I found a pair of shoes that I liked. They were the only pair in my size. However, they looked like they had been worn. The bottoms were dirty and there were scuffs on the side. There was no paper stuffing inside and only one piece of tissue paper at the bottom of the shoe box. These had clearly been purchased and brought back which is fine, I guess. I asked if there was any way I could either order the same pair so I could have a brand new, not worn pair or a discount of some sort, even a coupon to use towards the that pair. The lady at the register said no that wasn't possible they have just been tried on and their carpet was very dirty. She offered to call the manager so I said sure. The manager came up and said the same thing It's a common size they've been tried on and our carpet is dirty. No compromise whatsoever. So I opted not to buy them. I wouldn't think the correct answer is to say our carpet is dirty. Again these had clearly been worn. I just was not happy with the outcome.
I ordered a pair of shoes online that came scuffed up with no tissue in the shoes or box and dirty/worn on the bottom. I have ordered shoes from DSW dozens of times in the past and have never experienced this. I took them in to the DSW at Zona Rosa and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I explained to the employee at the register the state that the shoes were in when I received them and she called for a manager. I don't know if she thought my story was suspicious, but she never asked any questions or explained why she was calling for the manager. The manager came up and did not make eye contact with me, only said "this is how you received them?" while looking at the shoes and then told the employee to damage them out. There wasn't an apology offered by anyone for the state of the shoes, which is the very least they could have done.
I’m a big fan of DSW. I decided to go in to see if they have anything nice for the summer and picked up a pair of shoes I liked. My little one was with and she picked up a toy. We get to the register and the cashier greets us , she’s being super nice until I ask her for a plastic shopping bag. The cashier rang up the items and just stood there not bagging the items. I asked for a bag and she said we are going bagless. I was confused and said well maybe you should put up a sign so customers are aware. She eventually gives me a bag and says you have been warned for next time ! I almost burst out laughing ! I just rolled my eyes , said have a good day and went about my way. Just FYI everyone apparently DSW is going bagless.
Great variety of design name shoes with many showing an additional sale price. Purses, socks and other accessories also available. We were thrilled it was open until 9pm on a weeknight and were able to shop after work. It wasnt very busy when we got there and then parking was free and easy to find so that was another plus for this last minute shoe shopping spree. The cons? Well, you do have to go up an escalator to get to the store from the street and the store looked like it could use a refresh and then a couple of the shoes we wanted had limited sizes since it was so late in the season but during these times, we were pleased to have the opportunity to shop there.
I really like DSW, but the most recent time I was here, they hardly had any decent options of things. Like, they have the basic black low top chucks but they dont have many other colors available... i have the black ones! I want more color choices! Also, I had to order one of the pairs of shoes I bought for my daughter. She has tiny feet, so we couldn't get them that day, they got delivered like a week later... luckily we went school shopping early... The rewards here are worth getting, I get good offers on the app too... But that doesn't do any good if you guys don't have what I want...
Placed a few orders online and all were canceled because they were "Out of Stock" even though another order I placed of the same items were shipped after receiving these messages. On the orders that were canceled I used a coupon where the one that wasn't canceled I didn't so I'm assuming they just want to make money and not honor coupons. I won't be shopping here again. Oh and not to mention that the pair of shoes I bought from here fell apart after about 2 months. Overall: Very poor quality products and they cancel orders placed with coupons.
The staff were friendly and attentive, but not knowledgeable. I ended up wasting my time visiting this location 4 times looking for Mary Jane shoes. I looked in the Summer and was told they would have them in Autumn. I've since been 3 separate times and they just do not have them in stock. It's been a real disappointment.
I love this place. The people are always helpful and smiling. The prices are very reasonable and if you can't find what you're looking for most of the time it's on their website. The store is pretty big with shoes for men's, Women's, and Children. Definitely worth the trip to go in.
Shoe size/selection has declined since the pandemic. It's a shame that you have to shop online to get what you need (anything other than the absolute most popular sizes). I'm guessing it's why other stores have gone out of business. Hoping DSW can keep it together.
Love this location! There is a great selection and I've always had friendly staff. I had a large online return last week that I had brought into the store and the associate helping me did not make me feel bad at all for having to process everything in the evening.
Found what I wanted at a really good price. That was after shopping at 4 other stores first. I needed something nice as mother of the bride, but I didn't want to pay a lot of money for shoes. There are enough other wedding-related expenses to deal with!
It’s bigger show store that has many selections. It’s located at Zona Rosa so it’s convenient for shopping and dining as well. Found the boots that I really like and happened to be on 60% Sale so I just grabbed it without hesitation.
My first visit to DSW. I was looking for Birkenstocks for my wife. She loves them! They had the color I was looking for but not the correct size. I looked around and was impressed with the selection. I will check them out again.
Lots of women's shoes, decent amount for guys though I'm not too fond of the variety of tennis shoes they have. Also watch out for if they give you two different sized shoes in the same shoebox though. Has happened to us before.
I was greeted as soon as I entered. The Rep was very helpful in directing me on how to get my return processed. Only had to wait in line a minute and was done in about 5 minutes. Refunded promptly.. Low stress..
Selection of kids shoes and sizes were not as expansive as we hoped but we still made it out with three pairs of shoes for my niece. Friendly staff and quick checkout. Always appreciate clearance section.
How can you not rate a shoe store 5 star. Such huge selection for men and women. Sale racks are so great. Ordering online is also a breeze
Large selection for both women and men. Pricing is reasonable in my opinion. Happy with my purchase.
Jaimi was wonderful and very helpful. Great shoes!
