We have spent almost $25,000 with them. Our experience has been absolutely ridiculous. We were supplied a faulty couch, falsely advertised in store and when delivered, a cheaper weaker version of what we paid good money for. After 4 months of battling we were offered a store credit, only to have our new selection (which we paid even more for) dumped outside in boxes and no installation or consideration taken. The owner of the store, the older lady treated us absolutely disrespectfully, all because she had to adhere to consumer rights and give us a credit. Her attitude in store over the weekend disgusted me, then when we went to pay the difference she was even ruder (which is highly unprofessional as we were tryin to purchase even more furniture instead we gave up altogether). Her attitude and behaviour is the main reason we will NEVER purchase from them again, I’ve never experienced anything like this and do not recommend this place at all. You aren’t guaranteed the product in the showroom upon delivery (complete rip off) and you are definitely not offered any form of service, let alone with a smile. Disgusting.

I recently purchased a lounge and bedframe/mattress combo from WFC. I was very impressed with the items online and decided to buy before I went down to look at them during one of their sales. I was happy doing this as you can receive a store credit if you change your mind and have not yet taken delivery (we were unsure if we should get a soft or medium mattress and wanted to double check the firmness in store). I was very happy to see that all 3 items were of excellent quality and the savings were significant. We purchased approx. $6000 worth of furniture for approx. $1800 including delivery. When time came for delivery, Lenny was very professional and delivered to our apartment including a short walk from the loading bay to the lifts. The entire experience was very good and I would happily purchase from WFC again. I am very happy with the quality of the furniture, assembly was straightforward and everything lined up and fitted well, with no spare parts left over. Again really happy with my purchase and thanks to Lenny for his help, you're an excellent asset to the business mate.

Highly recommend!! I am one very happy customer, I love my purchase. My husband and myself bought the Macon Queen Fabric Storage Bed - Light Grey. It was incredibly easy assemble it feels and looks amazing!! And what’s really great is that we went into their warehouse when they were having one of their sale event weekends. Our children and ourselves got for FREE - To pat animals - Balloons - lollipops - drawing table - and free coffee and soft drinks - face painting. I just want to add. My youngest is a toddler and wasn’t comfortable with his face being painted. The face painter was so patient and lovely! He ended up getting a flower painted on his arm, which he showed everyone, he walked past :) So to sum it all up, not only did we get a bed frame that we absolutely love. We also got an amazing experience with the family at their warehouse on one of their sale event weekends. I plan to buy all my future furniture from them! They are so lovely!

The Grace King bed still smells terrible after using it for 18 months. It makes the entire bedroom smelly and not liveable. Its obvious that the inferior glue had been used in the wooden part of this product and continuiously polluting the indoor air by releasing formaldehyde, which is extremely harmful to health. At this stage I am not sure whether there is any mandatory standard about the release of formaldehyde from furniture in Australia, if there is any, it is guaranteed that the products WFC selling do not comply with it. Gathering information now and will enquire the ACCC about the furniture standard. Its nothing wrong to buy or sell cheap stuff, but you should not sell something which is seriously harmful to health.

Thank you WFC for such an excellent online furniture shopping experience. We purchased the “Midtown Deep Seat Chaise Lounge” In charcoal. And it is top too quality. Huge sofa perfect for family of 5. Quality of the material is high quality. The kids have spilt afew spills on couch and a little warm water and soap gets food and spills out with no stains. The cushions hold their posture i am just so in love with this couch. We paid for the postage option to the Gold Coast. I was impressed we got following week delivery. The delivery guys (from another company) were highly professional and bought the packages right up into our apartment. I highly recommend this company what you see on site is what you get. Trusted!

They sent me the wrong colour couch and saying that was the one I have ordered. The first photo below was the one I ordered and the second photo is the one I received. They are telling me that both are the same colour. They made me feel like an colour blind person. You won't get what you have ordered. Please be aware. Photos can't lie and my eyes can't lie. I took the picture of the couch, when I decided to buy in your warehouse. The one I received in the delivery is entirely different colour. The man, who spoke on the phone is very rude. As I don't want to argue with the guy and waste my time, I have accepted ASH colour couch. I am not happy at all with the purchase.

The comfort and quality of this lounge will not disappoint not to mention the value. The whole buying experience was fantastic, I made a call to them to ask how this sale works and about the lounge I wanted to buy, the person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, patient and courteous. Then there is the delivery, notified me days in advance, called me 30 minutes before arriving and then bought the lounge right into the house helped set it up and took all rubbish away. these people are a dream to deal with and I can't rate the lounge high enough. LOVE IT!!!

Superior quality at AMAZING prices! I am so happy with the beds I've purchased and unlike many others the slats actually screw down individually and the quality and workmanship is superb. Bought the Florida 1800mm dining table over the weekend. It looks different from the photos and what other buyers are getting. Mine has so many uneven black lines/ patches and even some small holes!! Understand that the table is made from natural Tasmania Oak but it just look dirty and second quality. I am not an expert in wood furniture but I am only after a clean looking and modern dining table that’s all Dropped then an email couple of days ago but no respond still. 2/3/2021 - no response to emails no follow up whatsoever!

Had a great experience with WFC, went to the warehouse event, did have some trouble finding the location originally and when I called to gain some clarification the lady on the phone wasn’t the most pleasant, however after purchasing a large modular lounge online, I was able to gain delivery within 8 days. The delivery staff were exceptional, carried the lounge to our second floor apartment and were super polite! Very pleased with the amazing quality of the lounge, delivery service and value for money!

This is great! There is a lot of good quality furniture here at a very affordable, discounted price. It does get a bit chaotic and the line to purchase is huge. My advice would be to, spend time online looking for what you want, and going in on the day to confirm it. Otherwise, it's very busy and hard to manoeuvre through. The pickup car line is even bigger. Watch out for parking too, as the council do visit the place on weekends and you will get a nasty fine for parking on grass or in timed areas.

A trustworthy company to deal with. Great, reliable delivery service with good communication. Product purchased (recliner outdoor chairs) were exactly as described aand as we eexpected them to be. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Literally only had to slide the back piece on. Great VFM compared to other less structurally sound looking products on the market elsewhere. Don't be scared about buying these online without sitting in them first. They are really comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Although the prices are great and incredibly discounted (that shows with the way that the floor stock is handled, with marks and bumps on almost every piece), most of the staff are friendly, with some not looking like that they want to be there and not wanting to be of assistance. However, if you need some cheap furniture and don’t care about a few minor caveats, then this is a place to buy said furniture (just make sure to check which days they are open, as it changes often).

Wow, just wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect from buying a bed when I hadn’t seen it (only online) but it exceeded all my expectations. The bed is absolutely wonderful and so comfortable! The colour is fantastic and I’m just so so happy I decided to take a chance. The delivery with smooth. The guys helped me up to my apartment with all the boxes and putting it together with simple. I ordered a blanket box because it was on sale. I didn't really expect anything of great quality . To day I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Also the customer service was top rate. I ordered online and opted to collect from warehouse. My item was unboxed so I could I check it, then repackaged and carried to my car . Everything was so easy . I give this company top marks for quality if product and customer service.

We visited on one of their open days after finding a 4 seat automated media room recliner set in Harvey Norman for $5000. Amazingly, they had an almost identical set with USB charger points, under seat LED's, backlit cup holders for almost $2000 less. They also have a lot of other nice furniture at very reasonable prices. It was a no brainer .

The Samuel Accent Chair – Charcoal - Factory Second that I bought from Warehouse Furniture store is excellent. Very comfortable and was easy to assemble. Even though it was classified as a factory second the chair I have shows little sign of the advertised damage. A good price for a very good chair.

Purchased a velvet queen bed and I love it, I was so scared about having to set up the drawers but they already came assembled! I loved it so much I showed my mum and she purchased one in a king size. Honestly the velvet is so soft, best bed I’ve ever purchased!
