Horrible customer service and staff is so indifferent to clients walking in. Almost no inventory and you’d have to pay an exorbitant amount for delivery of something that should be in the store to take home. How about delivering to the store so i can come and pick up?!!! Still no, wait 3 months and pay the ~ $150 delivery fee!

Horrendous customer service. There has been at least 6 new managers over the last 6 months in this store, high turnover rate. They messed up our order 7 months ago, and kept saying it was corrected and delivery guys kept bringing half of a table every time. Stay away from purchasing anything here. Extremely unprofessional.

Great “showpiece” store to get inspo and see things in person. However they don’t have everything, and even if you want to buy something off the floor (because you don’t want to wait months and months for shipping) they won’t sell it to you. So frustrating. Sometimes the sales reps aren’t super helpful either.

So glad to have a CB2 in Houston. The location is great and it’s a nice addition to the Rice Village area. It’s very well laid out and full of fantastic produts. The staff were all very friendly and we’ve already recieved the two planters we order which we love!
