I have been a client of Debbies for 2 decades now and in that time l have been through some very tough times. Through each of them Debbie and her team have been there to make the insurance process as uncomplicated as possible and have always fought for my rights. I have had the pleasure of mainly dealing with Corrine McNamara. She is unbelievable. Corrine always goes above and beyond all expectations. She treats me as more of a friend than as a client. Whether I have a couple simple questions or huge concerns, Corrine always makes time for me. I can say with great conviction that Debbie, Corrine and the rest of the team have made some really dark times much easier to deal with. Insurance shouldn't add to the stress of whatever you are going through. They take away that unneeded stress so you can focus on yourself, your family and getting better. Thanks guys.

I have been insured through State Farm - Debbie Avelar for over a decade now and can't think of any issues. During that span I've had two accidents, one stolen auto and a new home, but even throughout all that I can't think of any problems. The reason for this is directly because of Corinne McNamara. Corinne is the best representative and time over time comes up clutch with her professional insight, dedication and professionalism. Corinne in all definitions is a true professional who will genuinely take care of your insurance needs. Not only does Corinne take care of your insurance needs but she adds a personal flare and takes interest in your life making the whole process a pleasant and enjoyable experience - AND who ever says that about insurance claims! I will be with State Farm as long as Corinne is my representative.

I had a great experience with both Debbie and Collece (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) . They both have helped me over the past week, in re negotiating my new rates. I have been shopping around for a new broker as initially my rates were a little too high. However!! after talking to BOTH of these individuals, and most recently Debbie, they were able to retain my business. you can tell these Ladies love to talk, and love to talk insurance. They are very knowledgeable and are patient to answer any question you may have. (I was on the phone with Debbie for over an hour) very pleasant and I left the conversation TRULY believing I got the very best deal for my needs. This is a Def recommend from me.

Within 30 mins I was able to secure home and auto insurance (same policies and deductibles) for $300/mth less than what Debbie and Desjardins were charging me. When I cancelled because they can not match the better rates (even after 30yrs of on time overblown payments) I was told by Corrine that I had to pay two months of premiums as a cancellation fee!!!! After voicing my disgust and disdain I was told this is an industry standard. No credit given for 30YRS worth of premiums and loyalty.... RUN from this company and call SCOOP!

I have been a client of Debbie Avelar - State Farm Insurance for at least 10 years - Probably more. During my time as a client I have dealt almost exclusively with Corinne Gardner. Corrine has outstanding customer service. For me, she is the reason why I still continue to keep my business at this location. She responds to my inquiries immediately, and follows up with any referrals that I send her. As a Realtor, from time to time I send her referrals for clients that require tenant's contents insurance. Her turn around time in getting the insurance approved is immediate. As such, I continue to work with her, and I fully trust her capabilities. 5 star for sure!

Our home and auto insurance has been with Debbie Avelar's office for several years now. Debbie, Corinne and Colise are always prompt and patient in answering our insurance questions, not to mention friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable, making sure our coverage is exactly what we need. Insurance is difficult at best to understand yet navigate what you need personally, family or business. I have been dealing with Corrine for the past several years and I feel very comfortable in my levels of insurance. Both personal and business she is always there to answer my questions.
