[11th Sept] I got email from HCSCC representative that after writing to windsor garden dental to mediate and resolve the issue. Windsor garden declined the participation due to "exhaustive efforts and time" they have spent in resolving issue. However, I have only got one call that lasted 4 Minutes to resolve the issue on which they offered me to "refund all my out-of-pocket expense". What world are we leaving in? 4 minutes is considered as exhaustive efforts and time after leaving a patient with an active infection post wisdom teeth extraction process and cancelling a scheduled appointment (not rescheduling). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7th March 15:20] I have escalated to Bupa with the emails exchanged. Also have registered a complaint to HCSCC. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7th March 15:15]I have received response at 8:52 AM after posting the email in google review. However not a single question\concern I have raised is answered, instead I just got a brife statement of what they have done from the beggining. (LOL, as If I don't know!) Hence, I replied back at 9:01 AM to answer\clarify the question\concerns to the clinic. At 11:56 AM, I received a blunt call from reception informing they are not answering to my email anymore. (Of course you wouldn't)! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [6th March]I wrote this email on 1st of March and Spoke to Dr Malik. However I have not received any response from clinic after folliwing-up a number of times. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Windsor Garden Dental Team, I am writing this email to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the dental services that I received at your clinic. In My recent wisdom teeth removal process I feel that the services I received in the last 4 weeks were not upto the standard and as a result of that I have been on the receiving end with continuous pain and infection. Firstly, during the tooth extraction a root chip was broken inside and left inside: I was told that the body will consume the broken root itself. Please help me understand how the body consumes the root itself with medicale reference. Secondly, on 22nd Feb, when I called to inform that the Antibiotics prescribed to me on my last visit (17/02/2023) had finished but the infection was intact. The clinic responded by a) referring to a specialist (Dr Justin Collum) b) cancelled my scheduled appointment with the Dentist at clinic c) recommending to me doing salt water gargling to cope up with active infection in wisdom tooth extraction area. Please explain how salt water gargling is effective in controlling OR preventing the infection if not fighting the infection. I feel that I was left "high and dry" with an active infection without any help. I felt that the clinic could have helped me with cleaning the area (at least) and\or further prescription of antibiotics to control the spread of infection till I received specialist care. I understand the specialist's appointments are out of your control however, please explain, Whose responsibility it was to provide medical help till I receive specialist treatment? Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that I received at your clinic. As a patient and a Bupa member, I expect to receive quality care. I am motivated to bring this to Bupa and HCSCC attention with your response(s).

Awesome Dental Clinic. Been going here for the last 12 months. Most thorough assessments and care I’ve ever had at a dentists. All staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and polite. The dentists have been the same as well as being honest and informative about my dental care and treatment. They took it to a whole new level today. I had some tooth/gum pain for about 24 hours, so I rang to see whether I could be squeezed in to avoid a possible weekend of pain. Was told I could come in straight away. The dentist was great! Assessed my issue, then proceeded to give me a full check up, scale and clean and polish - which I was overdue for by about 2 months and was contributing to my gum/tooth pain. I left with negligible pain (so much less than what I went in for) and was advised to come back if things didn’t continue to improve or got worse. If you’re near the area and in the market for a great dental clinic. These are your guys. 5 stars without hesitation.

I wanted to love Windsor Gardens as it is a preferred provider with my private health and local, but I had an awful experience last year and won’t be returning. I received little explanation from the Dentist when informed I needed six fillings. I went ahead with two of those fillings and that was a disaster; I was not numbed before drilling commenced, only a few minutes in when I was not tolerating the pain. I was in the chair for over an hour for two fillings which is a long time and overall it took me 6+ weeks to recover and be able to eat without pain… which was not the case on a filling I’ve had with another Dentist… It was an awful recovery and the exact same pain and long recovery time also happened to a family member. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Windsor Garden Dental has been really helpful with my treatment. The team there is lovely and pleasant to talk to always. Dr G was amazing!!!!! I had to get my tooth extracted which also wasn’t an easy extraction and was a complicated surgery but her experience and her skills are at par, she was fabulous and made it completely painless. She made sure I felt no pain at any time. The surgery went really smooth and I felt no complication during or after. She advised me the best follow up which worked wonders even post the surgery of my tooth extraction. Windsor Garden Dental has been really helpful with my mother's treatment. Specially Dr G (Gaytri) was so wonderful as she is very dedicated and has a very positive attitude towards her patients. My mother had to get her tooth extracted in an emergency as she was in terrible pain. Dr. G made the process very quick and easy and extracted her tooth the same day. My mother's experience was so wonderful and she did not feel any pain in the process. We got the follow up call from the reception couple of times. Unprofessional and rude staff. They have banned my children going here because on several occasions we have had to cancel their appointments due to being sick. Called to cancel within plenty of time for them to give the appointment to someone else. Sometimes these things happen and on top of that it would be a bit hard to do dental work on them when they are continually coughing. You would think it would be the right thing not to bring a sick person into the dentist, especially during Corona times

My experience at Windsor Gardens Dental has been excellent. I wanted to try a new Dentist and was NOT disappointed. My first visit I thought that Dr. Malik & staff were VERY professional plus the customer service good. My second visit was exceptional and I was extremely happy with the work done on my front teeth. Dr. Malik is an extremely good dentist. He is very caring, patient and friendly. He is a perfectionist and will not relent until the patient is satisfied with their treatment.
