I've dealt with other rental companies and had my issues, but was very pleasantly surprised when dealing with the staff at the Stop 12 location in Indianapolis. After having been involved in an accident where a semi was losing cargo and it struck my car, damaging it more than originally thought, their insurance denied me. I had to go through my insurance, finding out during that conversation thatI didn't have rental car coverage, The engine on my car literally died at the service door of the dealer as I was bringing it in. The didnt have a loaner program, so i was STUCK! I called ENTERPRISE and spoke with Bekki, I explained my situation. She took the time to LISTEN to my dilemma, help evaluate my options, and was I WAS FLOORED!!! They were able to give me a SUPER GREAT rate through their affiliation with my insurance carrier. She even offered to have someone pick me up at the dealership, but since it was so close, I just walked over. She passed me on to Branden, who took care of the rental agreement, walked through through car with me, showed me how to operate the important things, and made the process quick and seamless. The professionalism presented by Bekki, Branden, and the staff impressed me because some rental car companies seem to want to push you out the door with all the money they can get from you. NOT HERE!! People, save yourselves a headache and some money in the process. CALL THIS LOCATION if you need a vehicle. You won't be disappointed, I Promise! (Pictures to follow on update)

We rented (15) passengers Van from this location. The Van was dirty and seemed to be not maintained well. As soon as we hit the highway, the windshield defroster was not working at all. It was also almost impossible to reach the office on the phone, they won't pick it up or pick up and transfer. Reservation had to be made over the phone and no confirmation for reservation was provided to me. When I called back to adjust the time for pickup, everyone from Enterprise who answered the phone were not able to locate the reservation. They kept telling me "You have no reservation for 15 passenger Van" - I luckily was able to get a hold of a staff from this location after spending about 1 hour on the phone. I want to throw up.. When I returned the Van, I was expecting at least an apology and a words to tell me that they are going to fix that and should not happen in the future. The staff who assisted me did not talk much but throw me 10% discount because of the problem which is $18.00. Seriously $18 dollars. I felt like slamming their door and flipped their table before I left - but I was not unprofessional like they are, so I did not do. They do not have professional customer service. I am completely dissatisfy with the services and product I received from this location. I hope that the manager seriously took this matter and very careful on their business practice. It is for them, and for the safety of the customer in the community.

After having my car hit, my claim went with Enterprise. I had used them prior and had good experiences. This branch was terrible. First the assistant manager used the full court press to take their insurance. Then they gave me a care that had smokers prior and it had the smokers stink in it. I mentioned and the ASST. MGR said she did not smell it. Then two days into the use of the care I get a strange call. Asking all kinds of questions that made me feel uneasy from Enterprise. Come to find out they had canceled this rental in a different state and were not sure if I was still in the car. Lastly, I left my garage door opener in the car. I came back to get it the next morning when they opened. After looking for it and finding it in the back room I took it home to find out it would not work. They had taken the battery out of it. When I called to ask, they said they would buy a new one and deliver to me. One week later and they have not. This was just a terrible experience at this branch in Greenwood IN.

I returned my rental car to the body shop where work was being completed on my car, as directed by Enterprise. Later, I received a bill for damages to the car. There was no damage on the car when it was left at the body shop. No one contacted me to view the damages before the car was removed from the lot and driven by an Enterprise employee. No one at the body shop was asked to view/verify damage to the car before it was removed from the lot and driven by an Enterprise employee. We filed a dispute regarding the claim. However, was told that it was “reviewed” and moved forward without again not being contacted to discuss the dispute or damages. I feel totally taken advantage of by a service that they say is being used to assist their customers and lack of response regarding my concerns. As a result, I do not recommend Enterprise and I definitely do not recommend returning any vehicle to any location other than where it was rented in order to be able to view the vehicle with Enterprise staff.

A couple of new females working here. Although they are friendly, they don't do Enterprise any favors. I've rented here and at many Enterprise locations with a business account for years. Returned a week long rental in another state last week. This time I am renting as an accident claim through insurance of the party that hit me. The vehicle I was given has dirty front and back seats, windshield dirty, one key battery dead. I was told to take the dead key off the ring and only use the one that works. They would not exchange the vehicle saying I would have to pay at least $7/day because nothing was available. So now I'm driving many clients in this vehicle making sure I let everyone know this dirty car is what ENTERPRISE gave me. They refuse to give me anything better because this is an insurance claim allowance. Even though they get continued business through me and Nationwide Insurance, they don't care about their customers. Way to go ENTERPRISE!

I would rate 5 stars for the vehicle itself but as for the service I would rate zero stars and that is because I was promised a free upgrade which I never got and then I did keep the car longer than expected but I called and made 3 payments on 3 separate days and then the following day I got an email saying that they had just taken $244.44 from my account and said they tried calling but I don't have voicemail, however I had no missed calls. They went on to say that they took the money for another deposit because they decided to use the first one for the days I kept the car even though no one said a word about this during the 3 different calls I made and paid the amount they said I owed every time. Then I returned the vehicle and they inspected the car and said that the $200 dollar deposit was being released back to me, but it's 5 days later and I have still not gotten any money back!

They sent a driver to pick me up at a car dealer. I had to wait nearly five minutes. The car I rented was perfect. The staff was genuinely friendly and not just smiling as a corporate directive. I would suggest the cars be full of gas like the rest of the rental world. I'll be back. Fast forward six months. I returned, called and made a reservation for that morning. I was told it’s a Toyota whatever. On my way to get the car, I got a call saying they were actually out of cars until later in the afternoon. They were so sorry. Me too. They said they checked other stores around Indy but nobody had one. I called the airport Enterprise and they also said they had a car. The difference was that they actually had a car.

The vehicle I rented had a low tire while still at the lot. They aired it up. But 2 days later it was low again. I was headed away on vacation and had to stop 3 hours into my trip to find a approved dealer. I should have never been rented a vehicle that was not rad ready to be driven. The tire had a nail in it and had they of done more than simply air the tire up, they would have known this. In addition, I joined as a member so that I could get a better deal on a rental. Except for getting a better price, I have received absolutely no points toward my membership. Bottom line, on the surface this company sounds/looks great. However, they will rent faulty vehicles and they do not honor their membership agreements.

I liked enterprises before my experience today. Not only did this happened once but twice. I called in 2 days prior to reserve a rental and the lady told me everything is set and come in at 9 AM. So I did, and I went to this location at stop 12 and they told me it is at the other location down the way by Southern plaza. Great! I went down there and they did not have the car other than this big truck. I didn't ask for a truck plus with all the gas prices the way they, no way. I needed a small xompqct SUV. The moral of the story, they need to get their act together and communicate with each other. The promise one thing and under deliver. It would save people they're time and gas by doing this and frustration.

The Enterprise location on Stop 12 has a long standing in my experience as an excellent rental company. I’ve been going there a couple times a year for a decade now and they are always so great to work with. This last time was no exception. Everyone from Ashley who took my call, to Lal who showed me the car and asked if I had questions and Jimmy who picked me up (and dropped me off when I turned the rental in) were warm, hospitable and made sure I had everything I needed. They even checked in periodically to make sure things were good. The car was awesome! I can’t say enough wonderful things about these guys. Can’t wait to make my next trip to the east coast in the spring!

The gentleman who served us, waiting very kind and went above and beyond. He was very patient with this old lady! Lol! Readily available, he only had a vehicle oh, that was very large. As soon as I saw the vehicle he could tell how uncomfortable I was. Without waiting a long. Of time, we went ahead and took the vehicle. Just one of the ways he went above and beyond oh, was that he said he would be calling around to other Enterprise offices I went to see if they had a small or midsize car available. Enterprise car rental on E Stop 12 rd cancelled my rental car literally 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up. if you want quality customer service and a guarantee on a rental that you reserved the day before, call anyone BUT Enterprise. The phone agent then told me not to be rude to her, even though I wasn't yelling or cursing....THAT'S when I DID get rude, like I had no right to be angry! she tried telling me that their reservations department doesn't communicate with them and they don't have any idea of what's actually available. I wonder how that works for their business model!!!

After the first incident where they gave me a rental with a bad tire that went out while I was driving with my infant daughter at the time, I tried to give them another chance where I reserved a vehicle recently and they wouldn’t allow me to pay with my debit card even though I confirmed with them over the phone before hand, so it was waste time and another bas experience. I couldn’t even use the 20 percent discount they gave for the busted tire, they should be grateful that’s all accepted after the harm both me and my child could have been in! Even the area manager has Ignored my concerns!

Car was nice, fast turn around, very customer oriented staff. However ... when returning the car late one evening (after close), I found the lights on and the front office door unlocked (trying to find where to drop the keys). There is no way to reach anyone after hours - Toll-Free number, a local customer service number. Just got a bunch of menu prompts and told to call in the morning. Good for them I'm an honest person or their office could've been a wreck. The drop box is in the dark, on the south side of the building, not under the overhang with the bright lights.

I was given a rental car from enterprise by my insurance company and there were no damages when I dropped off the car. But Enterprise sent me a bill and they got all their old damages on the car fixed. I even sent the pictures which I think were not even looked at. I have heard things about how they have done this to several customers in the past and I have seen all this happen in person. I wouldn’t recommend Enterprise. You will be better off with hertz or budget. They never do things like this and are most preferred for company re talks too

Got a rental car to drive for a vacation several states away. The staff were extremely nice and courteous when we went to pick up the car. They even called the next day making sure everything was good with the car and our experience. We dropped off the car on a Sunday when they are closed. Got a call shortly after they opened the next day letting us know everything was good and taken care of and again asked it we enjoyed our experience with them. It was my first time renting a car and I will definitely keep going to back them in the future.

The rental was fine but the rewards program isn't worth anything ! I spent over 6,000 on a rental. Went to use rewards for another trip in Tampa and was quoted $300 for a week even after redeeming points. Go online to kayak or any other discount website (Expedia , price line etc ) and they have same rentals for exact same price , I hate scams or businesses trying to act like they have a legitimate rewards program but you can go online and get the same deal. Deceiving! I wont be doing business with Enterprise for this reason .

I love this particular location because every time I've rented a car, I've received impeccable customer service with a smile. And though I've moved from that location, I'll still choose it to rent my vehicles simply because they treat me like family. And if there is an issue or discrepancy, they quickly fix it in my favor. So I'm, again, thanking the entire staff for their help, time, kind words, and superb customer service each time I rent a vehicle. And they truly know I've rented a lot. Lol.

Doing business with Enterprise Rent a car on Stop 12 Road was a dream. I got the car I wanted, and I was the first driver to take this car out as it had a grand total of 18 miles on it, and the staff was very personable and courteous. They answered every question I asked. What even made this more special is that I left a bag in the car and they called me immediately and I was able to get it right away. Lal was a big help. We rented a truck for taking things to storage. The truck was awesome! Alamo refused to let us use a debit card despite us being able to pre-pay for a truck with them with my debit. They gave us a lot of trouble, so we canceled our reservation. Called this Enterprise that I had used when my car was in the shop years ago. They stepped up and had a better price too! I won't be going anywhere else for car rentals in the future!!

The warm and welcoming attitude makes me feel part of the Enterprise family. Everyone was willing to work hard to ensure that I had a satisfactory experience. I would suggest you sometimes drive the cars on the highway for longer distances than the short pick up and drop off distances so you can notice if the car has some minor issues that can be fixed before customers take them on long trips. You are all great. Keep up the good work!

Recently had to rent a vehicle for a couple of days and due to past experiences with Enterprise, they were my first choice. As always, I wasn't disappointed. Vehicle was well maintained and extremely clean inside and out. The customer service representative was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me into an upgrade that actually was more to my liking then the compact I was originally going to rent. Again, very helpful.

Was given a vehicle with one regular door key, NO keyless entry. Not too big of a deal unless it was raining and everyone had to wait on me to open the driver's door first to unlock the other doors. Car was filthy when picking it up. I questioned if it was cleaned first and was told yes. Clearly it was not with all the crumbs and dirt inside and out. Guess I'm used to outstanding experiences at other locations.

Let me start by saying I like Enterprise a lot, and I would usually give them five stars. They typically take care of me, but this time, the car I rented did not match the quality that I have come to expect from Enterprise. The outside of the car looked terrible. It sounded awful, and it rode like the shocks were bad. Now the Customer service was excellent as always. I was in and out, and they are always nice.

The Enterprise location I recently rented from was a joke. The pick up they provided me to rent had stains on every seat, smelled like cats lived in it full time and the vehicle had less than 1/4 tank of gas. When contacted to see if I could get a swap, they swiftly stated no. I used to rent from Enterprise biweekly, after the passed couple experiences I am hesitant to use them moving forward.

We've not had any problems with any of the cars we've rented, everyone there is courteous and helpful, and getting us into our car and on our way is usually under 10-15 minutes. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! James, the assistant branch manager, sat with my boyfriend and I for an hour past close while we figured out credit card issues. I totaled my car that day while traveling and he did everything he possibly could have done to help us out. I very rarely have problems with any of the vehicles I rent, and if I do it is taken care of immediately. It's great to walk into a place where everyone is smiling and remembers your name. This was the best experience I ever had at Enterprise. The agent Craig understood my concerns for needing the Suburban truck for my passengers and road trip. He stayed in contact with me and used all available options he had to let me know if he could get the Suburban. He did!!!! I am so grateful for his help he is an asset to the company. I came in on a flight at 2:30 am on a weekend, I called Enterprise from my motel room, they came and picked me up! Once in the office I gave them my Drivers license and credit card picked out the vehicle signed and drove away all within 20 minutes. You all are awesome. I've been renting from Enterprise for years. Both for business and personal rentals and I would never go anywhere else. Local branches take great care of me and when I fly into the airports, they do too. And the selection of card is always good as well. Hire good people, carry good selection and provide great service seems to be their business model and it must be working!

Literally one guy working. One in the corner on his phone the other in a file cabinet on his phone. I typically love enterprise. Go to the downtown Indianapolis location. May be slightly higher rates but service there is always excellent. Update after waiting two other employees came to help Rebbecca and another gentleman and they were very professional and very kind.

Lal and Crystal and Mallory are amazing to work with and their wonderful team are always making sure each car is safe and ready for my trips. Overall experience was good. Vehicle was nice, rate was very reasonable and staff very friendly. The process to pick up the car was very rushed. Probably was short-staffed, but I still had questions. Exactly what you expect from a trusted car rental company. Scheduled my rental online Tuesday morning, it was ready when I got there 20minutes early. I am an army veteran who used to work at enterprise and left because this place refused to pay me and my coworker who is also a veteran 3 days before Christmas. The management is awful and they do not care. If you don't agree with this I would take your business to another location.

No disrespect to the reps. They were very pleasant. The only trouble is they don't have cars avail for days on end. That is not the way renting a car should be. When you need a car, you go to a rental co. However, not so you can go on a waiting list It defeats the purpose.
