Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Especially from the older blonde white lady. Went in before my shift in the mall to make a payment on an item with my boyfriend, 1) she made us wait for almost 45 minutes while she was helping another customer who said 3 or 4 times they would just look themselves, 2) she then helped another customer that walked in AFTER us while we stood in the exact same spot the entire time waiting to be serviced, 3) when she finally "helped" us, she made us feel like we were an inconvenience for her and also like my boyfriend or myself wouldn't be able to afford the ring that he had ALREADY put money down on. She kept telling my boyfriend the ring wouldn't go any lower in price, and that she had cheaper options to "better suit" me (the price was not an issue, or even something we were questioning). She seemed very apprehensive to even let me put the ring on my finger (after letting the other 2 previous customers try on whatever they wanted, and even pulling options for them!!) My boyfriend said he'd like to make a payment as it was the only ring I could see myself wearing, after looking at the file she said she "wasn't allowed" to do it while she was working alone, and to come back another time when someone else was working. Later, during my break, I went back and there was another person working but they were helping another person, and this same lady who looked over at me but didn't even say "hello"!?!?! I waited for 20 minutes this time and still nothing, the other associate did come up and ask if I needed help but said she would be with me when she's finished, that older white lady wouldn't even look in my direction anymore. No service again. My boyfriend went back a week later to try and put money down, and the SAME lady was working, when she pulled up his file she said "it's been too much time to put any more money down, you needed to come in last week to do it. There is nothing I can do to help you." When he then asked for his money back, she said she could not do that and walked away! So my boyfriend not only wasted his time and his money, but he then went to a competitor and paid almost TRIPLE for another ring . Absolutely horrible customer service from this trash employee. She made us feel poor, embarrassed, and completely emasculated my partner.

My worst experiences ever! Bought a golden necklace and unfortunately it’s broke, the closing ring is too weak. So I came and they fixed it for 15$. In two weeks!!!!! It broke in the same place, I came again and that time they took it for a few weeks to fix and offered me to thicken the chain and I agreed. In a month they called back and said it’s ready, I came and charged me for 59$ A WITHOUT making it thicker!!! The assistant there (a big man) was sooo rude he didn’t even apologized that they didn’t do half of work!!!! WORST customer service. WORST experience ever! Will never buy anything from this company again

On April 29th I shopped there and bought a few mother's day gifts. I bought 3 necklaces, a ring and a bracelet for myself. The people at the store were so nice and very helpful. The bracelet tarnished easily and i wore it only a few times. The necklace for my daughter looks amazing but the ring had a small cubic zirconia fall out and I asked about any warranty on the item and they said its only warrantied for 30 days. I feel like thats a pathetic warranty for jewellery. I want to give 1 star for customer service after the purchase, However 3 items out of 5 brought smiles to faces..

I went into paris jewellers to try to find something special for my mom I asked how much something was and the lady looked at me and said I could not afford it how does she know how much money I have plus u offer payments I was so embrassed as 1 of the other sales person going to help me sje said she is a waste of time I had people looking at like I was a street persom. I may not be dressed fancy clothes. Your customer service sucks any way I walked out and went to Ben Moss Jewellers told them the story btw I bought my items from Ben Moss I will not ever be back. She lost my sale.

This kind oriental lady helped me find something after another lady was brushing me off I think she was the manager for this day who seemed very rude some brown skinned lady . I am brown so not racist just for u to get the idea I don't know her name but the thing is I was there before and had to leave because no one was helping me maybe the way I'm dressed or something I don't know then they started serving people who came after me Honestly would've went to another store which I did but they didn't have GREAT DEALS like this store has SO I DEALT WITH THIS RUDENESS

My wife was shopping in the mall, she stopped in to to see if she could get her rings cleaned an inspected. It was not planned and she does not carry her inspection papers with here (I don’t know why anyone would?) Lanna, kept insisting over and over again that my wife needed her papers, she was so insisting she was coming across as straight up rude!! In the end, the staff performed the cleaning and inspection and put a note on my wife’s file, and also gave her receipt to show it had been done. There was no reason for Lanna to be so rude about the situation.

Was at Kingsway location yesterday to possibly exchange a pair of gold huggie earrings with diamonds my boyfriend bought. The sales associate gave sub par service and when I told her I didn't find any thing to exchange for and we would like a return we were told the stores diamond tester was not working. We took our purchase to the londonderry location and were given a refund promptly (without them testing). Wasted our time running to 2 different malls all because a jewelry store didn't have a back up diamond tester?

I did not appreciate a “protection plan” automatically being added to my purchase. When I questioned the higher cost from what I was told at the counter (vs till) the woman said “I always recommend it.” First of all, if you “recommend” it you would give me to option of adding it rather than just adding it without my prior knowledge. Secondly, that’s not an adequate answer to my question. My confusion was over the significant price difference. Shopped here because it’s a Canadian company. Won’t shop here again.

I had a good experience before. Shopped something from clearance and was never told that it’s a final sale item. I was forced to buy something else as it’s only exchange. It’s their associate’s mistake and told me to get a store credit or exchange for something. Remark from the associate is “it is what it is”. I couldn’t give 0 stars, that’s why 1 star. Never shopping with the brand again.

Awesome place for layaway they are helpful and respectful and will hold it for unfathomable amount of time after the deposit is made highly recommend them even if think can afford it they are vary helpful and understanding and are willing to help you find something that you will truly love.

This little store is on the main floor of a Great Mall. I have purchased jewelry from their bigger store upstairs but the service and the people in this Outlet is incredible. They fixed a bracelet for me that is invaluable and they took the time to make it right again.

Bought wedding rings here, warranty they sold me said they cover loose fittings or missing stones. Found out that it only covers a missing stone but have to pay to re set it.
