I placed an order on a Saturday, 1 hour before the store closed, FOR DELIVERY THAT SAME DAY! I was expecting to hear that wouldn't be possible, logic told me. Gail and the staff assured me it was not only possible, but definite that they could get the job done! I never expected that. They were courteous, professional, eager to take care of me, and on and on. I was shocked that the cost of what I ordered, and when I ordered it to be delivered was at or BELOW what was normal for an advance order during the week! Needless to say, my order arrived a few minutes ahead of set time and looked absolutely fantastic! I will recommend these folks to everybody I know. I will contact them for any and all of my floral needs! GREAT JOB GUYS! Cant thank you enough! This was a surprise for someone not expecting it, and it couldn't have been executed any better. I have ordered from Flower Me Florist several times (always over the phone), and they have provided excellent customer service and arrangements. I order them for my mom and describe to them the type of arrangement I would like, and whenever she sends me a picture of them after they arrive, they are better than I could even have imagined. They arrange them so that they are beautiful no matter which way you are looking at them (from the front, from behind, etc) and they last a really long time. My mom has commented that they seem to be high quality flowers (compared to other flower shops). Plus, the man who delivers them is always very sweet. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I ordered a corsage for a retirement party from another florist to be delivered the day before the event. Nothing was delivered. I called them the day of the party (quite angry at this point) and they promised to have the flowers delivered by 3pm because the party was at 5pm. Still nothing was delivered. At this point I frantically started to look for another florist but I thought it was impossible to fulfill an order within one hr. Flower Me accepted the challenge and came thru. I received a beautiful corsage arrangement within the hour. The staff was amazing and very understanding. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

I have been fighting cancer and my close friend sent me some flowers through 1-800-Flowers. They were dead in 2 days. She got her money back, thank goodness. I told her about the little florist by my house, Flower Me Florist, and that their flowers were gorgeous. I had read their reviews and which are very good. I have also been in the shop many, many times because of the post office in the flower shop. Today, my friend sent me the most gorgeous bouquet of assorted flowers and their scent is wonderful. I highly recommend this florist for any of your floral needs.

This is the best florist I have ever used. I have ordered roses to be delivered twice, and both times the arrangements have been beautiful! I would recommend ordering them by the phone. The woman who took my order was very helpful, gave excellent suggestions and was very detail oriented when she took my order. She assured me that they would take good care of my order and make sure the flowers would be beautiful....and they delivered! My girlfriend was extremely happy with the flowers and from the pictures I saw, I agree.

I've visited this location a total of three times now. I've been shocked by the downright poor customer service that I've received upon each visit. I have never used their floral services, I've only gone in to use their postal service to avoid the lines in the post office. That being said, I'd wait in line at the post office 3 times over before spending another dime of my hard earned money at an establishment that treats their customers so poorly. Their entire staff could use a crash course on customer service.

I phoned in (live in Round Rock, Texas) for an arrangement of flowers after viewing the website. The flowers were assembled and delivered unseen. Once the arrangment was viewed at the church (in rememberance of my step-father) nothing but praise for the accomplished work. Finally received a picture of the arrangement and really, nothing but priase for the workmanship and the finished product. Truly Outstanding!

They are AWESOME! I ordered flowers for a new Starbucks store opening and ask that they send over as soon as possible, figuring they would arrive later that afteroon. Update: The owner is allowing me to put my jewelry up for charity donations for the Salvation Army’s mens track, where they help men get out of their Shelter and find them a job and find them an apartment in which to live! I live in Virginia and my Mother lives in San Antonio, so you can imagine the dilemma in trying to find a florist. I have nothing but positive things to say about Flower me Florist. The service is impeccable, and the flowers are out of this world. My Mother takes pictures of every arrangement she receives, and is always so trilled!

The arrangement was beautiful and still looks fresh. I received the flowers on Monday and they are still happy and fresh today (Thursday). Horrible customer service!!!! Sad excuse for a post office. Why have a post office when ever I try to mail something they act like I'm bothering them. What is up with all the signs with rules on them!? I loved the owners before the new ones. I'll take my mail to Shell on Braun and 1604 much more civilzed employees there.
