Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I should say in stark contract to my experience at the Windsor store. Today I made my seventh (7th) phone call to the Fortitude Valley store and was hung up on for the second time by Alex regarding a cancelled order from July 2022. He was previously rude and hung up the phone in November 2022. If head office reads this, Alex has my email, please get in contact with me to resolve this before we get to 12 months. I would recommend you consider who you have customer facing, terrible representation of the business.

We were on the hunt for large, black, lightweight outdoor pots for our apartment balcony. Freedom The Valley has an excellent range....and Chelsea was so warm, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us. Nothing was too much trouble for her in checking sizes, style options and prices. We are so grateful to Chelsea for making our quest an easy and enjoyable one. We're thrilled with both the product and service, and just LOVE the results!!! Thank you, Chelsea!

Great store, friendly staff, easy parking underneath the building. Set over several floors, so it's slightly different to the standard Freedom store layout. A lift is available if you find the stairs difficult or require wheelchair access. This store had a few more pieces than the Windsor store, but the Windsor store has a bigger kitchen showroom. Clearance items are tucked under the stairs, on the right hand side - by the main entrance.

I found the staff here so helpful, especially the lovely Donna. Nothing was too much trouble and she spent ages with me making sure the dimensions would work and giving me advice on a bunch of other factors too with no pressure to buy or upselling. So friendly and kind and rare for a retail environment. Highly recommend and a sincere thanks to you Donna.

The support, professionalism and absolute "can do" attitude provided to us proved second to none. A special mention to Oscar, Jo, Danielle, Chelsea and Caleb for going the extra mile to ensure we received all of our preferred choices on time. Went in on advice from a friend who said I would get a great outdoor rug. Saw at least 6 staff chatting on the way in. Spent a half an hour looking at rugs and no one asked if I needed any help. I liked a few but could not decide. Went across to Adairs and could not believe how many staff offered to assist me.

We had a great experience at Valley Freedom..Nova was fantastic in helping us chose multiple items for our new home and we felt she was very genuine and upfront with us about cost and options. Highly recommend.

This Barret Leather Recliner complements the 3 seater Leather Barret we purchased from this Freedom store. The staff here know the true meaning of customer service. Good work again, team.

The store may be a little yuppy priced and the lift from the car park opened into a less than welcome space. They normally do better.
