This review is long overdue! I have been with Daniel Durst and team for years! I have had nothing but the absolute best service every time I call or email. Stephen and Carmen helped me out so much last year with questions and concerns after an accident I had and they helped me get into my new car and made everything stress free while I dealt with other things. My daughter just recently purchased her first vehicle and I contacted Stephen who immediately responded and once again gave me the absolute best service! I am so grateful for all of the staff at the Daniel Dursts location! They are always willing to help and take the time to answer any questions I have. This is what excellent customer service is! Its hard to find these days!

When I moved 1 1/2 years ago I was looking for contents insurance for my new rental. Michelle Joyce was very helpful with providing me with a quote in a timely manner. She has excellent customer service skills and offered a policy that works for the coverage that I was looking for. She's very quick to respond back to any follow up questions I had. She's very professional, caring and explains things in ways so that I understand what's covered on my policy. Michelle has also talked to me about auto insurance which I've mentioned for her to contact me the before my next renewal, so I can compare prices and bundle up my services. I would highly recommend Michelle as your insurance agent.

I don’t recommend dealing with this company Danial Durst especially with the sales team just need to sell the product and after selling the insurance the internal team send in few days that you are not qualified and cancel it and when i called the sales man his , he say don’t worry we will give you exception and before the ending of the exception days for cancelation in few hours the Salaes man call sorry you have to find another company and now you have to accept any price because no time for shopping for good deal Not reliable company and sales team not professional even the way they talk in the phone Not recommended this company .

Nothing but positive things to say! Dan spent so much time finding the exact policy that would set us up for our future. Bad experience! Paying auto insurance for 5 years without claim but every year premium increase because of others claim that means there is no benifit of safe driving.. The biggest disappointment is agents are not whiling to retain clients and happy to cancel the policy without any discussion Good luck for your business
