I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a dentist for your child! To be as honest as possible, this clinic has an amazing staff. Always polite and welcoming. Dr Shelly, who looked after my daughter. She is indeed a wonderful person. She’s great with my daughter and she seems she knows how to handle kids. Problem is, she is the ONLY dentist there that looks after children and she is only there for two days during the week. Both myself and my wife work full time, so trying to book an appointment without having to take time off work or my child missing school is simply impossible. I wasn’t even given the option to see her at the other clinic were she worked. Times between appointments are extremely long. Then her skills really come into question. My daughter who needed “filings”, had those fillings fall out within a couple of days of having them. At the stage, we had to start over. But of course, we had to wait for almost a month for the next appointment.

I could not speak higher of Plaza Dental Care! The friendly, knowledgeable staff alleviate any anxieties or guilt I have about dentist visits and always take really good care of me. I'm always impressed by how organized and professional the receptionists are, especially when I call them with no idea what I'm really talking about! The dental hygienists are all so lovely and make a usually miserable teeth clean tolerable and even enjoyable through their eagerness to chat and make sure I'm doing okay. Narelle the dentist maintains professionalism at all times while also being so lovely, making me feel so comfortable. Since when I started going here I have moved a little further away, but no distance is too big to drive for such a good dentist's practice. Going to the dentist is no longer the intimidating and painful experience that I've had in the past, and I'm so grateful!

As someone who was very hesitant/has a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, from the first time I went to Plaza Dental, I had no doubt this would become my regular dentist to visit! Every single person I have interacted with from the reception/admin staff, hygienists, dental nurses and dentists, has been genuinely lovely and made me feel very at ease. I have visited dentists in the past that have felt very ‘sales-y’, I definitely did not get that with this place at all. As someone who has felt embarrassed by their teeth in the past, every visit to Plaza Dental has been a comfortable experience and I now have no issues/stress around going in for my six month check ups/cleans or to get work done!

I called early in the week after being left emotional after walking out on another dentist. after explaining my situation they made me a an appointment for a few days later. Bev who I laised with via text and email as I was too anxious and upset to talk over the phone walked me through everything. I walked in anxious upset embarrassed but the ladies there were so welcoming and helpful. I've had my issue fixed for no where near what I was quoted for by the other dentist and I cannot thank these ladies enough for their comfort, support and amazing customer service. I've been seeing Narelle and the team for a few years now and they're amazing. All staff are so friendly and professional, and really take the time to get to know you as a person not just a patient. I have incredibly sensitive teeth and gums, yet both the dentist and hygienist do their best to be as careful and gentle as they can be, without compromising the clean. I get to take as many breaks as I need and am never made to feel like a burden. A lot of my anxiety has completely gone now that I go to Plaza Dental Care which is very different to previous dentists. Is it weird that I'm already looking forward to catching up with them in 5 months?

This place is the best. As a person with some pretty big anxiety of the dentist and a lot of dental issues I've spent years trying to find a place that was kind and free of judgement. Not only do they work with me and my anxiety but financially as well, the biggest problem with going to the dentist for serious care is cost and the people here worked with me to pay what I could afford a month so I could get the care I needed now. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, there isn't another place like them. So if you're like me tired, anxious, and in need of some care please come here. I promise you won't regret it.

Where’s the option for 10 stars? Narelle and the team at Plaza Dental Care are absolutely incredible. I had my first visit to Plaza Dental Care as a child absolutely petrified, and experienced a panic attack even listening to mum book my appointment after bad experiences elsewhere. Narelle made me feel so comfortable and built trust so quickly to the point where I would almost fall asleep during checkups. Before finding a new dentist after a move to NSW I seriously considered making regular trips back to SA just to go to Plaza Dental for checkups. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

As someone who hasn't had the most positive experiences with dentists resulting in a very long break between visits, Narelle and the team made me feel comfortable and well looked after.
