Took a silver bracelet to get sized down. The jeweller was too busy walking around the mall while I was waiting for him to come in the store to take measurements. When I received a call/text to come back and pick up the piece, it was still unfinished and seemed in awful shape, it wasn’t polished and very scuffed up. Of course when I pointed it out the jeweller again was too busy walking around the mall. After waiting about 20-30 mins for the jeweller to come back, the jeweller was annoyed that I had pointed out the defects still remaining from the alterations (which are still noticeable till now). To add insult to injury, the bracelet is still too big and the piece that I had asked to be removed wasn’t. The manager was nice and understanding, however the jeweller himself was very unprofessional, and didn’t really seem to care too much about his job. I highly advise anyone to not go there for repairs and go somewhere else even if it costs more.

I have had the pleasure of having jewellery repairs done at Paris Jewellers (Londonderry Mall) over a period of time. I have never been disappointed with the service or the work that has been done. The staff are great and they never do any work without calling to get approval if something unexpected comes up. Very punctual and return things in a timely manner. Debbie has been very helpful and friendly. I really like the fact that my jewellery is fixed here and not sent away for repairs

Wonderful experience shopping at Paris. I’ve been there a few times and every single time I’ve felt the staff listens carefully to what you’re looking for and tries hard to connect with your history rather just randomly showing you jewelry. Debbie is the sweetest and most helpful jeweller ever and very knowledgeable too, and she made the whole experience so much better! Recently I did shopping for Mother’s Day from Paris jewellers at Londonderry location and I must say I was truly satisfied with the customer service Shanaya provided. The manager Stacey was super helpful. I had lost my wedding ring during our move a month before the wedding, and Paris Jewellers was able to order in the same ring for me within a couple days, called me when it got there, and had it sized over the weekend. They even matched the sale price I had paid back in March when I bought the first ring. Staff are welcoming and helpful, I’d recommend this store.
