I have to say I am always thoroughly impressed with the customer service and selection of beautiful pieces at this store. My husband and I wandered in one day, not really expecting to make a purchase but we were so welcomed by the lovely Emma, and we LOVED one of the outdoor lounges (+ coffee table + modesty screen) so much that we bought it then and there! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his son as well, who chatted to us for quite a while. I really love the laid back elegance of the store and the warm feeling the staff always create. Even the delivery guys were polite, easy going, professional, set up the pieces carefully and quietly, and then happily said goodbye and left - literally every part of the interaction with Eureka Street and associates was a dream experience. I absolutely recommend going here if you're looking for some gorgeous pieces of furniture along with exemplary customer service!

Had a fantastic experience with both Janet and Nicki here! I ordered the Farrari chair (Looks great in our bedroom) and received it in grey when I wanted green. No problem, the invoice said grey and I should have checked ahead of time. When it was delivered I called the store and Nicki apologized despite it not even being her fault and said she'd search somewhere/everywhere for a green one in stock. She called me back the next day and said she had a display model in good condition she could send over this week and I agreed. Janet set up the new delivery time (Janet also gave me a super good deal on the original delivery) and the chair was exchanged for FREE! Couldn't be happier with this level of customer service, will be shopping here again!

When I walked into Eureka today, I was shocked to see one of the employees behind the desk, who was clearly texting on her phone. She didn't even acknowledge me, which seemed highly unprofessional. However, the other employee, Ally, was very friendly and polite. Even though she appeared busy and received no help from her colleague, Ally went the extra mile and showed me items that would work well in my space. She took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. Later, I returned to Eureka and purchased something I loved, all thanks to Ally's exceptional and professional service. Because of this, I will definitely be returning to Eureka.

Absolute scam artists, Eureka furniture uses FAKE pillows. You can also feel the scrunched up paper in the side walls. I ordered based on the brand, so incredibly disappointed, this couch set doesn’t even have actual cushions, they are literally part of the base and none removable - worse than Kmart. Nowhere does the website state this. I’m Shocked I even paid half price, extremely distressed by the insane cheapness. They are also harsh and extremely stiff to sit on, (with fake pillows you can imagine the quality) eureka furniture have also refused any kind of refund, I would stay away, once they have conned you, that’s it.

So so disappointed. The furniture itself is fine but the upgrade sell for Guardsman 5 years warranty on stains was the BIGGEST waste of money and time. I made a legitimate claim to Guardsman and it has still not been resolved 8 months later. Eureka is now ‘ghosting’ me after saying they would investigate on my behalf. I even bought another 2 pieces of furniture during the claim process because I had no reason to believe Eureka would deal with a dodgy offshoot company or be unavailable to support a resolution. Really sad for a business that is supposed to be local and from reviews here, is generally really highly rated.

Every thing about this lounge buying experience was 5 star! The retail assistant in store was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant without being pushy. The lines of communication Re: payment and delivery were via text, phone calls and email. Delivery was quick and a reasonable cost. The delivery company were pleasant, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. They unpacked all the packing and took it away, placed the lounges in the position I asked them to and didn’t leave any mess behind. Thankyou for such a pleasant buying experience. We will certainly be back!

The staff member was pleasant and helpful However the sale prices had not been updated in the computer Unfortunately I was overcharged a sizeable amount and over a week later I am still waiting for my credit After numerous calls I was not privy to talk to the finance department directly and have just received condescending text messages from the staff telling me it has been processed Please Eureka furniture Refund my money And spell my name correctly in correspondence

Oh my goodness!!!! The service at the Valley Eureka store is unbeatable. My partner and I have just moved to Brisbane and practically our whole house is furnished with Eureka. Some things were out of stock, but Nicki went above and beyond to help us secure us stock just in time for us to host Christmas lunch. Thank you so much, and if you ever doubt Eureka, just don't, the quality, the service, everything is unmatchable!!! Very happy customers

Great quality furniture, but more so exceptional staff (big thank you to Nicki). Service is a throw back to yester-years. Staff there are quick to engage and be helpful, pulling out tape measures on our behalf, moving things around for better access. And as a semi-disabled person quick to accommodate and offer seating. Thank you for a rare and delightful shopping experience. Go Eureka team! :)

Such poor customer service, I waited behind one person in the line for over 10 minutes while there were 2 employees behind the counter chatting to each other and not acknowledging that there were customers waiting. Multiple other employees in the shop, again not acknowledging customers or offering to help. I put down what I was going to buy and walked out. Will not be returning.

Really impressed with the service here! A super helpful young blonde lady at the front desk went above and beyond while I was picking out accessories for my business. The whole experience was top-notch. I'm definitely planning to be a regular for all our store's home decor needs. Big thanks to everyone there! :)

I love the stools we purchased. However I would never go to the warehouse again. They were aggressive and tried to give us used product. My daughter came with me and was scared of the warehouse worker. He was throwing pens at the staff and was angry in general. Such a shame as the price and product are awesome.

Nikki and the team at Fortitude Valley was so helpful and patient as I was deciding what side table to purchase and thinking outside the box with possible options…Willing to go the extra mile in arranging delivery and keeping me updated throughout the process. Will definitely go back again!
