Recently called to order the Billie in Pink. I put the order in over the phone with the sales associate and everything went through just fine... until I got the email for my purchase. The bag was in the wrong color and the item number wasn't even close to the one I ordered. When I called the next morning I was informed that it was not an error in store it was an error from the shipping department. I was then told to give them a call which I then asked if I was going to be on hold all day as I was getting frustrated as to why I had to call them and waste my time when I wasn't the one that sent out the wrong bag. I called the shipping departed which is located in Texas and of course is a call center. I then called back the store and told the sales associate that I don't have time to be on hold all day so she said she would see what she could do. Why that was not done in the first place I have no idea. I called her back on my lunch break and was told there is nothing they can do as it has been shipped to me already and to top it off they did not even have the color in which I had ordered. I was told that if I don't like the bag I can return it when it comes in and they would also offered me 25 percent discount on my next purchase which is all a laugh as this was my first purchase with the company and they cant get it right and for that I will be going to Michael Kors. I was also curious as to why when the shipping department saw that my order was for a purse they did not have I was not emailed or called before they shipped it as the store took both my email and phone number when I made the purchase. Why would you need that information if you are not going to use it. I figured out it must be a sales tactic as when it comes in the mail they are either hoping I end up liking the color and keep it or it would just be a waste of my time to return a 60 dollar bag so they gain and I lose as this is the only conclusion I can come up with as to why I would not receive a phone call at the very least. I would also like to state that I had went on the website myself and there was no notification of any sort that the bag was out of stock or discontinued. In conclusion I will be returning the 60 dollar bag even though I am wasting my time and my gas to get to the store, I will not let Fossil gain any of my income for them not being able to supply better customer service on both accounts. I have just recently found by some of my co workers that this has also happened to them....... the exact same problem

I was in Fossil WEM today and was assisted by an amazing employee by the name of Narinder!! I had broken the strap connector on my favorite Fossil purse and was upset I would never be able to fix it. I was advised that Fossil has a repair service, but upon further inspection Narinder (the hero of the day) assessed the missing part and believed they may have the piece in store…. Needless to say, Narinder found the part and was able to reattach the missing connector for the strap. My purse is 5+ years old, the broken piece was a small random brass coloured loop and Narinder found the exact match and was able to fix it with the watch repair tools. I was speechless! The service at Fossil WEM is always great, but Narinder went above and beyond for me today! Thanks Narinder, it really meant a lot not to have to replace the best purse I’ve ever owned!!!

Some staff are very rude. I visited the store with my wife on Dec 30th to change an item I previously bought from another store. IWe arrived 10 minutes before closing time, and there was a male staff sweeping the floor. He changed his face and started talking to us rudely about coming by closing time. The cashier wasn't willing to talk to us, and we asked her if the can refund the remaing balance in cash, she rudely said "You paid with a card, how do you think I will be able to give you cash?". I only gave 2 stars because there was one nice lady who was helpful, and clearly sympathized with us for the way we were treated. I will never deal with this branch again, and will advice anyone who wants to buy from Fossil to go to the Kingsway Mall branch. Staff there are very nice and helpful.

We went into this store to purchase several watches as a memorial tribute for our son, to give to some of his good friends. The manager (Sharna?) was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond and gave us a discount and even went the extra mile to find a specific watch for us. They did not sell this watch in their store, but she reached out to one of their locations in Calgary and got us a great deal and had it shipped out for us. Not a lot of people would have taken that extra step. Absolutely exceptional service. We even went back to get a watch for our daughter a few weeks later and she remembered us and gave us the same discount. Will definitely be purchasing more from this store.

ASSISTANT MANAGER WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SO DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. This evening at this location I went to the store looking for a Gen 5 HR Garrett men's watch. The first employee was so nice and helpful then the second employee was not helpful at all. We left the store and went back to try get help in picking out a watch. The second employee didn't even try helpful us or greet us. Come to find out she is the assistant manager. We wanted a watch she said she couldn't sell but she didn't even make an effort to explain for even make a call to her manager to try help us The young employee was so awesome and patient with us.

Me and my friend came into the west Edmonton mall location as a fluke on our shopping trip today. The store was clean and well organized but it was the customer service that blew us away. Albert did not hesitate in helping us find what we were and were not looking for. Alberts seamless and efficient service coupled with his welcoming energy made for a truly positive shopping experience. We both highly commend Albert for his exceptional professionalism and extensive product knowledge. We love fossil, we love Albert.

I went there a few weeks ago to get my Kate Spade watch looked at. The lady at the store by the name of Felicia, was so friendly and helpful, she agreed to take my watch in while I and my other half went for dinner, and promised to have it ready by the time we are done. We were gone for about an hour and sure enough, Felicia delivered on her word. My watch was polished and working perfectly! She was incredibly pleasant and helpful and just absolute joy to deal with. That store has a gem in a Felicia!

I had an “easy release” pin break on my Fossil watch strap purchased 1 year ago rendering it not wearable, expecting to pay $10 or so to replace the pin. Surprised when the Manager of the store advised they would replace the ENTIRE WATCH as they don’t have replacement pins that would work and we saw it unfair that I would have to spend $80 to purchase an entire new strap. This service will make me come back when in need of another watch. Great Job Fossil, and the team at this store.

The staff are fabulous here and are always willing to assist however they can. I had a clerk and Manager work together on one of my trips to obtain a limited edition watch during the Christmas season that I had found impossible to find, they came through and I was overjoyed! Wonderful products that are longlasting, functional and sharp looking. My partner is a Fossil fan and collector and this is my always go to place for their excellent products and customer service!

I was help by Tessie (I hope I spelled that right girl!) Finding a new hybrid smartwatch. I was also approached but multiple other associates while in the store on Black Friday. They were extremely helpful, without pressuring me. Allowed me to try on multiple watches and even remembered me after I left for a few hours and came back. Even though they were busy I never felt in the way. Thank you Tessie!! I already have it all set up.

First time ever going into Fossil Store at West Edmonton Mall. The customer service was amazing was greeted right when we entered the door. All the staff especially the manager was very helpfully and super friendly and we were happy to walk away with two beautiful fossil watches for myself and my future mother in law. We are excited to return to this location for future purchases. :)

It is a chick store. The watches have 2 year warranty. Mine broke and they exchanged it for a new one , same generation. They told me that if it breaks again they will exchange it for a 5th generation. However, I am not still sure if I am 100 percent satisfied because I bought it for almost 500 dollars and in the new receipt says that I paid almost 200. So it is a little bit shady.

Excellent experience from start to finish, the girls working today were learning how to stamp initials on wallets and were dedicated to ensuring my sons wallet would be perfect! Also they helped pick the perfect watch and engraved it right on the spot! I have to say I was thouroughly impressed by the staff at this location, two thumbs up!! Thanks ladies, my son loves them!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will not recommend ever! I went to outlet today and found a watch which I am trying to find for so long but the manager said a big NO to sell that watch to me and forcefully had to buy a different model as the other girl May be from pakistan was super nice. Would appreciate if they contact me again and switch the watch they give to the one I want.

Sales Representative was nice. I gave one star because I went there to get battery changed for my watch and I wasn't happy. The technician just changed the battery and sent it back. It wasn't clean and had oily residue. Worst of all was the tech didn't even fix the time. The person just changed the battery and sent it back as is. Horrible service from a watch store.

I am a lifelong fossil fan boy and yesterday I feel that was solidified for another lifetime, if only because of how the staff tempered my tenper. I was dumb and kinda slightly broke my beautiful watch years back, and after a few hiccups and the aforementioned few years I finally took too figuring out a solution, never thought I'd end up with a moon phase watch.

Always has great quality watches. My new favourite is the hybrid smart watch that I bought for my boyfriend recently for Christmas. I prefer the hybrid over the classic smartwatch because with the hybrid charging is not necessary and when the battery dies they replace it for free. Hybrids are great if you're looking for a smart watch with a classic look.

Fossil is a great brand, it stands behind its product but the best part is the people! They took such good care of me, they were an absolute joy to deal with! I went into fossil as a last resort for finding a specific style of bag I was looking for all day. This store had a great variety of selection and excellent customer service. Narinder helped me pick out a bag, and with his great personality and knowledge about their items, I was sold instantly on a fantastic bag. That guy deserves a raise.

Came in because my mechanical watch had broke which was my unintentional fault. The ladies tried their best to fix it but unfortunately nothing could be done. They ended up crediting me for it so I can grab another one at a discounted price. They were very educated about their products and went above and beyond to assist me.

Aug 13 2017 I went to Calgary cross iron mils mall and got a 1st gen Fossil q grant for 89.99.Im pretty happy with the watch so far. Oh and on Aug 14 2017 i called the Fossil siltoee in west Edmonton mall for pricing and the same watch retailed for 250 somthing.

Nice selection of cheap beater watches. Unfortunately the employees don't know jack about watches, no idea how you can work at a place that sells watches and can't even tell me what movement is in it, what crystal it has or what the power reserve is.
