I rented a car on 5/7/21 after getting hit by someone who also hit 6 other cars while he was going the wrong way very fast on a one way street. I have rented at least 6 cars from Enterprise over the past 15 months but I typically rent from the East Washington branch. This time I was sent to the Shadeland branch. I didn’t anticipate there would be such a difference in the level of customer service I would receive from one branch to the next. I did not request the extra insurance nor was it discussed with me at the time I rented the car. The agent added the extra insurance at some point. A week later I received a call from the branch manager Andrea. She told me I had the additional insurance and I explained that I shouldn’t because I didn’t request it and the agent didn’t discuss adding it. She said I would need to come into the branch office to have it removed and sign a piece of paper. I thought this meant the insurance I didn’t request would be removed and I would be refunded the fee since the insurance shouldn’t have been added to begin with. I did go into the branch the next day. I signed the paper and left. I kept waiting for the fee to be refunded but it never was so I thought it would happen after I returned the car. I returned the car on 6/3/21 because I was leaving town for a week or so. I kept waiting to see the refund I was supposed to receive but the money was never refunded. I called the branch office and spoke to Andrea again. She belittled me for not understanding that the agent had added the additional insurance. I tried explaining how I had called and spoken to her about the extra insurance and I came in and signed the paper like she had said but she continued to speak to me in a rude, condescending manner. I felt like I was being reprimanded by her. She said her agent had never been accused of adding insurance without a customer’s consent. I told her that in all the times I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise I had never requested the additional insurance. Somehow, in her mind, it didn’t matter what my usual practices as a long time customer were, and she refused to refund the fee. When I asked Andrea about the $50 fee that should’ve been an automatic refund when I returned the car, she said it was something I needed to discuss with my bank. Enterprise initiates the $50 refund, not my bank, so why wouldn’t a manager be able to answer my question? I guess I’ll never know. I spoke to Andrea twice on 6/23/21 and both times she spoke down to me and belittled me. I did ultimately call my bank to dispute all 3 of the charges to my account, almost $230. If Andrea and Enterprise won’t do the right thing, then I’ll have my bank help me get the money back. And I won’t be returning to this Enterprise branch. I work in hospitality. I know how to provide exceptional customer service. I know how to treat a long time client or guest. I work for a company that manages 30 Airbnb properties in Indianapolis. I won’t be recommending any of our Airbnb clients or guests use Enterprise for vehicle rental.

Ive used Enterprise for years so I know theyre a good company. Had I not known this, my rating would likely have been 2 stars. Service - great. The representatives are always friendly, helpful and informative. I used the pickup option and the driver was courteous and safe. I would suggest that the gentleman who checked the car back in ask before running the card. I wanted to pay with different payment than the card I reserved with but he ran what was on file without first asking. Value - value isnt bad. Insurance is really high. It seems like the reasonable cost to rent is being made up in the cost of the insurance. But, you have to have it so we bite the bullet.... Product - the car was bad. It was cheap. It was quick (I had unexpected repairs to my own vehicle so I didnt have much time to arrange for the rental). The car struggled to go up hills and felt like the transmission was going. I didnt feel like I was in grave danger but I didnt feel at ease either so I called after hours and was told they couldnt do anything about it and that I should call roadside assistance. I explained several times that there was no emergency and roadside assistance wasnt necessary but I dont think English was their first language so Im not confident they even understood. Frustrated, I called the office the following day...twice...and no answer either time. I knew I only needed the car a short period of time so instead of pressing the issue that was getting nowhere, I continued to drive and later returned the vehicle. Satisfied? No. Enterprise has always kept their vehicles in very good condition. They may have missed one!

I do not post negative reviews lightly. Be VERY careful when renting from these folks. Take photos of any pre-existing damage on a vehicle you rent. They charged my card $500 for damage that I had nothing to do with and was on the car when I took possession of it. The person who rented it to me only noted one area of damage and not both. So now I have to chase down what is happening. The person I spoke with said I had to call this 800 number, for a "Damage and Recovery Unit," to tell them my side of the story. First 2 phone numbers they gave me were completely incorrect. One was a scam number trying to sell me all kinds of things. The second simply had an automated message and hung up. I had to look up the general customer service number myself, then they gave me the Damage and Recovery Unit's number. After being on hold for an hour with those folks I got transferred around twice until someone could tell me a claim number that I had no knowledge of. They stated they would look into it and work the case to find evidence of my claiming the damage was already there. In the meantime they charged my card $450 + the $50 credit hold so all told $500. When I spoke to the sales office from the location I rented from they told me it was taken care of. Yeah, taken care of in the fact that they charged my card already so what do they care. Thus far I've spent over 3 hours on this ordeal trying to fight it and I still can't get the branch Manager to call me. I get that times are tough and staffing is short, but seriously not okay.

Thank you so much Chris Brickey, Jeff Lewis and the rest of the Enterprise team for your excellent customer service. I started the process of looking for a new vehicle with my father. I began with his suggestion of contacting Enterprise; from the very first call, Chris was there answering questions snd providing insight. I was highly concerned that with the ongoing covid slow downs I would not be able to find what I needed. Chris gladly addressed my concerns, provided information via text, email or on the phone. My father has an eye for good deals and takes his time making sure I was getting the best vehicle that would not only have a good price point, it would also last a long time and had important safety features. He also was impressed with Chris professional approach and that he didn't rush the process. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of quality cars in my price point. Over s few days, dad I narrowed our choices down to 2 cars. This is when Chris and Jeff further impressed me. The financing and loan processing is my least favorite section. Chris and Jeff walked me through each section by answering questions and allowing me to be in the driver's seat. I was totally at ease and could ask questions when I needed further clarity. I am now a proud owner of a car that is beyond all of my expectations. I also still have a team experts to lean on. I highly recommend contacting this team at Enterprise immediately. You will walk away with more than you need, peace of mind and access to experts.

I waited nearly 2 hours after my appointment time to receive my rental minivan. As I'm driving away from the location I notice the car slightly shaking when I apply the brakes. This was at about 30mph. I immediately called the office to let them know about the problem. No one answered so I left a voice mail. Later on my drive to Florida going through mountainous terrain the brakes became very important. I had to keep my speed at or below 55mph because I was not really trusting these brakes. Maintaining speed in the mountains is very difficult as you can imagine. I finally made it to Atlanta around the time the home office would open. They suggested Enterprise Roadside Assistance. I called roadside assistance and asked for a replacement minivan and he suggested a small car. Mind you it's my wife, 4 children and me so I reject that. He then suggested I stop at a nearby mechanic and allow them to repair the issue. This was not acceptable either. I'm not going to take additional time away from my vacation to wait on a mechanic. He then said he could try to find a suitable replacement on our route. He took my info, our call was disconnected and I didn't hear from him again. We pulled off on an exit and found Enterprise locations along our route. We called a few and finally found on in Valdosta Georgia. We were able to get swapped out and enjoyed the rest of our trip. This was in no part due to any effort or concern on the part of Enterprise. I will not use them again

Jan. 2022 Business is at N. Shadeland. Third place I called. It was a standout compared to another Enterprise and a competitor. From phone contact to pickup of vehicle I felt like a valued customer. The competition was gruff on the phone. Other Enterprise had no vehicles; it was Christmas. I highly recommend this facility. Feb.2022 update: One important caution that could save you hundreds of $. When signing up for the rental the process can be fast paced. Be wary of the addons to your contract. If you are asked if you would like to add additional coverage on the rental for an additional $20, please understand that is PER DAY above the rental cost and it is not covered by most insurance companies. In fact, many of the better insurance companies will also have your rental covered as well as your coverage was for you totaled vehicle. It was not made clear to me that the $20 is per DAY for the rental term. I had a friend with me at the appointment and he doesn't remember a per day cost discussion either. My rental and replacement auto search over the holidays, with test drives, reviewing financing options, short holiday weeks took almost a month. After insurance covered their portion of the rental, my portion was still into $xxxx 4 digits. That cost would have been halved had Enterprise made clear there was no misunderstanding about their per day pricing rather than a per contract price.

I was impressed when they called me to schedule a pickup before I was even off of the phone, but when I called back asking you be picked up (a service they proudly advertise), the guy acted like it was an issue and then told me that he didn't know if they'd be able to fulfill my reservation that day or even the next day and that I should probably call around to other branches. I asked him to find out and call if they were going to be able to and he said he would call me back. Of course, he never did. I got a ride over there and got into a car a week later. Jenna was very friendly and courteous. The next week, when I returned the car, I accidentally left a bunch of my tools in the trunk because I was in a hurry and so were they because they were very busy. I didn't realize what had happened until a few days later and i went up there but they had already cleaned the car out and rented it again. Jenna took me to the lost and found, but of course the only things in the found pile were of little to no value. The people that clean out these cars must be thieves unless they just aren't doing their job at all. Jenna promised to look into it further, but its been a week and I haven't heard from her despite emailing her to follow up. I won't use them again.

After being a customer of enterprise for over a decade, I will NEVER return to this company again due to their poor service and communication. I will never pay for poor service. Twice now I have but put in vehicles that have been smoked in. This time I called and spoke to the "manager Slater" who used the word well when to express how sorry he was. I advised him he could not be aorry and he said "Well." If the managers are treating their cuatomers like this imagine how their employees are being trained. I did not even receive a courtesy call to ask me how my rental went and I didnt have the ability to speak to anyone qhen I dropped it off on that Sunday. Two weeks later, Im still waiting for a courtesy call. I was charged for two tolls that I was completely clueless about AGAIN with no communication from Enterprise. They tell you what you are signing for when you rent the vehicle to get you to hurry up and sign but NO ONE ever talks about the toll charges that they will automatically take off your card. Once again talking to Slater about this, he proceeds to say "Well I have nothing to do with that." Do you think he even addressed the fact that I told him the truck smelled like a cigarette factor, NOT AT ALL!!!!

Be ware - Poor customer service / scammers. First, they tell me that I damaged their rental and sent me pictures of the damages. (I had dropped off the rental at a dealership where my car was getting worked on and Enterprise advised that they will pick the car from there since they have a good relationship with them). After sending me pictures, Enterprise transferred the rental over to Chevrolet Blossom to get the car fixed the same day during the latter part of the day. When I went to check out the damages (after work)at Chevrolet Blossom the same day, they were wiped clean with a towel only to find no damages underneath before a mechanic could even look at it. Furthermore, I forgot 2 packs of water in the rental and they gave me one back. One of the employees, Matt, tells me "maybe Chevrolet Blossom took it and we don't drink that brand in this facility." This is the way they treated me here at the Shadeland location. I find it weird that Matt was the worst towards me plus he had a bad attitude - maybe because he was not able to pull the scam on me. Will never do business with enterprise and will spread the word amongst friends / online.

They were really just too busy managing the high customer value, to address any individual concerns. I felt processed as if I was an assembly line item. The Satellite radio package I purchased never worked. I asked about it several times & even called back, once I headed onto the road. Instead of trying to issue me a bunch of verbal instructions on how to load the radio myself, perhaps they could have just loaded prior to my arrival, just like all the other locations do. I even called 20 minutes ahead & asked if the vehicle was ready. The Ford Edge that I was given, pulled drastically to the left, which made it somewhat difficult to control along curving roads. The bottom line is, I just don't feel that the team at this location had time for me. The team was really nice & courteous, but they came up short in the delivery of that total customer service package & I was even referred to as an "easy" customer, by one of their team members. I won't be returning here, they can keep the $$$ for the non-funtioning radio & NO... I will not call your customer service number to discuss or change this review!

The so called manager kept over talking to try and make himself look right. I was told I have a call at the body shop at 2. Yes I was late by 16 minutes. Little did I know they had transferred my reservation to this branch who didn’t bother to show up till 3. To pick me up. There employee as soon as he sat down his ride was there. They rented me a piece of junk. Patrick who delivered the junk car. Had a problem with people who are disabled and wants more information than what I was told by the reservation and my insurance company. The car has a film on the windows. Like they sprayed something on them. Which is not clean. Never received my contract. Was late for my next appointment. This company has no customer service all they care about is themselves. If a person has to tell you they are being nice to you. You shouldn’t be in customer service. Especially when you dropped the ball. If someone tells you that something not right you could care less then you need new people or should not be in business.

Initially this was my experience... 'After having a long day and a complicated insurance claim, JOSH helped by remaining professional and providing one of a kind customer care. He listened patiently to my rental car concerns and offered the best solution for my situation. After the rental was processed, I received a call by JOEL to check on my service a couple of days later. I have been a customer of Enterprise for 10+ years and I absolutely love great customer service (a rare skill these days). Thank you!' However, there must have been a staff turn over! And I experienced the same issue with this location! I reserved a FULL size vehicle and scheduled a pick up from the Collison center which is 3 minutes down the road from the location for 2p. No one came by 2:16p so I called. Eventually someone came to pick me up at 2:31p. Then when I arrived to the rent-A-car place... I was offered a mid size car when I reserved a full size for my large family. Why even bother with a reservation?

I have rented from Enterprise MANY times over the years. This has to be by far the worst experience. First, their parking lot is so full, you cant even pull into it. They didn't have the car I ordered and actually charged me for a larger vehicle that I didn't want, just to find out the gas tank was completely empty. When I returned the vehicle, they had parked their vehicles from the sales lot in front of my car and I couldn't get out. While putting my luggage in my car, we found that they had taken my license plate off the car and knocked our backup camera of where it was hanging by the wire. Upon going inside, there were nearly 30 people in there waiting on a vehicle and not a single worker in the office. After a VERY long wait to get screws to put my license plate back on and to have the vehicles moved so I could get out. The person I spoke to sent a note and a text message to her boss for him to call me on Monday. Here it is Wednesday and still no call.

If you are looking for a car this is the place you want to go! Finance manager Koree and Sales Rep Rae were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with getting my new car! I initially had my reservations about financing a car and Koree was completely informative and transparent and helped with weighing out all options to ensure that I made the best decision for me and that I had a complete understanding about the process. Checked my pre-approval online and once Rae called me with the great news that I was approved she knew I was going to be Ubering and said I didn’t need to Uber because she was coming to pick me up in my new car! I was pretty much chauffeured around town by Rae to ensure that I had everything to complete the process to drive off the lot! I have financed vehicles in the past and normally it’s a stressful experience but they made it easy and fun! Hands down this is the place you want to go to for your new car experience!!!

Horrible service! Especially with manger DEVON (African American manager). They quoted me for a rental and offered to refund me for a uber to pick up the car due to covid. My Uber cost me 27$. when I got to the location the entire quote changed and I was unable to afford the new quoted price on vehicle with deposit. Asked why it changed and he informed me that prices change all the time. I felt as if it was unfair to me because of the price quoted online differed from what I was told over the phone versus when I got here. Anyways I did not rent from them and they did not even offer me a way back home nor did they reimburse me for getting to the place. I ended up spending 60.00$ and no rental. His excuse was he did not have his card attached to his uber account. Like really? Add it... and get me home for inconveniencing me. Such a shame how ppl treat ppl. I will be calling to report this issue to corporate as well because that is not fair to anyone!

This location is awesome. The people who work in the rental side are so great. They treat Enterprise like a career, not just a job, and that makes a huge difference, especially compared to their competitors in the area. They go so far above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I had a couple of problems with my personal car over the last couple weeks, which necessitated renting a car three different times. The Enterprise people unfortunately got to know me, which was actually great of them. They took a bad situation for me and turned it into a positive, all three times. Jill in particular is the absolute best. She was so awesome in taking care of me. Cameron was also great. And Matt and Tiffany also took great care of me. I hope I don't have to go back any time soon, but they make me want to rent a car I don't even need just to patronize their business. And I bet at some point I will do just that.

Pablo Quevedo deserves a raise. I had to start my review off that way, his customer service was that spectacular. He was very communicative, informative, respectful and just a very caring individual. I was needing a 7-seater for my family due to recent car issues, Pablo made sure I was taking care of. I truly appreciate his great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond what I expected. The whole staff that day was very helpful during a stressful time. They were all so busy helping multiple customers but it was very noticeable that they cared, that is so important and needed nowadays. To be honest with you, if my company was hiring now I would personally come and snatch up Pablo to work for me. Cherish your good employees, they are very hard to come by nowadays. Thank you again for the exceptional service, I will be back to rent again.

I called asking for help with a purchase of one of their vehicles, the woman who answered said that the sales department is separate from renting department yet is in the same office. I asked her if she could give me their phone number to their sales department since I was having trouble finding the information I needed. She told me no. I asked her if she could ask someone what the number was, and she said no lol. I asked her how I can find the right phone number and she said “hold on a second” and then redirected my call to an automated system that had nothing to do with what I needed help with. Lol She should not have told me they were in the same building if she really did not want to help.

Long story short, we had reserved a car at another location and they called me 1 hour before pick up telling me that they didn't have anything similar to the size we had reserved. After WE called around we found another location that had the size car we reserved. The original location was supposed to transfer it to this other location but they didn't. It was 5:30pm and I still didn't have a car for our trip the next day. In a last ditch effort I went to this location to see if they had ANYTHING we could rent. Not only did they have a car for us but it was the same size we originally reserved. They were so nice and understanding. I will definitely rent from this location again!!

I set up my rental 2 weeks before I needed it and in doing so told them I needed a full size truck. I also scheduled the earliest appointment to pick it up because of my schedule that day. When I arrived they didn’t even have a pick up on site. Who ever I spoke with to set up the reservation put me down for a full size car. It took 30 minutes for them to figure something out. The solution, give me a small compact, have me drive to a different location and have me pick up a truck from them. There was no apology, or discount for not doing there job. At one point they even seemed annoyed that they were having to deal with it. I will likely never use this branch again.

My go to place, convenient to where I live and they are good about having whatever kind of vehicle I need, from economy car, mini van, to pick up truck. Would have 5 stars if it weren't for the fact I went to pick up a vehicle (reserved days in advance) and I was on a schedule and it wasn't cleaned out yet AND it had no gas (aka it wasn't ready, with no other options that fit my needs available). I did get a discount but the time was more important in that instance. They're usually really busy. My suggestion go earlier than your reserve time if you have places to be. That way between the line and making sure your vehicle is good to go you'll be in the clear.

I loved this place! The staff was very welcoming and transparent. I went looking for my first car and had no idea what I was doing. Blaek helped me find a car based off of my wants/needs/budget and helped me figure out what the best car was for me; I was also shown the price of the vehicle I was looking at compared to the prices it was going for else where. My bank referred this dealership because they would not try to scam me and they've worked closely with Zach the senior account executive for years so I was not haggled into financing or insurance through the dealership. They were extremely respectful of my right to make my own choices!

Always a pleasure renting with Enterprise. My most recent visit was no different, both employees were on the phone when I walked in but made it a point to let me know they would be right with me. Once off the phone they asked my name (I had an appointment) and took me right out to my car which happened to be a nice upgrade. He did the walk around and he quickly explained a few items to me, I signed/initialed and off I went. The car was nice and clean and smelled great! I would like to point out how much I appreciate the very well-lite parking lot, I return my cars very late at night and it makes me feel safe being there by myself.

We had to rent a car at the last minute on a Sunday, just before the branch closed, because our car had broken down on the interstate. The Enterprise representatives were incredibly kind and professional and even gave us a good rate on a large SUV since it was one of the only vehicles left. They quickly extended the rental by a day when our car took longer than expected in the repair shop and were courteous when I returned the vehicle the next day. I don’t often need to rent vehicles in Indianapolis, but if I ever did, I would definitely choose this Enterprise branch again. Thanks to everyone there for taking great care of us.

I had the hardest time on September 9th getting my rental swapped out due to Geico problems. Through the entire process DeAsia Wright was a true pleasure to work with. I spent about 2 ¹/² - 3 hours at Enterprise and she was so patient with me as I was back and forth with my piss poor insurance agent at the time. She was able to help me get the car I was looking for and saved it until I was done. She checked on me throughout the entire process and was all around awesome. I really appreciate her due diligence, support, and patience with me. I would definitely recommend her and this location each and every time.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! My wife and I had a budget in mind and was able to get what we wanted within that price!! Dustin and Jill were simply amazing to work with! Instead of sitting in a car dealership for hours on end (like we had before we came here) all the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived!! All we had to do was love our vehicle which we did and sign our name! This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle and felt like we had true customer service! I'd give them 10 stars if i could! My wife Reserved online when checked in said I reserved compact and reserved a intermediate. Then got car that wasn’t cleaned well and smelled like smoke. Didn’t noticed till it sat in driveway for couple hours came out and wreaked of smoke. Couldn’t take back till morning which made us late arriving to destination. Positive manager immediately fixed problem by giving us another car. Previous management always had a problem with over charging me. When I returned price was always hire than when I left. Another positive gave me a ride back to work and employee was professional and courteous.

Employees were great, have had a couple trucks now with a strange Oder from them, and dealing with their corporate office is infuriating. They don’t live by their motto of trying to go the extra mile when you really need it. They hide behind corporate rules and don’t evaluate each case. I had my car and wallet stolen and they wouldn’t rent me a car, that my insurance was paying for, until I could give them a credit card for the deposit, cash wasn’t acceptable. So I had to wait over a week until I could get new cards to come to get my ride. Corporations don’t care about us and our problems.

I received a rent on 7/5 while my car was getting worked on. It was the vehicle that I needed at that time. I was told to switch vehicle once I got to Atlanta. It was the worse experience of my life with enterprise. The manger was rude. I waste an entire day of my trip at a rental place. 15 customers went before me. I got to the rental place at 2 didn't leave until 5 30pm. I waited 3 and half hours for a van that was on E when they gave it to me, wasn't cleaned and it smell like someone had been smoking in the van all week. I was very disappointed with the service and the experience.

I have always used Enterprise, but the one on Washington. I was so disappointed when I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance but when I got there I was given a Kia that stunk from urine in the back seat. They made an attempt to make it smell better with febreeze, that lasted an hour maybe. I wanted a different car but apparently none was available. So what was up with any of the cars in the lot? I was stuck with a terribly stinky car that I even tried to clean it myself. Unfortunately urine went way down in the seats I'm not sure we will ever go back to them.

Rented a car from Enteprise for one month while visiting my family. This location was more affordable than the airport and other locations - the hours also worked for me. While I had to wait about 30 minutes for my car (I picked it up when a lot of people were dropping theirs off, so the cars had to be cleaned), the staff was extremely friend, the waiting area was clean, and they offered my mom and I bottled water. When I dropped my car off, the process was easy, too. Overall, a great experience and I will rent here again when I visit Indianapolis again.

I had a great experience at this location. It was really busy but I was taken care of within a half hour. Didn't have the car I reserved but took great care of me regardless. When I returned the car, I had doubled the fuel required so they reimbursed me. The price for the weekend was WAY lower than expected on the initial rental and I used the Enterprise website. Rented a car and currently still using for a few more days. We have a 2021 Nissan Versa and it is very small and uncomfortable for long drives, great fuel mileage and radio features. They washed the car right before I got it, there were soap suds everywhere and when the car dried, it was very dirty. The windows had smudges and rentals cars I've gotten in the past from other dealers were like brand new. Seats have a few stains. Price through Priceline was better than others. Staff at desk were great.

I've used Enterprise repeatedly over the last 2 years and have always been pleased. They take me to Kia and pick me up when I'm in for service. One time, they drove me to my house and came picked me up there later. I, too, got a larger car once when I was there for a small car and they didn't have any. Cars have always been clean. The new facility is very nice. The staff is polite and friendly. Rates are very reasonable, too. So far, I haven't had any reason at all to go anywhere else to rent a car.

Went to drop off the car today, and they are trying to stiff me out of $125 of the $200 deposit I had to pay. They tried to say I was a day late to which I showed them the rental agreement, which shows I was an hr early for drop off, the cars undamaged and topped off on fuel. I will have to go back Monday when her manager is in. If unresolved I'm disputing the whole charge and if anyone else has had this issue with this branch doing this in the past, I'm down for a little class action.

It was a swift in and out. However I was initially disappointed I did my reservation online for a surburban. I have five children and two are special needs (so we travel with a lot). We ended up with a Nissan Armada I believe. The car had no gas in it. Literally the gas light was on. Also I wasn’t told about the $200 deposit until I was ready to go. But all in all those are minor things that could have been quickly fixed on their behalf. The staff was courteous and professional.

It was an Absolutely amazing visit, and not just because we purchased a vehicle! The sales people, were down to earth, and very personable! Devante Graham was awesome. He greeted my daughter and I at the door. He was extremely pleasant without being pushy. He was patient as we test drove 3 different vehicles, called another parent, and talked for about 45 minutes. Insurance paid for me to get a rental here after I got rear-ended and my van was in the shop, everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. I never felt like I was bothering them if I had a question and since I was dealing with insurance I had lots, even had to call and reschedule pickup, and they were still super nice and accommodating. I would definilty recommend them and if I ever need a rental again, I'll go here

Needed a truck to replace my truck that was in the shop. Was told they wouldn't have one ready until the next day. Called the next day, truck wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. Called that afternoon, truck still not there, but they are bringing one from another store. Not sure why this couldn't have been done earlier, lost a day of work, but they ended up getting me taken care of. The people were very friendly in the office.

Reservation was easy to set up. First time renting a vehicle did not know what to expect. I was not informed about the deposit which would have been helpful info. Weekly rates constantly changed. Whenever I called in hold time was always lengthy sometimes no one would answer, I would have to call other locations to extend rental which I had for 6 weeks. Overall ok experience. Staff is nice.

We rented the Chrysler Town & Country for the 4th time. There is no better highway vehicle when you need space, good mileage and comfort. The ride was excellent as usual and the gas mileage was great. This van handles amazingly well. The one huge disappointment was the satellite radio. There were only basic channels available. This was a first. Thank God for Pandora and a wireless speaker.

However after talking with customer service , I got a favorably response from the regional office and was very pleased with the outcome. Paper work was not place in the system as it was set up days in advance & the drop off day & time was not correct. The follow through on the text message was never taken care of properly. Usually have a great experience at this location however I left a plaque heard and my rental and when I called to retrieve it I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then the store closed and nobody bothered to call me back or rectify the situation. Today, an hour after Enterprise closed, they charged my car for 5 days rental without my consent that the insurance company assures me they have approved to cover.
