We bought a bed that cost over $1000 from here less than a year ago (which we paid in full and did not finance) and while the customer service was good as far as purchasing the bed the quality of the products is poor. The decorative gems started coming off almost immediately and the bed is surrounded by a frame where even if my two year old steps on it to get into the bed it collapses which is obviously very dangerous. When we first got the bed the pieces where everywhere and not wrapped and the screws where everywhere, the store had very little concern or empathy AFTED our purchase. Not satisfied with this purchase at all and doubt I would purchase anything else or recommend them again.

I’ll start of by saying all the staff here are absolutely wonderful. My fiancé and I were having trouble finding the right couch for our odd shaped living room, James and all the other staff made it a complete breeze. It’s very rare you run into a company dealing with such mass quantity and the owner still be as kind and understanding as a mom and pop shop. The delivery team was excellent and extremely careful even though they had to carry well over 600lbs of furniture up 3 flights of stairs. Thank you again to all the great people here.

Dani was amazing and really did everything to help us get approved for amazing prices and sales. She was such a big help for giving ideas on what we can put in our first, brand new apartment which was overwhelming for us since we didn’t even know where to start, but a deal she told us about really made everything easier for us and our new coming baby! It was an amazing feeling walking in to this facility with a wonderful welcoming and direct attention from Dani. Gave my wife and I an amazing tour of the store, explained their promotions and what they were offering. Helped us design our home helping us with several selections of furniture options.
