I have been a customer for some years and have brought several items over the years, until my recent experience with Exclusive Furniture in Spring. July 1st I went into that location and I had a great sales person and Mr. Sam came in and finished my transaction. Wonderful man. I really had a great experience until I received my furniture and it was too small for my room that I entertain with guest in my home, so I called my salesman to see about an exchange and he asked me to come back to the store. So when I get back to the store location, one of the managers said I had to get into with the corporate office and I had to pay a restocking fee of 25% of my total price and if I had that he can take care of that right now and that’s all he can do and walked off. I then called the corporate office and spoke with Kailee, very rude too. She said yes you have to pay a restocking fee for an exchange and that was the only way through her that she would approve the exchange. On the next day I called corporate again and spoke with Angela and she said that is not so for an exchange and she would approve the exchange. I thought that was the end of it but after a couple days, I didn’t receive a call. Then I called the corporate office back and spoke with Elizabeth and she took care of the approval for the exchange with a delivery charge so I had to go back to the store location again. At that time my salesman told me I had to speak with the store manager Lambert and I did. Ok, by this time I am exhausted this was week 3 from the 1st. Lambert went to the back for awhile and never came back, so I ask my salesman to go see what was taking so long. He came back and said everything was taken care of and I could go so I did. Never heard anything from no body after a week. So I give corporate a call and to my surprise they told me that my exchange was denied and I had to get in touch with Lambert, so I called him and he told me to come back out there. He was lying and couldn’t give me straight answer. He gave me the I don’t care and bas F••••Me at this point. This is over a month and I have to make payments and I have spoke with the creditor and they have made a complaint not on me and ask me to stay on top and keep them in the loop. Today is August 19,2023 and still have the furniture and I can’t even entertain in my den the furniture is too small. I went to corporate last Saturday and spoke with Joanna, thought it would have been resolved she answered me Monday and she said she was going to hel and l have been leaving her voicemails and no return call as of today so I went back up to corporate today. I ask to speak with the owner Sam which I have been asking for over three weeks and getting all negative responses. All I want to do is exchange and I have been through HELL!!!!’

My husband was working in the area today, and I met up with him on his lunch break. After we ate, we decided to browse Exclusive Furniture since we’d never been inside before. An older, white haired, balding man with glasses greeted us and asked what we were looking for and we told him we weren’t really looking for anything, just browsing. He gave a little sales spiel, again tried to find out what we were looking for, we again said just browsing and went on our way through the store as we didn’t have all day to spend talking and really just wanted to enjoy our time there together. We walked through the kitchen and dining area, came upon the complimentary coffee machine, and made a small cup to share. This is where we noticed he had followed and was watching us from a distance. We continued our browsing and he stalked us the entire time we were in the store. We saw a few other employees who left us alone, but we were apparently the only shoppers in the store. It was very uncomfortable having the old guy staring at us - literally he did not take his eyes off of us - and distracting to the point that I couldn’t focus on checking out the furniture. We did notice that most pieces felt cheap for the prices they were asking; several tables wobbled, nothing seemed sturdy, easily scratched. Not much caught our eye though, especially with the distraction of the stalker. He mostly kept his distance but when we did happen to walk by him, he asked us if we had found what we were looking for. Again we told him we were just browsing, and in a challenging tone, he said, “So you didn’t come here looking for anything, you parked here just so you could walk in and browse?” I don’t remember the exact words, but something like that. Not offering help or suggestions, just repeating his questioning, all with a condescending fake smile. It felt like we were being asked to leave so we did, and as we were walking out, I heard him say behind us, “Enjoy your coffee.” Pretty sure that was sarcastic. We did not come in just for coffee, did not know there would even be coffee, but there was no sign stating it was only for paying customers, so we enjoyed it as anyone would. The sales tactics and customer service skills displayed here were terrible. Any salesperson should know browsing can easily lead to a sale, if not now, the next time the customer comes in. Last time we went to a furniture store just to browse, we left with a coffee table. Unfortunately for this store, we won’t be back. Next time we meet for lunch, we’ll find another store that doesn’t require you to justify your visit before taking a look around. In all honesty, this was a one star experience, but I’m giving two since I don’t think I got the full experience and hopefully it’s not as bad as it seemed today.

Do not finance with Koalafi. I just moved to the area and bought some furniture here. When told I could finance the purchase I was naive and listened. They told me that they would help set me up to pay off the lease within 90 days but apparently did not. I have been super busy adjusting to the area so did not catch this in time. When making the purchase, they messed up the Koalafi contract a handful of times and I had to resign the contract about 5 times before it was correctly done. Only for me to find out it was not correctly done and that they messed up the email. My sales invoice has the correct email address, but the most important part being the leasing company had the wrong email address, despite it being rewritten 5 times. I never got any notice about the lease and that I wasn't paying it off within 90 days. At first I thought the staff was friendly, so that I didn't mind having to re-sign the contract so many times. But now this is costing me over double what I paid for the furniture, resulting in a loss of a couple grand. I have tried calling multiple times but they never pick up the phone and the message system is perpetually full. This is beyond frustrating and annoying that they even offer financing with such a predatory company.

The person who helped me out was named Jaiden. He was very helpful and listened to any questions and concerns we had over the period. My sister and I were looking for a soft affordable bed and we ended up leaving with two after going through a few great options. He made the process very easy which I’m extremely grateful for. My mom also had great things to say about him and recommended that I go to him when I came in. Jaiden is a wonderful professional that I would definitely recommend to other people. He went out of his way to find us the best deals and the best alternatives for anything we didn’t like. We appreciate the help of Jaiden and the other staff members at this place. The environment is friendly and fun which made me feel comfortable and important. Amazing work everyone, huge thanks to Jaiden especially.

I really do recommend this location, the customer service is amazing. I came in around 5:00PM, Marvin was very polite I advise him that I was looking and sending pictures to my dad, I than left to bring my dad to look at the sofas in person as pictures do not justify. Upon entering the location my dad was impressed by the customer service as well, we picked the sofas we wanted, at that point we did let Marvin and the Assistant Service manager know we really wanted the sofas by Tomorrow Saturday 9/26/2020 instead of Monday, we were super happy that the assistant manager was able to squeeze our sofas in to be dropped off for tomorrow instead of Monday. To me that’s amazing customer service and we would definitely be back for more items that we need. Thank you guys so much, please keep up the amazing customer service!

I came in and some old guy with fake teeth literally asked me in 10 different ways what i was looking for. I went to look for specific pieces but i wasn’t there to buy THAT DAY. I didn’t want to waste his time i believe they’re commission based so i said “im not buying anything but thank you” and then he said “so what are you here for?” and i didn’t even know what to say i felt pressured to answer so i said “inspiration for my room i’m redoing” and said thank you again and then i walked off because I WANNA LOOK AT THE FURNITURE! Then he turns around and walks to the register where everyone else was at and he goes “InSpIrAtIoN, do we have any of that in stock??” and the other employees were like “insPiRatIoN???!” like?? Wow lol i didn’t even get the chance to think of something to buy but thanks for the experience

I had been looking for a furniture for a while a little over a year and there was a particular set I was waiting on for a long time basically available in a darker color but I went back today and Juli welcomed me with open arms and reassured me that the selection I chose was a great one. She was patient with me and my Indecisiveness; her manager even stepped in to give help and offered to move furniture to a different room to see the true color! Juli offered delivery for the next and explained everything in full detail. Thank you for great customer service and hospitality it goes far beyond. If you plan on shopping at Exclusive ask for Juli she is very down to earth and welcoming!

Editing my review to just warn people about financing through Synchrony Bank. Exclusive Furniture is still awesome, and if you can use their in house financing please do. But do NOT use the Synchrony Bank financing. My credit score dropped 100 points immediately because it's a "credit card" but it looks like it's 100% maxed out until you pay the balance down. Then when you make payments, they say they never got it and then mark a late payment on your credit report. Synchrony Bank has completed ruined my credit after working on fixing it for so long. Kareem and Ziad were very helpful, excellent customer service and got us into the perfect mattress! Will definitely be coming back

Lorenzo and Tay (hopefully that’s how she spells it) gave exceptional service. I’ve never spent 2 hrs in a furniture store and my sister and I stayed based off the service they provided! Didn’t matter how many questions we had they would always provide an answer. Other employees were engaging as well. We originally came in just to browse because we never been and my sister was the only one shopping. I ended up buying some stuff as well! Plus…..we don’t have to wait for anything to be in stock. Every item we asked about they had ready for delivery, no wait time like most of the stores we previously went to. They provide drinks and snacks while you shop so that’s a plus as well.

So I don’t normally do this, but the sales representative went out of his way to take care of me and my wife, so the least I could do is this. Let’s start with the gentleman’s name, Mr. Marvin a sale representative at this location not only took the time to help us find what we’re looking for but also took the time to help us find colors and other ways to make our new home pop. Every question I had he answered with no hesitation, he was able to get us a delivery date that worked for us and just ensured that we were properly taken care of. All in all if you need your furniture needs taken care of, Marvin is your man.

I was ready to buy my sofas when I realized I arrived a bit too early.. they open at 10am and I was there at 9:30. The manager was parked and saw us and let us in early. It was an easy purchase because the sales person, Sherman, was not after me to buy it. The manager worked with me with the prices and was even able to deliver before Christmas. Great place to shop, very reasonable prices. A few days after getting my furniture, I received a box of delicious cookies as a Thank you treat. What a way to wow a customer and show their appreciation. !!

We had a wonderful experience with Jeffrey and others at Exclusive Furniture. He spent lots of time with my hubby and me as we painstakingly looked around the entire store, as we needed to furnish our entire house. We ended up getting my daughter's bedroom suite from Exclusive, but have several great options for our theater room thanks to Jeffrey. We will be back once we figure out our plan. Thanks Jeffrey! We will be stopping by Exclusive Furniture FIRST for all of our furniture needs.

Very wonderful experience with Lorenzo. Very professional. He was so nice and kind. Made me feel very comfortable and trusted his judgment on the decision I was making. Will come back again for his service. I also was very pleased with Mrs Jatai who also helped me understand the paper work and Mrs Ruffy who also was very helpful. Will not go anywhere else to shop for furniture. Wonderful place. Excellent work.

Michelle and Tai were so helpful with helping me get my living room set for my first apartment. Very attentive, nice, and made the process not so nerve wrecking. They even went as far as moving furniture around in the store to see if I liked how the different pieces looked together. Also big congratulations to Michelle for me being her first sale back in the company!!!! Definitely would recommend.

We came here about 4 years ago, but it is a completely made-over right now. The sales team now is simply amazing! Maria, Kareem, the manager… everyone was simply on top of their game. Plus, the kids’ room was there to keep our kids engaged, (we shot some hoops ourselves) while we shopped. It was a very pleasant experience, I must say. It’s 10 stars for y’all: mine and my wife’s.

The staff there was really professional and courteous. My salesman Flavio was professional and patient. As a person who's been in sales and customer service for over 20 years I was impressed with his level of expertise. I didn't feel pressure to buy or make a decision which is very important to me. Went in with an idea of what we were looking for. Ziad helped us out and lead us to exactly what we were wanting. He was helpful and not hovering the entire time. Great salesman to work with. His manager Tai was also great to work with. The other thing I really enjoyed was they are a local company and had the furniture in stock. We will definitely be back to shop here again.

The energy from the employees felt like you were getting greeted by family. The cleanliness and the organization of the place was flawless and absolutely breathtaking.
