For context, I’m heavily pregnant, tired and looking for something quite specific, and the ladies calmly and kindly assisted us whiteout any pressure or pushy sales techniques. They found us the perfect piece, worked on a great price, offered styling suggestions and even helped us to move the piece into the boot of my car. Thanks so much for your amazing customer service!

The furniture at the Eureka Aspley store is beautiful and the service was phenomenal! Kylie was amazing. She is knowledgeable and so patient. She really helps you visualise the designs in your home and gave us great tips. She did everything possible to help us with our purchase. Do not order anything. I ordered a table in January eta end of March early April. Have been ringing every new eta they given me. Called again today only to be told a new eta of 19th May, available early June. Asked about a refund only to be told.. I can apply but may not get approved. Poor customer service. Not happy! Won't be shopping again!

We had a wonderful experience at Eureka Furniture Aspley. The store manager, Bree, was extremely helpful, giving us all the information that we needed and the time to just sit and try out the products. We went to a number of other stores but returned to Aspley because of the service we received.

A great experience from start to finish. Prompt reply to my online enquiry. Friendly and helpful response to phone call. Even friendlier service once at store. Great price, superb quality chairs. So comfortable - just what I’d been searching for a year for! Thanks Bree, top marks all round.

The sales person was so patient, we changed our mind about 4 times, but we finally found what we wanted, and the best part was they had it in stock so we don’t have to wait too long for it.
