I cannot speak highly enough of Stokes Croft Pharmacy. I first started using them when I had an emergency issue with my regular medication. They were extremely patient, accommodating and above all, really kind and reassuring when I was ready to have a full-on meltdown! They really saved the day. Since then, I have found their staff to be consistently helpful and friendly. They are always really knowledgeable and have shared some really useful information with me regarding pricing and exemptions as well as medical advice - thanks to them I have actually saved a few quid on medicine! An excellent pharmacy, I will never go anywhere else!

Amazing n very friendly staff, I'm so happy that i moved to this pharmacy as they are so polite. This is my 3rd experience with them. You ring up this pharmacy, they talk to you nicely on the phone and you literally get a automatic text message of when your medication is ready to collect. For example I ordered a repeat medication in the night and the next day it's ready to collect in the afternoon. They are really organised. This pharmacy as been running for long. I wish I changed Pharmacy ages agoooooo and this pharmacy deserves more than 5 stars. I have had the bestest experience at this pharmacy.

Efficient, courteous, helpful. They operate in an interesting area of Bristol, but treat everyone (so far as I have seen) with great respect. And they sort things. My previous pharmacy struggled ever to provide what was requested. If there's an issue here with supply they'll tell you when your medicine will be in and text you to confirm. Previous pharmacy staff seemed to think that a shrug of the shoulders was as helpful.

I cannot recommend the Stokes Croft Pharmacy highly enough . The staff are very efficient and friendly . I am really impressed with how caring , respectful and empathetic they are when dealing with customers who have complex and challenging issues. This is by far the best pharmacy I have used in Bristol . Thankyou for providing such a great and essential service Local is defiantly the best

Rarely write reviews but especially as health care in this country is becoming increasingly hard to access, felt it was super valuable to recommend this pharmacy. I have not had as consistent good service and advice from any other pharmacy before. I've never had to wait long, I've been listened to, the pharmacists give accurate and good advice. I will go out of my way to come here.

Whent in Yesterday and wanted to order capol paracetamol for my son , they advised me a different product , slightly more concentrated . As I arrived home my wife told me that it was not suitable for him . Whent back this morning to change it , the Farmacist told me that they don’t do returns . Basically waste of money and time . Thank You !

My prescriptions are always ready so quickly! The staff are lovely and very attentive. I want to say another big thank you to Phil who helped me get an emergency prescription on a Sunday. He really went above and beyond for me & I was able to go in immediately for collection.

I have used this pharmacy for years and can't recommend it enough. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent . What makes the difference here is the staff are so friendly and kind, and also respectful and professional in their care of customers

Staff are always super helpful over the phone and in person, prescriptions are always processed very quickly (usually in just a few hours) and they always have the drugs in stock which a lot of other pharmacy's don't.

ABILIST!!!!! I’m a support worker and was with my very vulnerable client and they didn’t serve us due to ‘covid rules’ not allowing us both to be there. There are exemptions for those who need full time carers (:

Polite staff, they were helping out two guys who entered before me, and one had cut his foot with some glass. They were very sweet and got him everything to sort him out. Caring, knowledgeable, and a good stock!

Moved to this pharmacy when I was caring for my dad, so friendly and efficient one of the girls even delivered my meds when we were isolating on foot in the rain. You guys do an amazing job.
