Heading into Eureka we had an idea of what we wanted but nothing set in stone. We went to our local store (Virginia) to inspect what was on offer and were greeted by Brooke. Brooke was excellent in showing us what was available in store, making multiple mix and match combinations for our dining table , dealing with many many questions and even got photos from other Eureka stores for us to view that wasn’t stocked on site. We had made several trips to the store to go over details to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and never felt pressured to make a decision that didn’t suit us. Today we made our purchase and we couldn’t be happier with the products selected and the outcome. Eureka will definitely be the first stop on our next furniture purchase

Great service. Beautiful quality furniture. We were first time customers just popping in to our local store for a look-see. Found what we wanted with the help of a very helpful sales assistant. Item was delivered without issue, a leather care kit was left with the couch and that was the transaction all done and dusted. Thank you to the lovely young lady who assisted us and to the other team members who completed the tasks. Will definitely return.

Bought some furniture here and just had a great shopper experience. Staff were warm and friendly, but not in your face or pushy. They were extremely helpful. The team were absolutely amazing. They helped me with my questions over the phone and took measurements of the chair I was purchasing before I came in to make sure it fit under our table. On arrival the chair was ready for me to purchase and the staff helped me with the future care of the timber.

Great furniture and decor. Lovely staff who were very accommodating with rearranging furniture so we can get a feel of heights etc. Ended up leaving with the super comfy counter stools and some Christmas elves that were irresistible. Highly recommend this store.

We recently purchased a hall stand,dining table and chairs, aa well as chairs for our island. They arrived weeks earlier than expected, delivered and installed without fuss,and the staff there are absolutely first class.
