Delivery guy told me to scan a QR code to accept the delivery so when I did he then grabbed my phone and quickly left themselves a 5 star review and wrote "good". I was not even aware until google notifed me so I have come to adjust and advise. I now don't know how many reviews for this place are legitimate. Its been 1 week and we are happy with the lounge purchased, it's nothing exceptional but it's comfy and was cheaper than everywhere else.

I bought a mattress online and they told me it would be available in 6 to 8 weeks. and I had a visit from a family member. I requested a refund of my money and they did not refund my money in full. when the error is theirs by putting a product in the system that is not available. Look in another store and they do put the availability if there is at the moment and they don't waste your time and money. I am totally dissatisfied with this store.

We are new to Brisbane and bought our bed and mattress from A2Z. We were a bit skeptical about shopping online and about their delivery service. But they were very prompt with the order. The delivery was well tracked and on time. The delivery guys went an extra step checking our id to confirm if they are at the right place, extra diligence from their part. Very satisfied shopping with A2Z furniture.

I visited A2Z Furniture on Sunday afternoon, and by Monday lunchtime my 2 Savannah couches had been delivered and assembled in my home! From the friendly welcome I received in store, to the efficient installation at my place, it has been an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend A2Z Furniture for their great customer service and good value couches.

Beautiful couch, and the delivery was great. One of the legs won’t fully screw in, and one of the boxes was damaged, but thankfully the contents was fine! The delivery guy kept telling me to leave a 5 star review, and post a “great review “ before I’d even unpacked it. So that was a little off putting. But seriously, great couch.

Bought a couple of bed frames and a mattress from A2Z Furniture and they were easy to deal with from start to finish. The goods were delivered without any problems and the driver was very helpful. The bed frames and the mattress are pretty good and came at a fantastic price. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

There was a problem with the sofas we bought . We contacted a2z and they asked for an email showing the problem. I sent an email at 3:00 Friday and we had a replacement by 10:00 the next day. They were very good to deal with and replaced the sofas no questions asked. Very happy with there service
