We bought a queen bed and a mattress there. The mattress got broken after 4 months. We weren’t at home for 8 weeks, so we only used it for 2 months until we noticed the issue. The store claims to offer a one-year warranty. We called them, and they asked to provide photos of the damage. I sent them the photos. I haven’t heard back from the store since then and called them myself after 3 weeks. They said they showed the photos to their manufacturer who said it’s a physical damage and they are not going to do anything about it. He also added “you bought it cheaply”, and I asked him if it means it’s ok for this mattress to get broken after only 4 months. I explained that we haven’t done any damage to the mattress. They store guy was quite unfriendly and told me that even if they provide refund/replacement, I would have to deliver the item to the store at my expense. He promised to go back to the manufacturer and call me back in a few days. He never called me back, so I called him myself after one week. He said his manufacturer claims it’s a physical damage and they are not going to replace or refund it. Again I explained there was no damage done to the item. He said I am telling lies. He was very rude and kept referring to his manufacturer. This shop refused to provide any help with their faulty item. They claim to provide warranty but they do not honour this warranty, so it’s useless. I am wondering how such dodgy retailers can get away with selling their products here in Australia. I definitely will not buy anything else from this store, and would not recommend them to anybody.

The worst shopping experience I've had in a long time .. Very difficult to communicate with the staff.. took forever for delivery .then they sent the bed without instructions.. missing the vital braces so waited again for them to post them and they then sent the wrong ones and still no instructions .. the bed is badly made with cheap weak pine slats.. No holes predrilled so the wood split .. steer clear of this place ..

Bought a leather sofa set 4 months ago for $800 . The cushions on arm rest area on both sides are bend (gone in). Asked for warranty replacement which is not covered and considered as external damage or sustainbility. Only used by 2 people and may be 2-3 hours a day. Not recommended for quality in compare to the price you pay for.

Have had a standard bed frame for not even two months and the whole thing has completely fallen apart. After the delivery issue with being charged when it was delivered at 7am Mother’s Day and then still having to go pick it up this is just the icing. Check quality this stuff looks like termites have eaten it.

Person here understands all our requirements and limitations and does all he can to provide us best possible mattress and doesn't waste our time by beating around the bush. Excellent and warm customer service. Great discounts. Will definitely recommend. Will have to review mattress after some use.

We bought king size bed frame here, he said it’s a display one, but after getting delivered the product looks very old, bolts are rusty, the wood is not good, even it is not polished, they said they don’t replace it, response is also not good
