The flower arrangements are quite lovely. However our recent order had a down side to it which makes us hesitant to purchase from them again. They use an independent service to deliver their flowers. Our order had requested the flowers to be delivered at a particular time. The reason was they were for my mothers 97th birthday, and we had hoped to have the flowers there in time for her birthday lunch at 11 30 am. We understood that the time request on our part was just that, a request. However when the flowers had still not arrived by 1 pm, we were concerned and called. We were told that the flowers were being delivered by the independent service, and that they only start to deliver at noon. That is unfortunate, we did not understand why we were not told that in advance? The delivery service is still an extension of Flowers by the Dozen. The order was placed two days in advance, which did allow time for Flowers by the Dozen to inform us that the timing would not be possible.

What an amazing store! The owners and staff are great. They have a huge variety of plants and arrangements to choose from and if you can't find it, they will help make it happen. I have got to know the entire staff as they are the ones that put our flowers together every week for my church and do a great job. They also provide all the flowers for the special times of the year (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving etc.). Have a special request, NO Problem. They also now handle all our flower needs for my company and their partners. Again if we need something on a short notice, it's not a problem. Steve and his staff provided all the flower arrangements for Christmas for the dealership, and we had huge compliments and people asking "where did you get this arrangement"?. I like Flowers By The Dozen so much I even volunteered in their shop on Valentines Day for the day and had a great time. You just can't go wrong with these folks!

Amazing people and gorgeous quality flowers! These guys treat you with care. Outstanding. I had ordered flowers from elsewhere by mistake via an internet phone search. They were half dead so I brought them in to the store to complain and realized they had come from 24sendflowers. and not Flowers by the Dozen! Although it was no fault of Flowers by the dozen on Brant Street, they felt so bad for me that they insisted on sending me out with an arrangement with a significant discount. I am so thankful to them to be able to bring a proper lovely arrangement to my new daughter in law for her birthday with pride. This is the kind of service that makes for a true customer relationship and I will continue with them as my go to for any and every flower needs. On top of that let me just say that if you go into the store you will see for yourself the quality and selection that is also a cut above. Thankyou so much!!

Boutique Prices, Big Box Service. Paid $100 for 3 bunches of Tulips at $30 each which is pricey. Asked for them to be wrapped as a gift and got clear wrap and cheap ribbon. I typically go to Longo's at Fairview. Tulips are half the price and they use Much nicer wrapping materials. l also could’ve done without the sales persons (I believe the owner) unfriendly and condescending attitude. Pic is the same tulips at Metro the next day. At the counter, they request you use cash or debit as they are a small business. Fair, but the mark up they charge definitely covers the cost of credit card fees. I love to support small businesses but only when the experience is worth it.

Love them! We have used their services for our wedding, seasonal arrangements, mother’s day, and funeral arrangements. Our wedding flowers were beautiful and we got so many compliments. They worked with all of our ideas and made them better than we could imagine and way more for the price than the other places we considered. We sent many home with our guests and they all lasted weeks. I always go to them for bouquets for gifts and can never get out of there without buying something for myself too. More recently they made a beautiful custom arrangement for a funeral and it was exactly what I was looking for... only bigger. Cannot recommend enough!!

Bought online and went to the store to pick up. Kinda wished I'd gone to the store first. The hand-tied bouquet I ordered online was gorgeous and even better than it appeared online. However, they have some shallow living succulent arrangements that might have been an even better anniversary gift. Had I seen them in person instead of online, I might have opted for one of those instead. Friendly, helpful team and a great experience. I called the store to get some advice while shopping online and they were helpful and reassuring... Which was exactly what I needed. Will definitely visit again!

I was disappointed with our order. I asked for 2 things as I was spending $250 and was completely ignored. I asked for Pink Orchids as the brand for the company was Pink. That was non-negotiable. If they did not have the colour they should have notified me. I also asked for a picture of the item before it was sent out. No Picture. Totally ignored again. When I visited the recipient, the flowers were purple. Shame on you for not giving a darn about orders and how important small requests are.

Great experience! Sent a arrangement to friend who lost grandmother... Beautiful and great service. I didn't leave a phone number for the person receiving the arrangement but the store called me and had advised that they left on the front door step as per my direction and they wanted to ensure that I gave the person a call to make sure that she received the floral arrangement.

I moved to Alberta last year and wanted flowers delivered to my mother back home in Burlington for her birthday. I called Flowers by the Dozen this morning and the gentleman was very helpful on the phone. They delivered the flowers to her and they were absolutely gorgeous. Great service, friendly and helpful! I will definitely order through them again in the future!
