PESIMO SERVICIO BUDGET. Usar cualquier otra agencia Tuve una accidente Y NO HAY FORMA DE COMUNICARSE SIN PASAR POR UN 902. Solo pude comunicarme con atencion en carretera q solo registraron mi llamado (o eso me dijeron). Luego ME COBRARON MUCHO MAS QUE LA FRANQUICIA, a pesar de q esta escrito q no es posible en el contrato. Obviamente intento llamar para saber que pasa y me tienen mas de 20 min colgada en el telefono y cuando me atienden y digo q es por facturacion magicamente SE CORTA. Respuesta Al comentario de budget que aparece debajo de mi reseña: llame 3 veces y espere más de 20 min. Primero me cortaron, luego me pasaron con francia y que cortaron(reservé desde sitio frances). Hasta que me atendió alguien competente. TODO PARA DECORME QUE DESDE FACTURACION NO PUEDEN HACER NADA. QUE LO MANEJA DAÑOSS, CON QUIENES NO HAY FORMA DE COMUNICARSE EXCEPTO POR MAIL (demora de 15 días para siquiera dignarse a responder) . Que es muy poco frecuente que te debiten más de La franquicia. MIENTRAS TANTO YO TENGO DEBITADO DE MI CUENTA MAS DEL DOBLE DE LA FRANQUICIA. PEEEESIIIIMOOOOO SERVICIO, PARA SACAR LA PLATA SON RAPIDISIMOS SIN DAR EXPLICACIONES. AHORA PARA DAR RESPUESTA TE TOMAN EL PELO. Usen Europcar u otra agencia más seria. POOR BUDGET SERVICE. Use any other agency. I had an accident and there is NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITHOUT GOING THROUGH 902. I could only get through to roadside assistance who only recorded my call (or so I was told). Then they CHARGED ME MUCH MORE THAN THE FRANCHISE, even though it is written in the contract that it is not possible. Obviously I tried to call to find out what was going on and they kept me on the phone for more than 20 minutes and when they answered and I said it was for billing they magically cut me off.

Excellence service and good value. We rented a VW Golf which drove really well but had real safety issues with the computer driving aid which could not be turned off. We had the car for a week during which on 3 occasions the car decided to slam its breaks on advising on either a collision or over speed. On one occasion we were doing 110kph on the motorway and suddenly a 30kph sign appeared on the dash and the car slammed the brakes on, luckily we had nobody behind us. On another occasion the car slammed its brakes on and a collision warning appeared despite nothing in front of us. Also a warning telling me to get into the middle of the lane appeared a few times despite being in the middle of the lane. I do not recommend renting a car that has features that cannot be turned off. On returning the car the agent advised that the car would be looked at however that is a little late.

I needed to return a car after hours (key drop). Arriving at the office, there were no instructions or any place to leave the car. After calling the airport location, the answer was "find where to park on the street, then drop the key". Good luck with that in that neighborhood. The next day, no confirmation that the car was received arrived 4 hours after the office was opened. Calling the office, they hung the phone on me 4 times. So I had to drop everything and go there, just to be greeted with "there were people here, so it's hard to answer the phone". I guess they never heard of "please hold", or "please leave your number and we will call back". Turns out they only intended to send confirmations 24 hours later. Why? God knows. Terrible service level.

Vergonzoso, poca profesionalidad y encima te roban dinero , alquile un coche la semana pasada ,concretamente el miércoles 24/08 lo devolví el mismo día, me cobraron un depósito por la gasolina, la cual deje llena igual me lo entregaron , y me dijeron que ese depósito en cuanto entregase el coche me lo devolvían , pues a día de hoy sigo esperando después de casi una semana , y encima para colmo hoy me han cobrado de mi cuenta 90,46€ de AVIS sin saber que es , intento ponerme en contacto y no hay forma, espero me devuelvan mi dinero o tomaré otras medidas , por qué me parece de vergüenza y poca profesionalidad que hagan las cosas así una empresa.

Hice una reserva, me enviaron la confirmación con recordatorios y todo. Llegado el día, la dirección provista por Budget no era real, resultó que cerraron hace años. Llamé al servicio al cliente y el mensaje te expresa que no pueden atender la llamada por la situación actual. Presioné el link para el chat y el mensaje indicó que no tienen el personal para ofrecer la asistencia. En fin, NO renten con Budget. Por cierto, AVIS es de la misma compañía.

Worst experience. We paid for the car via website, we arrived to get the car at 1300 at -4 floor as it was written on the website, there were nothing; then we found it on -1 floor. It was closed!!! It is closed from 13-16. Who can imagine a car rent be closed on the bus station in the peak day time?? Ruined our day

El coche "bien" lo que es penoso es intentar contactar con esta oficina sin pasar por un 902, de broma y de coña tanto Budget como Avis Adelanto! Si alquiláis un coche y lo devolvéis de noche, mejor no lo hagáis. Budget si me vais a contestar a esta reseña, prefiero que me llame la oficina directamente.

I rent a car every time I go on holidays, but this was the first time when I was really amazed by the service. The lady at the counter helped me change the reservation and was very professional. She made a great fist impression for my visit in Bilbao. Thank you!

A pesar de que hubo un error en la factura final, se corrigió sin problemas y el trato fue muy bueno. El precio del alquiler diario muy bueno

Very slow. They try every upselling possible e. g. Insurance (all) , gas. If you don't fill up, they want to charge you a full load.

Great place to get cheap rentals.make sure to fill up the gas tank before returning as they will charge a full tank regardless.
