This place is so awesome; from Vern, to Ryan and even the guys in the delivery/install team... great group. the inside team is always eager and available to assist clients when needed. This place cares about its customer base--- as well as it's employees. Stellar by far!

Can't get anyone to answer the phone for days. When I was able to get assistance, it seemed to be abrupt and one has to schedule an appt when when simply wanted to browse options before deciding on a specific item.

Great variety of knobs for cabinets and such oh, it did not have what I was looking for, which was not a knob. Is able to offer other suggestions to find the item I was looking for.

Wonderful selection of door hardware, handles, knobs and anything you could want. Vern was extremely helpful and we are very excited to see our new handles on our barn doors.

You will lose your mind with so many options. A buyer's delight. Staff are friendly and extremely funny. Very nice place.

Don’t expect to get your items on time. Better hope they don’t lose your hardware or forget to order it.
