made a comment about how it was a same sex wedding. They stopped replying. 3 emails later and nothing. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible floral arrangements. The previous owner from a few years ago was exceptional, creative and the stock was always fresh. Overall cheap and disorderly appearance to the store, displays and arrangements. Unfortunately, the location has gone from upscale to bargain basement.

This business is a FRAUD. I orderd Online, called them to confirm for timely delivery, which they promised they would. They even sende an email that it was delivered but they actually didn’t do the delivery. Called them multiple times and left VM but no response

I didn't like what was delivered. It was a dozen roses and very plain. The website showed a bouquet of bright sunny flowers. Very plain and boring. I would not recommend. If I wanted roses delivered I would have ordered roses. Bouquet did not match advertising.

Yesterday I received what I would call an ugly flower arrangement. I didn't think that was possible. The flowers looked old or frost bitten and the colours used and the arrangement were pathetic.
