I recently had a cleaning appointment with Dr. Elina Sam and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the overall service I received. I had an appointment at 5:10 PM and I was leaving at 5:28 PM- this was an 18 minute consultation for which they charged me almost $200 dollars. During my appointment, I felt that she was rushing through the cleaning and did not take enough time to thoroughly clean my teeth, so I ended up leaving with my teeth feeling unclean. While I was on the chair the doctor and her assistant were talking about their personal issues and I felt they were not paying attention to what they were doing. I was disappointed that the money I spent did not equate to the quality of service I received. When I asker the receptionist about this she said the appointment went quick because I have a good hygiene but when I got home I noticed that some areas were skipped entirely, I can see plaque and tartar along the gum line and I was left with lingering feeling that everything wasn't done correctly. Overall, I feel that the quality of care I received during my appointment was not up to the standards that I expect from a dental office (I’ve been to a few in Adelaide and a consultation takes at least 35-40 minutes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dentist to others based on my experience

I highly recommend City Central Dental. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prior to recently having an appointment, I hadn't been to a dentist for approximately 3 years and never had private health cover. However, the staff at City Central Dental were all knowledgeable and assisted me with each of my enquiries concerning the dentist, what I am covered for under my private health and personable. Thank you to each person that assisted me. For my consultation, I saw Dr Ryan Bilogrevic. Dr Bilogrevic was patient and unflappable. He explained complex concepts simply and cut through the detail to focus on the issues where necessary. I have a better understanding of my mouth and dental hygiene, and particularly, how ongoing symptoms may be related to other concerns I have. Overall, a very professional experience. Thank you.

Can't thank Dr Ryan and Monica enough!! Super gentle with treatment plus they explained all the procedures properly. Felt reassured with every step. Dr Ryan is also super kind, he offered multiple solutions to a particular treatment at different price points so you have the choice of selecting any particular treatment which was great. My current dentist is Ryan who is fantastic and takes the time to fully explain whatever work I need and has performed several procedures expertly with no complications. The other dentists are also great as are the reception staff. I therefore highly recommend them!!

Dr Sam seemed to be really in a rush. Suddenly she left the room and I was told by her assistant it was done. I had more questions and needed to quote how much a treatment would be. Did not have the opportunity. I am also not completely satisfied with the teeth cleaning. I was recommended to go with the other dentist from the clinic who was busy. I should have waited for him.

I’ve taken a while to source a Adelaide dentist and my initial experience here was great! I’m confident this will be my regular practice going forward. Dr Elena Sam was very knowledgeable, skilled and informative and I felt in very good hands. Reception staff were great. Feels like a really nice practice to attend and they do the job well.

Dr Bilogrevic who has looked after my teeth for a couple of years at City Central Dental is an excellent young dentist. He inspires great confidence, combining a pleasant manner with first-rate technical skills while being sensitive to what you’re experiencing as a patient. The nurses and reception team are welcoming and helpful.

The staff was really welcoming, very organised and everything was really clean. I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr. Ryan was simply AMAZING! He explained the whole procedure in a simple and clear way, he reassured me and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I barely felt anything at all. I cant recommend him enough!
