I purchased my wedding band from Prestige this past summer. The entire experience was so lovely, the staff were helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted! So many other stores would show my husband and I products out of our budget which was frustrating, Prestige respected our budget and found the perfect ring for me! I have returned for some warranty business and each time I am in store they are so friendly and helpful. They are very responsive if you have any questions and offer a really great warranty for peace of mind. My ring ended up losing a diamond and when I brought it in they actually found a defect with the ring and kept me in the loop and had my ring replaced in less than a week! I brought my 10 year old engagement/wedding ring set (purchased elsewhere) into Prestige Jewellers as I was losing diamonds out of it and it definitely needed some TLC. Sammy was very honest with me about the price to repair it vs having it remade using my diamond. I went ahead with the decision to remake it and today when I picked up my ring I was speechless… It is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! It’s perfect!! Sammy was so helpful during the whole process…working with me to design the ring, updating me on the timeline and getting the wax models brought in to make sure I was going to love it. The folks at Prestige are truly wonderful people. They will take the time to listen to you, and I mean really listen, so that when you walk out of their store, you are leaving with the exact thing you wanted. And if that isn't enough to sell you, then you should also know that they are very active in their communities. They have donated their beautiful wares for raffles to raise money for families in need and they are huge supporters of the local food banks. I could go on and on about these beautiful and caring people all day long but I won't. I'll start by saying I was dreading this process from the beginning (don't get me started about what I think about materialism of weddings and engagements blah blah blah). But... In the end it was about making my partner happy, and she sure is (she's now my fiancée!!!!). In the end, I'm glad I could end up supporting a local family run business. Shout out to Rahim who helped to pick out the perfect ring. He patiently and clearly explained everything from the service, warranty, materials and stones, brand names, etc. and answered any and all questions without ever pushing for the sale (I don't even think he took my info to try follow up with a pushy sales pitch). It seems like everyone here is kind, knowledgeable and not pushy, which is of utmost importance to me. Ultimately this got Prestige my business and 5 star review.

We bought our engagement ring and wedding band at Prestige in West Edmonton mall. We decided to custom design them. Dallas and Sam were super easy to deal with. They remembered me by name even though if had been months since our first interaction. The ring was finished earlier than expected and is exactly what I envisioned. The one prong started to lift, which is common with the style, and they fixed it super quick at no charge. I've also had it cleaned every time I pop into west Ed. I picked up a wedding band for my husband as well, since the one he ordered from an online retailer came in the wrong size. The rings are all great quality and well priced for what you get. Prestige is now our go to jeweller.

I had a ring repaired here that I did not purchase from Prestige. I paid for the first repair; however, due to an unknown pre-existing defect in the type of setting, the repair did not hold for more than a couple of weeks. They did a much more substantial repair for me afterward at no charge, adding a gold bar to each side of the channel setting to prevent it from widening enough for the diamond to fall out. I have always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and customer service. Sammy went above and beyond to make sure it was properly repaired. I have also taken a watch in for resizing. Prices have always been completely resonable. We will be back for any future jewelry needs.

Prestige was so great to work with! We were working with Dallas the entire time and he was patient and understanding. We never felt pressured into buying anything, in fact it was almost the opposite, he wanted us to be comfortable and take as long as we needed. I absolutely love the experiences I've had with Prestige Jewellers. My husband bought my Tacori wedding ring from here, I bought his wedding band as well as a watch for his birthday. I don't even have enough words to say how amazing this place is. I was feeling with Sammy; he is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will go above and beyond. He shared with me the photos of my ring I got from Spence diamonds. After they filed down my claws so badly I lost a diamond and they would not do anything; I sought out a jeweler who could. I learned from Sammy that all 12 claws need to be fixed and I was very close to losing my centre stone. Prestige will be where I go for any jewellery purchases or repairs! I started looking at engagement rings at Spence because I thought that’s where everyone goes and I’d get a good price. I stopped in at Prestige just to see what else was out there and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish Sam was amazing to deal with. He listened to us and showed us exactly what we wanted and didn’t try to push on anything at all. They had higher quality diamonds at a much better price. He was very fair in negotiating, he had my engagement ring made in great time and it came out perfect. Would definitely send friends to see him.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at prestige jewelers. I came in with a watch that I had bought elsewhere and needed some extra links for and Dallas offered to give me some of his personal extra links as he owns that same watch. I came back the next day and he even sized it for me free of charge. The store also has a great selection of watches and jewelery but above all the customer service is amazing, every associate I dealt with were amazing and I will definitely be returning when I am looking for my next watch.

I have only great things to say about the YEG location! I approached the store about a donation for a conference I was helping to organize and Dallas couldn’t help enough! The bag of door prizes he provided went above and beyond my expectations! The ladies who won them were very grateful and surprised at the quality. Went there with a year old tissot which was skipping seconds and the tachymeter not working. The store staff immediately identified that a weak battery might be the issue and replaced it. The beautiful watch was back working perfectly withing 5 minutes. Then i had a wonderful conversation with the staff about watches. Amazing staff went in to get my chain fixed after having it for 4 years they were able to fix it in a couple days, it was under warranty so it was free which I was not expecting! They even were able to get 2 knots out I’ve had in the chain for months. Highly recommend!
