Like a lot of people, visiting the dentist is not my first choice, but the receptionist I spoke to put me at ease and got me an appointment the very next day, despite a 5 year absence. During my appointment, despite initially panicking when told my best option was to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, the dental team quickly put me at ease and convinced me that my long-standing dental issue being confined to my wisdom teeth was a good thing, and that I was lucky. With a quick X-ray to confirm it, I also peppered the team with questions, to which they patiently and happily responded to while reducing my stress levels. I left Flagstaff Hill Dental Care much more reassured than before my appointment. Also, the fact that they have Openpay buy now pay later meant I could spread my unplanned cost over 3 months. All the staff I spoke to there were friendly and professional, and did not judge me for my long absence, or judge me about my oral hygiene routines. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ever been scared to visit a dentist? Don't be like that anymore, these dentists, hygienists and all the ladies at the reception are sooooo lovely. By the time you get in to see your dentist (they've always been on time for my appointments), you are happy and relaxed. Dr Dal is the gentlest man I've ever seen, and he explains everything to you as he is treating you. His assistant Mel is so friendly and sweet, she also talks to you and keeps you relaxed. Tess, my hygienist is also very gentle. Everything you need done at this surgery is done in a professional yet extremely friendly, gentle way. I've never been so happy to go to the dentist! Thank you so much to you all. I HIGHLY recommend this business, you won't ever regret taking my advice.

Flagstaff Hill Dental Care is by far the best dental practice in Adelaide. They’ve been my dentist of choice for many, many years. I actually live in Sydney but I go back every 6 months for my check ups! I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else. Honestly, you won’t come across a more caring, friendly and professional team. I look forward to going to the dentist - I’m not joking! Pam always makes me feel comfortable and I am never nervous because I know I’m in the best hands. It’s a no-brainer. I find Dal and the team at Flagstaff Hill Dental to be super professional, kind, warm and incredibly friendly. I have not had good experiences with dentists in the past, but that has been completely different here, and now I won’t go to any other dentist. Dal explains everything clearly, and doesn’t do any work that isn’t necessary. I always feel safe and supported and now my fear of dentists is a thing of the past. I never feel rushed or like just another patient, they are personable and inviting, and always have time to answer my questions, nothing is too much trouble! I honestly love Dal and the lovely ladies here, and would highly recommend them all

From the very beginning, it’s such a warm welcome into the practice. The admin team are very friendly and checked in proactively when they were running a little behind on one appointment (typically quite punctual). Andreas was incredible - friendly, meticulous, and checked in at many different points to allow for questions and feedback, making me feel super comfortable with what we were doing. He provided all of my options and quotes obligation free without pushing me in a particular direction. I ended up going with ceramic veneers (and two fillings) and I absolutely love them. He did such a fantastic job and I’ve received many compliments. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Flagstaff Hill Dental Care for years (even though I have moved 10km away) and have always had excellent treatment by all of the dentists and staff. I don't care which dentist treats me because they are all top notch, and this is coming from a nervous, pain-averse patient. Whenever I have needed urgent treatment they have always fitted me in. Like this morning when I called after breaking a tooth, I was in the same day. And they weren't fazed that I had to bring my overactive toddler along. And on top of this they are really friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I chose Flagstaff Hill Dental after a customer recommended them to me. I hadn’t been to a dentist for quite some time as I suffer from dental anxiety but decided it was time to face my fears! Tess the hygienist was fantastic, made me feel at ease and she explained every thing to me and regularly checked that I was going ok. I then saw Pam the dentist and she was also fantastic explained everything very clearly and offered me the best solution for my wisdom teeth removal. I highly recommend them and am very happy to have found a great dental surgery close to home.

Can't thank the staff and dentist enough. Had a shocking tooth ache due to a hole and exposed nerves. Got me in straight away then extracted the tooth 24 hours later. The pain has now gone. Life savers!!!
