The absolute worst funeral service experience ever. They had the program time wrong. They didn’t have any communication with the family on organizing the funeral. It was a nightmare for my family with them. They didn’t have my grandma casket open during the church session and at the end the service they left the family and went to the grave site. They didn’t make sure the family was notified they were leaving or anything. Then we get to the burial they made a 10 second announcement about thank you for hiring them and went on their merry way. Grandma I am so sorry this happened and I promise we had nothing to do wit it. I apologize from our deepest sympathy. We love you. I would not recommend this awful service to anyone.

I entrusted this funeral home to take care of my mother. A picture was given of her and I gave specific instructions of how I like her to be. When I went in for the viewing before the the service, I saw someone who I didn't recognize. While removing the excessive makeup, I observed maggots coming from her nose. This has hurt me deeply. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone.

I can't remember the name of the lady that helped the Powell family BUT she was truly a blessing to us in our time of need I appreciate the time she took with us and answered all of our questions on July 7 2017 thank you very much I Lynn Mcswain appreciate you, I found her name it's Ms Felicia

My nephew, Joseph E. Boines was funeralized there, and I officiated his service. I must admit, that was my 1st funeral service; The staff assisted me in a professional manner. They did a wonderful job with his remains. Elder, Patryce Jenkins, Cm.D

This place has made the process of grieving so overwhelming. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To add insult to injury, they double booked us. The people are so unprofessional and nonchalant . It just all disappointing .

I have been waiting on a death certificate since April. Every time I called the office I got a song and dance from Wilma. The insurance company stated they were waiting for Charbonnet to send necessary paperwork. Still waiting.

One complaint, when the funeral home is being used there should be an usher passing to keep the noise down in the over flow. There is no respect to the mourning family. Let work our staff please.
