Lester, and another got moved my sister on 7-30-2021, it was a hot day so we were understandable on them not moving as fast, or keep stopping to take breaks ( the tall guy kept taking smoke breaks ) , my sister went to the store and even offered to buy them whatever they wanted ( they chose water ) we wanted to make sure they were hydrated. Once to the new place one guy claimed he was sick, and asked if they can stop the time, get food and we just pay them under the table, and that they’ll return the truck, and come back in their personal truck. They called saying they were 30 minutes away and never showed, after my sister had given them $100 to come back and told them to just worry about the washer and dryer since it was the heaviest, and everything else they brought we’d just do it ourselves since it was small boxes. We had less than 2 rooms to be moved. I don’t recommend this company if it’s Lester, and another tall African American guy with tattoos, and a New Orleans accent. Edit: I just want to say thank you Toni for coming out to personally handle the situation yourself. In a world where a lot of companies would not care, you called, and told me you would come out, and you definitely kept your word ! Moving is definitely a hassle but I’ll definitely use you guys again if I ever move again. Also Lester & Tristan were fired so I definitely recommend !

LOST OUR STUFF AND DON'T SEEM TO CARE. Only call them to move trash. Learn from my experience! Moved from Grand Prairie to Houston. The finally showed up around 230PM in a rented truck to start move. Finished loading too late to unload in Houston. They told me they would drive to. Houston and secure the truck in a fenced, video monitored secure area. Next morning at 10AM showed up to unload with same driver but different crew. We discoved two boxes missing the following day. Took dozens of phone calls over a six day period to finally be told that the manager(Matt) had talked to everyone and no one knew anything AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE. Except I should send them an email. In the course of the conversations I learned there is no secure fenced area, just Matt's driveway. I only learned that because I asked where the Houston area office was located and after being asked why did I want to know, I was told by Matt that he did not want to tell me. After more questioning he admitted there is no office or building or secure area.

The moving crew that came to my house to help me move was so incredible. They were just awesome, they were efficient and busy all the time and if they didn’t know what to do the ask. My move was a little complicated because I downsized from almost 1000 ft.² to about 460 ft.² so I had to move my things and then the rest had to be donated. And the donation pile got bigger and bigger as I went through things because I knew I wouldn’t have room for it on this end. But the guys were great they were so fun and charming. They were especially careful of things that I considered to be heirlooms or very fragile and they hand carried those for me. I would say that this was one of the easiest moves I’ve ever had, using movers. They covered everything they were willing to shrink wrap things that had many drawers I think you should do yourself a huge favor and immediately save this phone number to your address book! I will use these guys again. Love Brother Bear movers! Blah.

I had the pleasure of working with Brother Bear Moving. I appreciate their customer service, their ability to stay in touch with me during the preparation (so I didn’t have to wonder/worry that they still had me on the books). They communicated with me periodically up until right before and then communicated more frequently with helpful prep tips and expectations for moving day. On moving day, the crew showed up on time, were kind, respectful, very efficient and worked together to get everything loaded, moved over to my new house and unloaded. Moving days are never fun, but this company made the whole experience painless and were consistent in their focus and attention. I truly appreciate that. I would highly recommend this company if you are moving!

Brother Bear Moving met my moving needs in a professional, personal manner. Ryan called me within an hour of me submitting my inquiry, he gave me an accurate quote and he was able to schedule my packing/moving ASAP. For someone who leads an extremely busy life and whose packing process was intense, this brought considerable weight off my shoulders. The movers themselves were extremely thorough and made sure everything was packed and moved well - without error or the tiniest damage. I don’t leave reviews often, but in this situation I felt a true and authentic need to do so. I cannot recommend this moving company enough.

I chose Brother Bear Moving to assist me in clearing out all the items in my garage. I'm currently undergoing a full renovation and needed all my items moved to a close by storage unit. The movers arrived ahead of time, they were extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and definitely made things a lot easier for me. If you are in need of moving services, I definitely recommend these guys. The work was impeccable and their response time for scheduling jobs was spectacular. I cannot say enough about how professional this company is. No one likes to move but these guys made it very smooth from the very beginning. I spoke with Billy who is very detailed and set up our move. Daniel and his crew showed up and were professional and on time. My expectations were definitely exceeded. Then a day later they called to follow up to make sure everything went well. If I ever need to be moved again, I will be calling them.

Mine was only a small job but I had a really good experience with Brother Bear Moving. The folks I worked with on the estimate and scheduling helped keep the process simple and easy. The crew, Frederick and Christian, were attentive to what needed to be done, got right to work and paid attention to their activities to avoid any damage to items, walls, doorways, etc. I would certainly use this company again.

Just finished my move with Brother Bears moving movers Steve, Damen, and Obed. I was so sad pleasantly surprised at what a nice experience it was. They minimized my moving day stress by helping me box last minute items and delivering to multiple locations. This company is a scam. They stole all belongings and disappeared. Items were found behind a random building with all the bugs of value stolen. Their office physical address is not real. There are now police and lawyers involved. They pay people to leave fake reviews. DO NOT let these dangerous criminals in your home. The FTC and AG will be contacted.

Steven & Adrian did a great job moving all of my things. They had a lot of heavy items to move, and they worked from 8:30 AM in the morning until 5 o’clock with the same happy attitude as they had when they arrived. I fed them lunch and gave them lots of water, so it was a win-win for all! Highly recommend this company and these two hard workers!

Couldn’t have been more thankful for this crew!! Quick easy and they did a ton of packing for us! Affordable great service that’s hard to get anywhere else, even with me being a little stressed through the move they stayed positive and were such a great help, I moved 1 hour away and they made it feel like a breeze! We could not be more happy with Leo and Alonso. They did a fantastic job. We actually had to tell them to slow down a little bit. They were trying so hard to get done in a timely manner. Very cautious and efficient. 100% will call again. Well worth the cost. No regrets.

Awesome service from Makoni and Bryce! We called for a last minute truck unload and they showed up promptly and got everything unloaded with care, including 1000lbs of vinyl records. Wouldn’t hesitate to contract Brother Bear again.

I've been watching a friend's story online and needless to say I am not impressed. This company not only gave her the run around, they ignored her for weeks and on top of that, lied and damaged her belongings. Avoid at all costs.

Larry, Armando, Miguel, and Joe were very professional and willing to help do everything from packing and protecting my belongings to setting everything up were I wanted it. I would recommend these guys and company to everyone!!

We had an amazing job done with Brother Bear moving. They were fast and efficient. Started a little later than intended but worked hard to get the job done. We used a three man crew ( Jacolby, Brax and ?? ) it took three hours.
