Great place for shoes and socks. We were just in there on Oct. 24th and the manager is very professional. While we were in the store there were two different couples that can in without masks. The manager asked very nicely but firm if they had masks. They did not and he asked if they had some in their car they could go get. They did not, so they left without any issues. I want to say this manager was very professional about it. Great job.

Wonderful displays, selection, customer service and facility! The Manner, "Dave" was extremely personable and helpful! Because of his guidance we made the purchases we did! The displays were clean with well stocked products! Most impressive shoe store! You won't need to go anywhere else and you'll return time and time again! An asset to our immediate shopping area! Went in here last week to get my kiddos some new shoes. I had a hard time finding the shoes in their sizes as no staff was around to ask for help. I finally found them after walking around the store 3x. The prices were great. I ended up getting 3 pairs of nike tennis shoes and a pair of Clarke's for $120 bucks. It was a complete bargain! Will definitely return here when we all need some new shoes!

Perhaps I'm getting old, but I was very underwhelmed with the styles and selection of shoes these days. Everything is cheaply made anymore. The only shoe I would have bought was a style they still make from 10 years ago. Also worth notiing, the store is a mess, doesn't appear anyone gives a rat's ass about the appearance of the floor. I see no reason to return.

Would give 5 stars if they would have honored the price on the shelf where I picked my shies from. Instead the said that they was in wtong spot and charged me $20 more. They should have honored the price they was under. I could have went to another store company and paid a lot less. Only paid the high price cause I am in desperate need

Amie was great. My husband wore his favorite sneakers until there were holes in the sole. He found a pair he liked there, but unfortunately they didn't have any in his size. She looked it up and saw they had it at the location on Merriam and had them place them on hold for us. She went above and beyond. Thank you.

So happy I walked in and found exactly the pair of shoes in the style and size I was looking for. They always have a great selection and it makes you shopping so much easier to just start at famous. The sales help here we're very helpful in directing me to where to look for what I was asking about.

The young lady who helped me find a wide pair of sport active shoes. With a pole from A wall. So very kind. The check out person was nice too. We pitched two pairs. One for me and one for my fallow . They are having Grate sales now and they except Milatary Discounts too.

Great selections all types of shoes. If they don't have shoes in the store, they will find style for customers. Don't look for narrow sizes. Most people must have medium widths today. Staff is usually very helpful.

Yes I’m in there shopping for shoes I’m a 53-year-old grandma and I can drop in for a while to find the perfect shoe and when I go up to ask for a restroom I’m told I’m sorry ma’am we have no public restrooms here

Like all other businesses, they are short staffed. Maybe if they paid a living wage, more people would apply. There were 4 people shopping, and I had to look for someone to help me get shoes off the top shelf.

Staff could care less weather we shopped there or not wasn't helpful Nd was too busy talking to each other to worry about customers. Clean store decent selection but the staff could have been friendlybat least

The assistant manager Dave was absolutely amazing. He helped us in a very short amount of time and made incredibles suggestions. The prices are very reasonable here and I would definitely recommend it.

Tried 3 times to call if the shoes I wanted were in stock. 3 times the phone rings but NOBODY picks up phone! Why is that? So frustrating when you can't get good service anymore anywhere.

Not to helpful on the floor, but that's what what do great about it. They didn't bother you to much or try and pressure you into a fast buy life I've seen other show places do

Had just what we needed for back to school, and it was bogo 1/2 off. #winning. Only complaint.. no one spoke or asked if we needed any assistance. (Fortunately, we did not)
