After having to dash across the city just before they closed on a Saturday night to find a pharmacy open and with stock of antibiotics for my Son, I was so relieved that they agreed to take the prescription. It had been a stressful and worry filled day and this was the 4th pharmacy I'd travelled to. Thank you for helping my son, it's much appreciated. Thank you also to the 2 kind ladies outside who saw my stress at the closing shutter and encouraged me to ask for help. X

I get my prescriptions delivered by Easton day and night ,I've been with them since they took over from Lloyd's pharmacy,it's a great service and the staff are always willing to help if I have any querys,or need advice from the pharmacist about any health or medication querys,I use the service quite often and the man that delivers my medication is always friendly and polite, a d I always get my medication on time thanks Easton day and night to a great service.

Im amazed this pharmacy has any customers at all! I was subjected to a humilitating,interogation of my medical history and insinuation of being a hard line drug user by for requesting neurofen plus!!! I felt sorry for the staff as they had obviously witnessed similar over the top behaviour from this particular pharmasist. I was just passing by on way home, never been in before,will never go in again as made to feel like a criminal.

Went for the first time late after 8.30pm to collect urgent prescription as gp said he was sending it there.. But Gp hadn't sent it over . I want to thank the 2 ladies working there they were amazing went out there way to make sure I didn't leave without it. Ringing around to find gp etc..( most places would just said its not here an told me to come bk the next day.). Thank you again Mazing customer service

I had an emergency on a Sunday night and after calling 111 was advised to go to this pharmacy - and was able to get something that night for bites - just grateful that I was able to get something late on a Sunday night - - cost of medicine was cheaper than a prescription and tied me over until I was able to visit a hospital at a more reasonable hour for a non urgent case

The staffs there are all really helpful and would go above and beyond to help you. I have enquiry about supplement and medication today and one of the staffs (I dont know if hes pharmacist or not) but he was so kind and thoughtful to research and later called me back and recommended supplement for my adhd. He didn't have to do that but he did. Really appreciated it!

Worst attention I've ever had! They called my cousin because she has pain in her leg and she didn't want to help at all. I explained what happened to her and she couldn't understand what I was saying because she didn't want to... I had to explain it twice and she decided to tell me that I didn't want to explain what was going on with my cousin's leg and she hung up.

Best chemist in Easton really quick service don't have to wait around long staff are really polite and helpful and it's open from 8.00am Mondays to Saturday until 10.30pm and Sunday's from 11am to 10.30pm and it's right by the zebra crossing on Stapleton rd by Seymour rd by loads of other shops local for Easton residents aswell but yh i recommend this chemist

I went there having a respiratory allergy for which I still do not know the cause, and all they told me is ' Easton is an area with a lot of dust, that's why'. They did not even mention a place to take an allergy test or something similar. Really frustrating, since my gp sent me there to get a possible answer to my symptoms and all I got is this answer

Excellent experience and very much recommended Staff on my visit were proactive, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Good selection of products available and staff offer products at a variety of price points which is helpful. Unusually late opening hours (till 10pm) are incredibly useful especially for those living nearby.

They tried to charge me for emergency supply of contraception, its FREE, £9 when a prescription is £8.45 in any other chemist for an adult, wont be coming here again. Thanks to them im now in excruciating pain as it controls pain i have! Bare in mind im 16 and in full time education! Stupid

One of the best pharmacies in Bristol. Very knowledgable, kind, work as quickly as they can and have a vast stock of drugs that many pharmacies do not have. Out of hours is their speciality, highly reccomend!

Pharmacy is in a scary area, in the evening makes you feel like is better to drive through and do not stop, but I am afraid the only one open long hours and have most of antibiotics if you need them urgently

The staff here are just really lovely and super helpful. I was waiting quite a while for an emergency prescription to come through from my GP and the staff treated every customer with respect and care.

Very helpful pharmacist helped and talked me through the process of getting my prescribed medicine that I would not have been able to get otherwise since it was out of hours on a weekend.

The biggest thank you to Sam who helped me arrange an emergency fit to fly antigen test for my son late on a Sunday for the following morning. Fantastic service and very greatful

I've just been here and to say its wasted would be spot on. Clean, well stocked and polite, fast service. Just a shame its in a s**t hole an absolute waste, such a shame.

I used to work at an inner city health centre and this chemist was always the best. So helpful, so competent, and now I live in Easton and they are my Chemist …

Horrible, rude and inconsiderate staff member. Very unprofessional and has lack of empathy towards people who are in extreme pain. Would never recommend going here.
