I spent over $354 on shoes myself and my children last night I had a great experience with the young lady at the register she gave great service through and through. I came back today to exchange the exact same shoes for bigger sizes and was told I owed 10 more dollars for the shoes. Which I found odd because it was the exact same shoes. At this point I’m calm cool collected I just wanted to know why I rarely shop there. My mother & sister go all the time and she highly recommend them, and we all use my mothers rewards. So they called the manager Rebecca her attitude is terrible she kept saying I wanted a “refund” and all I wanted to do was exchange my sons shoes for a bigger size. She insisted that I was trying to get money, she also said I was being “angry “ and all I did was ask a question. If a store has a policy I would happily fo whatever is needed it was the way she said it. The cashier that asked for help was crying because of how bad the manger was speaking to me the manager Rebecca told the employee if she can’t handle retail she needs to work some where else. And told her she can work the floor and someone else can cashier. No apology nothing this lady is apologizing and crying and I immediately told her I wasn’t mad at her and that it was her manager doing a poor job. She tried calling security on me saying that I needed to leave her store. I’ve never seen anything like it my life. I feel bad for the employees that’s a hostile work environment. And a poor example of what customer service should be.
I found 2 pair of shoes to purchase and followed the directions as per the signage for the BOGO sale. When I got to the register I was told that neither pair qualify and I wouldn't get the discount. I asked for clarification and was told that if the 2nd pair was more expensive than the first they couldn't be half price. I explained the first pair couldn't be half price because they were NIKE as per their signage. The clerk asked me to get the signage so I went back and picked it up. These signs are all over the store in front of many of the premium shoes like NIKE. It only says premium shoes have to be the first rung up at regular price. It DOES NOT say they have to be more expensive than the 2nd pair. Another clerk and finally, the manager, came from the back of the store. They reiterated their pricing policy. I explained again that's not what the store signage says. I was invited to leave the store and told they have plenty of customers. When I picked up the sign to take a picture of it I was told I couldn't do that. And the clerk's parting comment to me was to call me a racist! I'm never spending another dollar with this company.
My first time going to Off-Broadway in Ward Parkway Sopping center was not a good one, I guess I didn't get the memo about how the stores buy one and get the other pair for half price goes. The first thing is all the Nikes are off-limits for the sale. The second thing is that if you find another brand and the cost is the same as the brand you are buying they are off-limit. Third, they are steering you to the cheapest shoes they have in the store for the sale. I think if it was a customer-friendly sale they wouldn't put all these restrictions on their shoes. I've been to Shoe Carnival and I have not experienced this kind of restriction on their buy one get the other half price. Just a heads up to management you need to display these restriction some where that the customer can see them plainly because I wasted a lot of time picking out shoes only to get to the cash register and to be told that the shoes I had didn't work for you guys sale. And that was it for me I just went on line and ordered a pair of shoes it was less stressful. Thank you for hearing my complaint.
The store manager working 03/19/2022 was rude and absolutely awful..the store is short staffed and with a manager like that it is easy to see why. She was rude and distant to store associates who are simply asking for help. She also liked to yell and them for no apparent reason. The manager Let a pregnant woman and her husband wait for 20 minutes because the associate needed help ringing up an item and the manager knowingly disregarded the associate. They decided to let her fend for themselves and continue checking out people who were behind them in line, including myself.. I left the store before they were even rung up!Seemed other customers were having issues as well, the manager left her associates out to dry. They were all trying their best, but their manager was failing them. Corporate should look into this.
I went in this afternoon to look for shoes for my godchildren. When I went to the cash register, the cashier was extremely rude. I asked if the shoes I had chosen qualify for a bogo sale promotion she said no in a rude tone…… when I asked if there were any coupons she muttered under her breath and I couldn’t hear her so I asked her to repeat and she said “o don’t know what’s on the website” sometimes it’s not what you say but more so how you say it …. Terrible customer service. While I was looking for a coupon online she walked away for a good chunk of time doing something else.. when she came back I payed full price for shoes and left as soon as possible. Will not be returning. Disappointed in general.
This place was a mess. So unorganized. Way too difficult to find the actual shoes you want. So many in the wrong spot and showing an incorrect price. Much of this, of course, can be a result of people shoving shoes they decide against in any old spot but today's visit was beyond anything I've experienced before. They really need to have appropriate staffing to keep this place running more smoothly. Plus, the BOGO sale is so ridiculous with so many exclusions/rules that prevent you from actually getting that deal. In the end, I was able to find one pair of shoes that were not stupidly high in price.
Great selection UNLESS you’re a woman with a shoe size bigger than 10. I walked around this store for over an hour with no associate ever asking to help. By the time I finally found someone, he was annoyed that I asked. I finally found 2 pairs BECAUSE everywhere you look it advertises BOGO 50%. That is until you wait in line for 20 minutes to be told that it doesn’t apply to the shoes that you brought up for reasons that didn’t make a bit of sense. Some excuse about a “first pair” based on specific manufacturers. Misleading and disappointing. Will never waste my time here again. Be better.
i've gone in here plenty of times over the past 2 years and when I ask for help for shoes the manager Britney she's always rude. She never speaks when I say hello. She gives a silent treatment. I don't know if they do customer service training but she absolutely needs it. and when she does speak, she comes off ghetto and rude. Not a good look for the store. The front girl had her help find my daughter some shoes and she had an attitude. I absolutely dread coming in here when she works not a good time with her! i'm giving them one star because of their shoe selection is great.
These poor managers. Chaos every time I go in there. One time a large $$$ refund did not process and never hit my bank account despite the receipt. It was due to terminal issues in the store. They couldn’t help me in store and blamed corporate. They could not call customer support and handle on my behalf. After 5 weeks and 6 calls with customer support where I was told no updates or told to call other numbers that never had anyone on the other end… I finally got my money back. Total headache. No one knew what was going on.
Went in the store about a week ago.. About 1 hour before close.. Was close to purchasing and spending $100 on 2 pairs of boots… and 2 females told me they were closing soon and that we needed to leave. We dropped the boots on the floor and left. They didn’t get my service that day. That’s what happens when you act a fool to customers. Never coming here again.
My first time here i went to this place to find me some boots for a Anita Baker Concert lol. Yes, i found what i was looking for and when i went out people love them. The lady that help me was very friendly and gave me a 10 percent discount it was my BIRTHDAY earlier in the month. They have nice shoes, purses as well.
They have a great selection of shoes. The staff has always been helpful and professional. I enjoy looking around sometimes but at least half the time I'll always leave with a pair of shoes.. The only con about this place is the prices. I know that their prices are a little higher than other shoe stores.
A bit disappointing at checkout. The clerk was very impatient in looking up my reward card membership and when it wasn't coming up she told me to "go apply for another one." Not sure where she meant for me to go. In any case, my reward card wasn't credited and she wasn't at all helpful.
Fantastic time shopping at Off Broadway and while there found the perfect shoes. A couple of days ago, I had the greatest customer service experience from Shiane. She helped me understand the BOGO deal. I am definitely coming again and will be asking for her service.
Drexel Hall was such a nice event space, beautiful color of white painted on the walls and the pillars, complimented with soft white lights across the ceiling. Very nice, my mom was considering on having her next birthday event there. Very well done.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have never experienced a more unprofessional staff in my life. Apparently service dogs – which are defined as medical equipment in the Americans with Disabilities Act – being attacked don’t
I used to go to this store because I could find some incredible deals during their Buy 1 get 1 50% off sale...I took a friend to get some Converse shoes for her Mother's Day and they greeted us, telling us about the sale..."everything's is
i have shopped here numerous times. However, my last visit was an awful experience. i wanted the bogo 1/2 off shoe deal, and the second pairs of shoes i wanted weren't in my size. i asked for it to be shipped to me and thats where somehow
I like to purchase shoes here because the store is spacious, organized, and well lit. I can easily find what I am looking for. The sales staff are conversant in shoe style, size, and color. Meaning, I receive exceptional customer service.
I was looking for a very cute booties for the winter, when I went there they were having a sale on the "Ginnie" bootie. Well they had the same bootie in two different places in the store, one at the end of the isles and then another where
Made a purchase about a week before Christmas. At the checkout I paid with my credit/debit card and was charged twice for the 1 transaction. I noticed it the next day and called the store and spoke with the manager who apologized and
Best shoe store in two states. I was visiting the area and need to get a new pair of shoes. I was amazed at the selection. I blown away at the prices and seriously impressed with the customer service from every employee.
Customer service was good. Prices are expensive unless you're buying multiple and getting one half off. Not a lot of shoes on clearance. Also a couple boxes of shoes I wanted to try on had mismatched sizes.
It's honestly a good shoe store. They have a decent selection and most sizes are typically in stock. It's a large store and so there's plenty of room to shop comfortably and not feel confined.
Disorganization led me to spending an extra $50 for a pair of shoes that looked identical to the ones I pulled under from - garbage customer service when it came down to it.
They offer specials but when you checkout they charge you more. False advertising
If you can find your size, the selection is impressive
Great value. Great selection friendly staff
