UPDATE: Unfortunately, we have not heard anything about a replacement even though it's been a month or two. I am very disappointed and upset with the customer care team. We came here to buy a bookcase and ended up buying a library unit and display cabinet unit. I found the service was excellent when we bought the two units. Unfortunately when the library unit was delivered there was a dent so I called up to get a replacement which took two weeks. The replacement was even worse as it has 5 dents/marks on it. I sent through the photos of the damage and yet to hear a response and get another one. This process has soured how I feel about Early Settler.

Honestly, amazing in every way! About a month ago i ordered 2 dining chairs. They arrived in the next week as I was told when purchased and are a lovely addition. I had already ordered some furniture at another brand's store (not early settler) and my order blew out to a ridiculous number of weeks. And no one could help me. I eventually cancelled that and asked Early settler if they could help me. I had tight deadlines as i needed the furniture to sell my house. The amazing lady at Early Settler (i wish i remembered her name!) called and checked she could get it on a truck that day to make it on time. And it did. Saved me and I'm so thankful!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO ORDER - THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO USE THEIR ORDERING SYSTEM. Never have i come across such ineptitude. Ordered a bed in September, was told it would be ready for pickup in December. Got a call in October to say the bed head was ready to collect. Went to the shop and not only was it not there, the order wasn't even in their system properly so we were never going to get it. They said they sorted it out while we were there. New delivery is February. Rang today and we were told we had already picked the bed up. New delivery date is apparently April. No apology, no effort to find an alternative. Steer well clear.

Katie at Early Settler is amazing - I have purchased a few things from this store over the years and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is thought out - the style, the delivery, the cost - she even made sure we measured the height of the lift to ensure everything would fit for home delivery - something I would never think to do. She gives fantastic advice and is always so friendly and professional. Thank you Katie!

Very excellent customer service! Sales representatives were very helpful and attentive to our needs, especially as we had a challenging sales request. Recommend giving Early settlers Skygate a visit.

The store staff seem nice enough. But god help you if you purchased a faulty item from them, customer service is atrocious and 2 months later we are still awaiting our refund.

Wendy was excellent, professional and so friendly. We were just looking for some furniture and she explained everything for us. She was very helpful.
