We had a sofa bed for 5 years and we decided it is time for a new one and so we went to Fantastic Furniture. We found the sofa bed we liked - Dallas 3 Seater Sofa Bed in Mocha colour and it costs only $399, cheap, compare to different stores. So we were very happy and excited to purchase it. The staff member who served us was very helpful and friendly. When the sofa bed finally arrived and we unfolded the bed we noticed that the legs of the bed don’t touch the floor. When we pushed them to the floor the couch lifted up. We called the store again and told the story. Several days later the new sofa arrived ... and it had exactly the same problem... how disappointing! We called again and they sent us a new one. Third time lucky?! So we waited a few days and when the new one arrived it was even worse – it had scratches on the sofa and the bed was wobbly again! By that time we were very unhappy and my partner went to the store to complain in person. As we financed our purchase they could not exchange it to a difference sofa, we pretty much stuck with it now. We don’t want the money back as we need sofa. So we decided to exchange it again but to the different colour – Red this time. My partner called the store to arrange a delivery for Sunday. On Sunday we stayed home all day waiting for delivery and by 4pm as no one came we called the store and they did not know anything about delivery for today. So no sofa and wasted day off. Absolute disappointment!!! The store rescheduled the delivery for next Friday. My partner took morning off work to stay home and wait for the delivery. That morning a got a call from the store and they told me that the delivery driver came to the warehouse to pick up the sofa but even the box says Red the sofa itself was Mocha and they don’t have any other red sofas in stock. I did not know whether to laugh or cry at that time... How unlucky!!! The excitement of having a new sofa became a nightmare. We had to wait for the delivery again and this time the red sofa came on Saturday. The bed legs are still not perfect but better than previous sofas. During the delivery one of the sofa legs was broken so the delivery guy took one from the old sofa and replaced it. We are so tired of exchanging... I guess we will keep it but we will not shop for furniture at Fantastic Furniture again!
So I had a rather bothering experience while doing something I usually find joy in, furniture shopping. I started off my day feeling good, well rested and happy and knew this was the day to expand my range of furniture in my safe, comfy home. I hop in my 2013 honda civic, and head down to my local and FORMERLY beloved furniture store, none other than "fantastic" furniture. The parking was reasonable, and I was able to swiftly and safetly park my automobile within a short walk to the front door. I notice a perfectly textured lounge chair, which I believed was the right one for me and my burmese cat, Muffin (5 years young). Before I was able to purch myself upon this perfect chair, I was approached by a brutish looking woman with sandy hair and yellow stained teeth, who "jokingly" mentioned that I should be careful that I do not break this item of furniture. My heart sunk, I felt overwhelmed with shock and promptly told her that my love of food should have no bearing on my ability to enjoy stylish well-priced furniture! She smirked and said, of course "the customer is always right". In a state of extreme distress, I fled the store in tears. Thankfully the convenient parking enabled a swift escape in my 2013 honda covic back to my safe home. Immediately Muffin could sense my distress, and has nit eaten or slept a wink sinve last Tuesday! He is very sensitive to negative energy, and mark my words, I will never be bringing myself or Muffin for that matter to fantastic furniture at windsor! Yours truly, Angie xo
Well to order the product was great, when I received the message to pay for the purchase I did so straight away, received a message that they had the money and would contact within 24 hours...… That's where it stopped so four days goes by and I ring the store who sold me the product, They are not allowed to call the distribution centre only email them of which they have agreed to do and expect that the distribution centre will get back to me . I have tried to contact head office to discuss via web chat ….don't bother. Called their head office on 1300 number currently 20 minutes on hold waiting for a person to speak with and they keep saying go to web chat. Called the store back and was told Distribution would call within the next hour ... guess what no call called the store and went in to receive my refund as nobody was available to speak on the phone or follow up All up not a Fantastic dealing with this company, probably go elsewhere if you want any answers in my opinion
Honesty doesn't even deserve one star for the customer service I have received. not only have I waited 8 weeks for my couch to be deliver, it was delivered broken. 3 weeks later a tech turned up and said he would issue the report. Nothing was reported to me and 2 weeks later I rang the winders store with them not having much of an idea about it. Few days later they range me to issue a new replacement couch. With again no follow up I rang the store to see why it had not been delivered yet or no communication was had. 4 days later came delivery day. The delivery team came to take my couch away and leave me with nothing till they could take it back the old couch and write it off then issue a REFUND??. I never asked for a refund it was meant to be a new couch picked up and drop off. Roughly 13 weeks and I still don't have the new couch, and no one is wanting to take responsibility for it. I am beyond outranged. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Do not shop here! Purchased a two seater and three seater online back in January, was told it would take 2-4 week, it is now March. I have been calling every day for two weeks to find out where my couches are, always promised a call back and nothing ever happens. Spoke to someone on Thursday who told me the couches would be delivered on Friday, sat around all day waiting for them. When I called to find out where my order was told my couch had been given to someone else who ordered and we would not receive them for another month! Constantly lied to. Cancelled my order and took my money to Amart who delivered to me in two business days!! You have lost a customer for life. We will NEVER shop here again and make sure our friends and family never waste money here. Horrible customer service from start to finish. Go shop at Amart who has amazing customer service and actually deliver your product.
I had a terrible experience. I ordered the Sorrento package from the Windsor store. Then the next day I was told that they didn't have everything available. I told them that I would like a refund then, but a store manager said she could get it all. After this, it was delivered by AMC. When the men arrived, they refused to take it up my stairs because they were not told the correct information by Fantastic. Eventually they started, but refused to bring one of the sofa upstairs (even though they had 3 men), so it was left in my shed. Three pieces of furniture had scratches and dings on them. At 5pm, another two men (not from AMC) came to assemble my chairs and easily carried my sofa upstairs for me. After trying to call the store for 2 days, I was told I would get a small refund. The customer service I received was utterly appalling and I won't order from this store again.
Unless!! I got myself a tall boy dresser only to realize it is broken. I have called them up to get the product replaced. Sounds like it should be an easy task!? Incorrect! First had to wait until Tuesday no worries, they didn't arrive found out at 5pm that they stuffed it up. So... They offered next day exchange Once again haven't showed up. This time I call to get answers as to why they haven't showed up again a staff member pretends not to hear me as soon as I star to complain and hung up. I call back get a manager who refuses to acknowledge the fact that the staff's customer service is terrible and why my furniture hasn't been exchanged again after yet an other day waiting. No response. So I have to go to fair trading to get this sorted as the staff can't do Their 1 job! Worse customer service I've dealt with and I have 18yrs in customer service.
Fantastic furniture at Windsor in Brisbane was a very nice experience to buy furniture, not unlike a scaled down version of IKEA. Lovely helpful staff who created a nice atmosphere while shopping. You look at the furniture on the show floor, choose what you like, pay for it and then drive a few minutes to the warehouse and pick it up. A very simple and easy process provided your car has enough carrying capacity/space. Otherwise I am not sure of the delivery process and cost. Of course you have to assemble the flat packs yourself, which can be time consuming. I found the instructions a lot better than IKEA. Much clearer and easier to follow. Unfortunately the coffee table we purchased had some defects when viewed under certain light on the top surface, so I'm in the process of seeing if I think it warrants returning.
Bought the Lyna table, buffet and entertainment unit. The table and buffet lasted 8 months and started to bow and warp in the middle. Contacted customer care for warranty claim. One took nesrly 8 weeks to come to a conclusion in and the other they deemed not faulty however was originally told by two team members it was faulty then it got changed and suddenly not. Before this happened a pick up date was organised for buffet and table and they did not show up for this, after us waiting around for the entire day. Customer care team were not helpful, lacked communicated, spoke down on me, weren’t apologetic and overall left me feeling disappointed and defeated. Would not recommend this company due to their customer care and warranty team.
Kellie or sales person was very very patient with our indeciveness regarding finding furniture that hopefully will work in our new apartment. Update on the actual products. We ordered four bar stools that we assembled and only one didn't rock. The two seater recliner (once assembled which was easy) the cushion seem lines don't match up. I called and spoke with Kellie regrading the stools and she said she would order more and call me. No call back and we would have to go pick them up and assemble them again (big pain) and just see if they were cut right. My engineering husband was doubtful this would be the case. IKEA has better quality in regards to their machining so their furniture puts together well and doesn't rock.
received a lounge with rotten structural damage. was left without a lounge for almost 2 weeks. If it wasn't for Leesa and Tina at FF Windsor this would have been a 1 star review. they are truly customer focused and go out of their way to provide the best for the customer. it's a shame about the other flaws in FF's business as these 2 provide some of the best customer service i've had in years. FF have horrendous business practices. the fact that customer service staff in store cannot organise delivery for the customer directly is insane. FF overall is a company plagued by terrible upper management and delivery systems which needs to be overhauled to ensure the best outcome for customers.
Absolutely useless, I ordered a queen bondi bed and at first get a double, then the headboard was broken which they were ment to replace(which I specifically asked if they'd need to take the bed and they replied with no as I'd already put the frame together and would be getting a new headboard) to which they took the whole bloody bed. When I called up to resolve this issue they simply replied with "there is nothing we can do" and now I'm stuck with an unassembled frame again... they wouldn't even bring back the frame I put together(which I was told wouldn't be taken) because they don't want to send out a courier again. Bloody useless, never buying from them again
Bought a bed and a couch from them a week ago. The couch arrived and didn't fit into the door of the apartment (which was largely my fault because I should have checked prior). The bed unfortunately arrived with some minor damage on it, and though it was a bit disheartening when I brought it up with the staff at the store they went above and beyond to set things right. They gave us a good deal on a replacement couch and dining table with free transport. In my opinion the only way you know whether a store is good or bad is by seeing how the respond after a mistake has been made, and Fantastic Furniture at Windsor proved they really do care about their customers!
Horrible! We were told our order would take 2 weeks, now it has been 7 with no end in sight. Whenever I try to call for an update, i'm left on hold for extended periods of time, and on the two occasions they have actually answered the phone, there is no update they can give me. I understand there are delays currently but an automated text or simply an email would have been nice instead of leaving us in the dark for almost 2 months. Who knows when we'll receive our furniture at this point. Also, i cannot understand a word the staff are saying over the phone as it always seems to be someone foreign answering. Annoyed and wouldn't order from Fantastic again.
I ordered 2 couches, and 2 sofa's from them, 9 weeks ago today. 3 weeks into waiting on my delivery, my sofa's arrived, but not my couches. Turns out they had irreparably damaged them during delivery from Sydney. That was 4 weeks ago, I am still waiting on my delivery of those couches. So, 9 weeks for a delivery, instead of the 2 weeks I was told, and I AM STILL WAITING!!! I have now been informed there is a 6 week wait on those couches to be delivered, and no one has told me this until now. 4 weeks ago they broke my couches and it took them this long to tell me it would be another 6 weeks. Disgusting service
My husband and I are very excited to receive our new couches but this review is purely due to the lack of communication on Fantastic’s part as we have been told (after many times trying to phone them) the same thing that we will be “receiving a date to have them delivered next week”. Its been almost 2 months and I understand the current climate at the moment isn’t ideal but a little communication on Fantastic’s part would not go astray. We just sold our couch due to the now MISinformation we have received and now we’re waiting longer with nowhere to sit in our home. Just super frustrating.
I went into this store today 1st July 2021 around 10am. After browsing thought the store I was waiting in line for service as I wanted to purchase a couch and was asked if I had a mask, I responded to her that I was exempt for medical reasons she then asked me to leave and shop online because of their policy. I asked for a copy of the policy and she was unable to produce one. Neither the store and staff member had written details of this supposedly "policy" or signage around. I will not be shopping in a store where I am being discriminated against because of a medical condition.
I bought a corner lounge suite for around $1500 and was told it was going to take about 6 weeks to arrive. They processed the payment and I waited patiently for 6 weeks - watching TV on a bean bag. When it never arrived I phoned to get an estimate delivery date and they said they never actually processed the order so I would have to wait another 6 weeks. They took the payment though... I asked for store credit for their incompetence which they wouldn't give, so I instead got a 100% refund and went and bought a couch from ikea (delivered the next day). I waited 6 WEEKS!!!
Worst customer service at Windsor. My husband and I went in to order our new 3 seat lounge. We stood for 10 minutes and no one came to help. They where just standing around on the other side of the building. One person walk passed look and us and keep walking with out saying any thing to us. I said to my husband this is crazy and we started to walk out. As we where walking out some decided to come and see if they could help. I said it too late. Now I will have to travel to North Lakes to see if they can order it for me. Hope there customer service is better.
Purchased a $900 mattress from this store March 2016 and it has become uncomfortable and lumpy and sagging on both sides!! I was told that I need to provide photos showing the sag and lump in the middle. This was almost impossible to capture as the problem occurred when you actually lied on the matress so the damage appeared to be internal. After waiting some three weeks today I was told that unless there is a 3.5cm drop in the matress a claim will be rejected!! So much for the 10 year warranty and guaranteed quality for 10 years!! Bad customer service!!
I had a very "unfantastic"experience yesterday. Wanted 2barstools. They had one in store for $35. The lady said I could get the other, but in may cost a little more, online. I purchased Reva. Online Reva is a different chair selling only in pairs $139. The one I bought is actually Ramsey, selling only in pairs for $189. I asked to return the one I bought and then buy the chair I purchased as Reva for $139 for the pair. They refused. I view this as clickbait and am considering taking this to Fairtrading. My first experience there will be my last.
I highly recommend the Windsor showroom! I would like to give a massive shout out to Leesa T - I recently purchased a couch from her and I can not praise her enough! Leesa was incredibly kind and warm and was very passionate about her job which convinced me to purchase the couch even more! She made the whole experience exciting and easy as! Her knowledge about the product was impeccable and her enthusiasm and excitement for me, buying the couch of my dreams, was super comforting! She deserves the highest of honours! Great customer service from Kelly at Windsor just now. I had to give the store a call as its been 3 weeks awaiting delivery of a bookcase that was supposedly meant to take 10days. Kelly was totally with it and said that its a pain it shouldn't take so long, looked online for me said its a problem in Sydney and they just won't deliver them . So she said I can come in and pick anything else or get a full refund. Super polite and lovely phone manner. How stress free was that im not even upset . Up front ,honest and found a reconciliation
Meh, not great price value for the quality, but it was actually really hard to tell because of the way they arranged their products into displays/groupings. If you want a specific item, you have to go around the whole shop and stare at the different types set within displays... really unhelpful. I did buy an online sofa, that was easy, and a good experience and their communication was spot-on. In summary, online was better than the physical visit to hunt for a further specific item (chairs; which were overpriced in my opinion).
Webster Recliner Set: Process was too easy and value for money. We recently bought the set and it was really good. It was very easy to assemble and very comfy as well. Excellent value for money. Great customer service. A special thank you goes to Emily from Windsor store. One single recliner came with a manufacturing error yet the store was so helpful and managed everything professionally and the chair was replaced within 8 days. Would recommend to anyone requiring a low-cost comfortable suite. Our cat Rosie approves this too.
Bought a large furniture package from this store recently. All the staff I dealt with were amazing! Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If the person i had dealt with wasnt available, someone else just stepped up and helped out. They brought my delivery forward for me at my request and did everything possible to accommodate our body corporate people. The delivery guys were extremely polite and efficient and i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! ps - the furniture is great too - very solid.
I have only been there once and it was a positive experience ( I needed to get a desk for my student ) Saw one that I thought I'd not be able to afford ! But found out it was under $100 but it was on order So I got it assembled and with $20 local delivery This was within a week ! Excellent service and they are professional without being pushy I think the good thing is they have up to date styles that are a bit funkier but at a very reasonable price I think that's what sets them apart from freedom which is overpriced
Bought the Hampton range in charcoal paid nearly $2000 for the 2 and 3 seater with the extension added and have had them just a year and the quality is absolutely terrible. The cushions have already began to lose its foam. It easily gets fluff stuck on the fabric. Terrible quality we will never buy anything from fantastic again. We bought couches from Amart for $700 a set and they lasted us over 10yrs. These ones I think will only last another few months before we have to get new ones again. Look elsewhere.
I have really enjoyed shopping with fantastic furniture Windsor. Cheapest in the market place and the best customer service that I have experienced. No point pretending it’s the best quality as it isn’t and quite frankly I don’t want to spend thousands on furniture as my cats and little one will likely ruin it before it breaks anyway. I have had a structural problem once and Michelle & her manager were great and helped me with a replacement. For the price bracket, this is the best furniture retailer.
I have been ringing the phone line all day yesterday and again all morning and no one answers. This is absolutely crazy. How am I meant to speak to someone about my issue??? So you guys delivered my Bondi Bed frame and mattress yesterday morning first thing. Which was great. But the frame has one leg missing. The box only came with three and now I have to use books as the fourth leg that you guys failed to provide. As a first time customer, not happy at all and will not be shopping here ever again.
Was told a date I'd receive my couch. Didn't come. Received another date, didn't come. Received another date, finally came. They offered compensation and I was given a date, it didn't come, was given another date, it didn't come. Three weeks later and promised callbacks from manager, and I still don't have the refund. Customer service is revolting and rude, and they dont do as they say. I filed a total refund (of the couch AND the compensation I was meant to get) with the Ombudsman. Jerks.
Appalling customer service. This is the first and only time I will ever purchase from Fantastic Furniture. I ordered a couch in January with an estimated 6-8 week delivery period. 14 weeks later and we have no couch and have had absolutely no communication from them as to where it is or how long it will be. Will be getting a refund and finding another retailer more interested in creating returning customers. Seriously disgusted by this company. Shop elsewhere.
Placed an order received confirmation order was ready for collection. Went to collect and was informed my chairs were at the distribution centre, but I had to drive to a different store to collect my bar stools. The stools had been at the distribution centre but they had to stored at the other store. What a joke when I asked the salesperson at the store why the order was split, she just laughed and said 'Thats just the way it is' I did not find it funny
Awesome customer service from you guys at your Windsor store, I came in because a futon I had purchased from the North Lakes store came with a faulty leg. The young tall guy with a beard helped me out straight away and didn't even hesitate to give me a good one from one of the displays. Thought i was going to have to wait for a replacement but the issue was sorted out instantly, super happy with the wonderful service and an awesome new futon.
The most amazing service I have ever had from any retail store. The lady’s name is Kelly that looked after us, & she was absolutely amazing to deal with. Incredible service, friendliest manner & best attitude. I will always do my best to shop at that store because of her. The range is also very good but Kelly was what made the store impressionable. Not many people can have an attitude like that without having to try, but Kelly does.
Went in with a clear idea on what to buy so I didnt use the staff as much as I should of, beside placing my order. There were a few hiccups in communication between store & wearhouse. But the person who assisted me at the warehouse Windsor was so lovely & resolve all my problems & offer a free delivery on a item that they didn't have in stock. Sorry I didn't get your name but you definitely need a promotion and a pay rise =)
Wow fantastic customer service!!!! My sofa and recliner had some leather issue and as I sent an email to customer service team, they answered me straight away and solved my problem as quickly as I bought all my furnitures from there....I want to congratulate you guys. I work in customer service too and I know it takes time to get back to your customers when there’s an issue but you guy rock it! Amazing team THANK YOU!
I was only making enquiries over the phone and I spoke to Lisa who was incredibly kind and polite, and she went above and beyond to find me different coloured options for the couch I wanted. She said she'd call me back when she was done searching and she held herself accountable by calling me back as promised. If I can get great service like that over the phone, I can imagine how much better it would be in person!
I’m still waiting on someone to get back about a sofa lounge that has been paid for in full My sofa lounge way that smashed on delivery ! The whole in side of couch is unstable and not safe to sit on ! No one is getting back to me I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store at Windsor and no response from staff or Management!! Totally disgusted with your service and wasting my time ! Don’t use this company
The service is terrible they never have any stock the manager is clueless with the stock they have in store, overall it is pointless going to this store for anything, they pass the blame on to everyone else and there pick up centre at Stafford is just as bad take ages to find something you orders to come back and say “oh we don’t have it here the store should of contacted you” overall the company is a joke
Have had great service previously from this store. Sent an email regarding a fault with some chairs to customer care. I realised that they would have been out of warranty and did not expect them to be replaced, just wanted to bring it to their attention. I had to call back 5 days later to check if my email had been received. It had been, no one even bothered to reply or call. Very poor customer service.
Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never support fantastic furniture ever again nor would I recommend it. Basically just take your money then don’t let you know where your product is. Ordered a bed in October and still waiting. Emailed the support email with all of my issues and of course a new ETA was given without a reason why. It’s becoming a joke now.
I've bought multiple items of furniture and I keep hoping the service gets better but it never does. My issues always stem from this one lady in the show room ASSUMING the warehouse has stock. Plot twist: it doesn't... 3 times in a row. It's such an inconvenience to go over to the warehouse and wait for the poor guys try to find a product that isn't there. Won't ever shop here again.
Reasonably priced furniture. The showcases were neat and tidy and there were several styles of sofas for you to see. We were there on a rather busy day so we helped ourselves to trying out all the sofas, picked a style and fabric and ordered it. It's a very comfy sofa! I fall asleep on it all the time, lol. Delivery was exceptional, the guys were very accommodating and professional.
The staff at this location are amazing and so helpful. Leesa especially assisted me in purchasing a couch and coffee table to get delivered. It was a seamless process, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She even offered to help carry the coffee table out to the car for us despite it being super light and easy to carry. Will definitely be purchasing here in the future!

Do not shop here. Ordered a couch in January to cancel two weeks ago, as it had not arrived with no communication in the meantime. After cancellation we have not received refund, “Processing” they say, yet others I know have not waited this long. Give people their money and up your customer service. If you don’t have product, don’t sell it. Really upsetting.
Had to furnish a two bedroom apartment very quickly. The staff at Windsor were great. Tina listened to my requirements and was very helpful. Not an easy job to guide a single male. Delivery was very quick and well organised. I'm very happy with my new sofa, table and chairs. Beds, etc etc Fantastic and much better quality than a certain Swedish company...
I’ve only had great experiences here. I bought my couch originally from here around a year ago with ease and it was delivered to mine promptly. Unfortunately the couch managed to break earlier in this year. When I contacted them, the staff were so lovely and accommodating and helped me replace it (no additional cost) and got me another couch that I love.
We had a problem with one of our glass top coffee tables. Monique and Michelle at Windsor Fantastic Furniture were absolutely amazing helping us get full refunds, they organised the pick up for us and there was absolutely no dramas getting a refund. I can’t fault Windsor store for anything. 5 stars. I really appreciate everything they have done for us.
I’ve been blown away by the experience I have had with this team. I had a piece that didn’t fit and and piece that defaulted within its warranty and both times the team were happy to assist, offering exceptional service and free pick up of the items. The really went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I have received.
Sales team are good but Back of home needs attention as they dropped the order of at my car and then walked off and had to load the Ute myself and when I got home half the order was wrong as they picked my order incorrectly. I then had to deal with the store to get the right stuff witch was a nightmare after 4 calls to sort it out.
Bought a NAP 3 seater Futon - Light frame. Non-fabric covering (easier to clean from cat's hair!) - I like the hard seating too. Love it. Only negatives were: a) had to call about 10 times before getting someone to answer the phone & b) the 4:30-5pm promised text advice re delivery timeframe didn't eventuate until 7:30pm!
My goodness we walked in last Sunday afternoon we had our Labradoodle , so my husband and myself tag teamed looking at furniture, the staff took note said bring you dog in she's very welcome . We purchased nearly a whole house of furniture, seriously fantastic service... well done to great staff . Fantastic experience.

Worst service ever. I should not have spent my money for this kinda service. Never able to contact with anyone on the phone about delivery service. The information on the website is incorrect and not applied in QLD according to delivery service and i couldnt not be able to reach out to them at all for 3 days.
Went in to buy a lounge chair 15 minutes before closing time. Was promptly served (by Lisa I think) who was super friendly and absolutely powered through the checkout process, meaning I could get to the warehouse (5 minutes around the corner) and collect my chair all before closing time. Super impressed A++
Dislike the furniture, you get what you pay for, the shop is well displayed, clean, nicely spaced out, I couldn’t feel the comfort in seating nor did it appeal to what I want. great in The brochures is why I visited & promoters by ‘house rules’ huge bonus is your left to yourself no annoyance from anyone.
Disgusting service. No communication about the warehouse still being open while the store is closed due to floods. It’s unacceptable and the floods are not an excuse to state the warehouse is closed when it wasn’t. Better communication needs to be in place. Won’t be buying from the Windsor store again.
Awful service - we were told beds we ordered would take a week. Six weeks later and still no one can confirm delivery dates. A really bad store for the Fantastic Furniture brand. Someone at HQ needs to look into the service and staff at this store. Don't call on the phone though - they wont answer!
The entry was difficult to find and absolutely filthy outside entrance with bird droppings everywhere. (I am sure its a centre managment issue).Second visit to store within 7months same stock and no rotation and not too much variety. The customer service great by staff member Tina!!!
I found Fantastic Furniture (Windsor) to be VERY GOOD. Staff friendly and helpful. I will always check them out to see if they have what I need. Also, collecting from their warehouse, the staff are very helpful there as well. I guess some people will never be happy, no matter what.
Just want to give a shout out to Alyce at the Windsor store. Had a lot of trouble at the Logan shop and she was able to come through and help us out and made it no issue at all! Great customer service with a smile on her face, how all retail workers should operate …
Not happy bed didn't arrive with slats truck drivers dropped and ran I call not long after they left over ten times and they didn't answer the phone. Called customer care got put on hold for 5 minutes 15 minutes later told again minutes wait how not fantastic
Absolutely worst experience, staff were hopeless, could not help me at all, all I wanted was a bed out of the catalogue. Could not even tell me how long delivery was l, I ended up waiting over a month, the product cane damaged. Will NEVER buy there again!!!!
Probably the best customer service I have gotten! Was over the phone and the elderly lady (she called herself elderly haha) I can’t thank her enough for her time and effort to help me find a good table and chair set when everywhere was low in stock :)
We bought a firm mattress and it sort of sank in. I called and they said to email. After my email they are neither responding to mails nor calls. Very bad service as the mattress has warranty and I feel the depth of sinking qualifies for replacement.
Tina gave really friendly honest genuine customer service, she was not pushy and totally understand that we were looking today and did not make decision to purchase today. So for that reason we will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase!
Excellent service! Friendly and relaxed. I felt like I was buying what I needed and wasn't be sold things I didn't want. The items are very well priced, obviously they are not top-shelf but at 1/10th the price of competing stores it's great value.
The employees are not careful with the boxes at all. Currently putting together a drawer and the rollers are bent and I can’t put the drawer in. Also the drawers are on a slight angle and forgot one of the rollers for the draws. Never returning.
we've gotten an office desk and tv display stand from here. easy to shop in store and also online. the pickup is close by in stafford and furniture was relatively simple to put together. if you're on a budget then this is a good place to shop.
Ordered online, was instructed to go to the warehouse to collect but then told they were an in store item once I arrived. Wasted a fair bit of my time driving around, unfortunately. Strongly suggest you check with them before picking up.
I have ordered 5 items from Fantastic Furniture so far and have not been disappointed. I love the prices, the service (right to my door) and most of all the furniture is actually all good. I’ll continue to shop here for sure. Thank you.
Purchased a few items from fantastic furniture a week or so ago and I am absolutely in love with my purchased items. Were all very easy to set up and are in perfect condition. Ill definitely purchase from that store more often.
They couldn't have been more helpful! Great service when I ordered, and then when a problem came up with the delivery date (on my end) they were only too happy to help and reschedule. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Had a small issue with a couch stitching, received a response instantly from Michelle who helped me via email and was extremely polite and professional to deal with, would highly recommend, issue solved within 24 hours
Placed an order for a dining set and had the confirmation saying ready to pick literally not even 5 minutes after. Went to the Windsor Warehouse and picked our order up. The process was less than 15 minutes! Amazing!
Awful experience up till now. Firstly they delivered the wrong furniture, it took them half a day to sort out things and still they delivered two wrong dining table chairs. Still chasing them to get the right ones.
Bought one sofa. When bring home it was damaged. They replace after three weeks and again with damaged and used one. When contacted back they told to wait again for unspecified time. Never bought from them again.
Have been trying to find a couple of bedheads and finally found what I wanted at Fantastic Furniture. Only downside was that while one was delivered on time the other is delayed. Looking forward to getting it.

Poor after sales customer service. When items are out of stock, no one follows up with update or when items may be available. The customer has to keep phoning each week for an update.
We were happy with the service and the price (we bought a sofa and 2 wing backed chairs for under 2000) especially when able to choose from the fabrics provided. We love them!

High prices for low quality furniture. Rang and emailed to organise a repair for my couch and had to wait 2 weeks before hearing anything back.
While purchasing displayed 3-4 days delivery. It has been more than two weeks no reply from customer service nor contacted for the delivery.
Ordered a bed frame in January got told it would be here by the 12th of Feb now have been told it won't be here till the 18th maybe later
I love fantastic furniture. They always have a great range of products at an affordable price. Their service is also excellent.
