Actualización: Me llegó una multa de tráfico y me cargaron 50€!!! En la tarjeta de crédito como gastos administrativos. Sin estar especificado en ningún apartado del contrato. Ni contestaron a mis peticiones de enviar el contrato donde conste estos importes. En general la experiencia fue buena. Alquile un coche en la web de Admita, es la empresa lleva la franquicia de Enterprise y Álamo en Lituania. El precio mucho más barato en la web de Admita, aunque la página es espantosa y funciona mal, sin mostrar disponibilidad del vehículo ni reserva inmediata. Respecto al alquiler. Negativo: - coche con 160.000 km - limpieza un poco insufiente (un cigarro, y cajetilla de tabaco vacía, en el coche) - sistema de limpiaparabrisas sin funcionar correctamente, y es muy importante en invierno. - aviso de cambio de aceite en 1.300km en momento de alquiler ( teníamos previsto realizar 3.000 en un alquiler de 11 días) finalmente durante todo el viaje el coche daba aviso de cambio de aceite, y al devolver el coche, salto el aviso de comprobar nivel de aceite) - proceso de reserva no muy ágil (aunque justo fue en fiestas navideñas) Positivo: + En general buen coche + Neumáticos de invierno en buen estado + Accesorios para limpiar la nieve del coche + Personal amable y servicial + Sin problema en la devolución + No insistían en que comprara seguro a todo riesgo. Pera viajar a Letonia y Estonia hay que pagar una tasa de 26€. En la web de Admita, el precio cambia según el idioma que elijas, probad con diferentes;) En verdad, fue un alquiler fácil y agradable. Salvo pequeñas cosas por las que he quitado 1 estrella. Recomiendo reservar con esta compañía. P.S: pero haced fotos al coche antes y después y marcar todos los daños en la la hoja de entrega. Especial atención a los parabrisas y bajos.

Be aware! Enterprise used to be my first choice for a car rental abroad. I've booked a car from these guys for a weekend stay in Vilnius for 28 euros and thought it was a good deal. Well it wasn't. First of all it's worth mentioning that if you want to pick up your car in between 11pm and 12am it will cost you additional 15 euros, after midnight the price will increase up to 25 euros. If you can deal with it, still thinking 'whatever, it's still a good deal', then it's worth checking your credit card balance as they will take a deposit of 600 euros! What a joke, keeping in mind that the minimum monthly wage in Lithuania is 360 euros, or that in all other countries the deposit is about 100-300 USD depending on a car. In my case the car was Ford Focus, so nothing very posh. P.S. just use citybee cars, via their app, and you will end up paying 24-34 euros a day with fuel and insurance already included into this price.

My brother rented a car through them - or rather, he supposedly rented through "Admita" which has some sort of partnership/arrangement with the Enterprise here. He bought insurance from Admita which was supposed to waive most of the required deposit - but we were instead told by the Enterprise receptionist that it was "third party insurance" which has nothing to do with them and therefore wouldn't waive the requirement. He would either have to pay the whole 600 euro deposit, or else buy Enterprise's insurance instead. It was two in the morning by the time we got in to Vilnius from a flight, so there would have been no one else to call and contest or question about this on either Enterprise's or Admita's side - so he just went ahead and bought more insurance. With the possibility that we might have been scammed on Enterprise's side - here is a warranted one star.

No recomiendo para nada esta delegacion de enterprise/alamo. No pertenece directamente a la empresa, es una franquicia. Me alquilaron un coche seminuevo con el que funcionó perfectamente. El problema es que no me hicieron ni check-in ni check-out para revisar posibles golpes. Dos semanas despues de devolver el coche me hicieron un cargo por un golpe que era anterior a que yo cogiera el coche. El cargo fue sin aviso previo ni pregunta de si habia sido mi culpa. Tuve la precaucion de hacer fotos personalmente despues de entregarme el coche el primer dia y sirvió para que me devolvieran el importe de arreglar el golpe. El vilnius intentad coger otra compañia. hice una reclamacion a enterprise (customer service) y aun no he obtenido respuesta. un saludo

Worst service ever! I booked a car through online and pay by card which was allowed. Upon Arrival I was asked to provide valid credit card. I'm a constant traveller and that was a first time ever I was asked for credit card only. I offered to pay by card , I also offered to leave the x5 of the asked deposit however all of my arguments were not helpful. Their main argument was that I might be willing to steel a car. I was left without a car and never received any refund. Will never ever use their service again. Don't buy their offer you will likely to lose all the money . Stay away!

If it weren't necessary for me, to have a car, I would go without. I'm a frequent traveller, using Enterprise since years, believe me, never had such bad service experience before. I booked ma car through our traveller arranger, where we have agreed payment conditions on account. Despite this fact I was forced to pay with my credit card. The deposit is still blocked on my card, my questions about the date when it will be unblocked remain unaswered. In other countries, you receive a return protocol almost imidiately after return, here, no sings of it. Summarising, it's a disaster!

Beware!!! Lots of hidden fees! If you don't have a credit card you will have to pay an additional 50 euros for insurance and you won't be able to cancel after 8 am. The guy working at the place showed up after 8 am when he was supposed to meet us before 8 and then he just said that we can't cancel and get back our deposit because it was after 8 (keep in mind that the place is supposed to be open since 6 in the morning but there was no one there). Read the other reviews if you don't believe this one!!! DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS "company"

Very disappointed with the service and the staff of this company. In my reservation the ID card to take a car is authorized. Here they requested my passport. European citizen can cross the borders with ID card but to take the car the passport is required??? If you rent your car with this company please take your passport (without passport impossible to rent a car, you should cancel your booking) or find a staff who knows what he does. Very disappointed.

Definitely one of the worst experiences in car rental industry. The car was rather old with Winter tyres in July and no Bluetooth connectivity in 2018. Was also charged 25 extra euros so an employee would give 3 papers and take 3 signatures in 10min period . Extra charge was not mentioned on their website while making online booking. Still waiting for management to respond for a refund. Would advise to look for alternative company for a piece of mind.

First of all, the man who was renting the car was kind and polite but he was late, due to what we could not cancel our reservation. We wanted to do so after we had got to know about how many additional rules and taxes they have, we ended up paying double as much as we thought we would. Even though we got a bit better car in the end, I would not recommend this car rent company for anyone.

Honestly dont bother. Retuned a car two weeks ago now and still haven’t had my deposit back. Wouldn’t be too bad if they explained, or at least replied to my emails. Guy on the phone had zero customer service skills and sounded like he couldn’t care less about my deposit. Shocking how they are still in business holding somebody else’s money with no explanation

As usual very professional and warm staff. Thank you Edvinas for his professional approach and fast and efficient service. Car is good condition,clean. I have been upgraded from compact to intermediate size. Return took less than 30sec,and it was Edvinas again,who take keys back and did wish me a good flight. Recommend to everyone to use Enterprise Vilnius.

Very reliable, very friendly, very easy pick-up and drop-off. Booked a compact (Golf), got a new SUV (Qashqai) - thank you again for the upgrade! They have baby seats in different sizes and it was no problem to take our time for choosing the best for our 1 year old. We had a great time on our roadtrip through Lithuania.

I was waiting roughly an hour for 2 people before me to be served. The car I received had 40k on the clock and had dents in it though I was assured that it was scratchless. Extra star because I didn't get any extra, hidden charges but next time I would probably pay extra to go with another company.

You just stole 100€ from my bank account. You have kept my personal data without my consent. You can't use my personal account, this is a crime. I filed a lawsuit against you & your company. Return the money back or else you will come against the European and international law.

These hairs were already on the backseat when we got the car. Also the outside of the car was filthy to begin with. We didn't want to make a big deal of it, but afterwards enterprise charged us for this. We never use this company again.

Pickup was fast and painless. Return was even quicker. I've had so many problems with car rental providers over the years and especially recently, but I couldn't fault Enterprise/Alamo in any way. It is how car rentals should be.

Beware!! Worst service and unauthorized fees charged on the CC after rental. they sent invoice saying that was for traffic violation. but I never got any traffic violation, and they were not able to show me any prove of it.

My flight was delayed so I late for 6hours. Car was pre-booked for 4 days but they give it to somebody else and had no car available for me.

Very professional and helpful staff, in perfect English. The car I got was brand new. Easy acces for pick-up and return.

Best place to rent a car, friendly owners, no hidden charges, good cars, never was disappointed.
