Highly disappointed. It started off great when Iz greeted me and assisted me in finding the right sectional, ottoman, and rug on Thursday Oct 12. I was told that everything was in stock and it should be delivered by Monday the 16th or Tuesday the 17th. I was told the delivery guys would call me to schedule the time. It was very important that I could quickly have it delivered. Come Monday I hadn’t heard from anyone and I called the store and was told that the could squeeze me in on Thursday the 19th for delivery. I called Thursday because I needed to know what time and that’s when I was told that only the ottoman was in stock and the sectional wouldn’t be there until the following Friday, Oct 27th and then they would call to schedule my delivery!!! I was very upset and would have NEVER purchased that couch if I knew it was going to take that long to get. Is called me that evening and I was offe a free cruise for 2 for 4 nights/5 days but I have to pay taxes and port fees. Well I was finally scheduled for delivery on November 2nd between 4-6pm. They finally arrived at 8:30pm!! The two gentleman were very quick and friendly. When I finally received my “free” cruise certificate, in order to activate it, you have to pay $49 and then the taxes and port fees would be $223 per person so my “free” cruise would end up costing me $496 when I’ve already paid $2398 for my sectional, ottoman, and rug!!!! So disappointed in my experience and I would never recommend them when this is how they conduct business!!!!

Don’t waste your time at this location. If you want the best experience, visit the Blanding location and ask for Dani. Kayla was my rep and she was TERRIBLE! I traveled from GA just to purchase my furniture from her and I wish I never did! I bought furniture for my bedroom, dining room, AND living room. None of which were in their home packages. I actually spent a lot of money to get exactly what I wanted. It took one day for delivery (which I thought was great), when the delivery guys unwrapped my dresser mirror we noticed it was broken. The guys told me to let Kayla know and she will call the warehouse. It took her over a month just to call. Then the delivery drivers delivered the new mirror, but broke my dresser leg trying to slide it in place. Over carpet. I reached out to Kayla, she said she will call the warehouse. I waited over 2 weeks. Reached back out to her and got no response. I literally had to drive BACK to Jax because she would no longer respond. It’s been over 3 months and I’ve yet to hear from the warehouse. If you absolutely have to buy your furniture from them, just save yourself a headache and talk to Dani. Kayla was completely useless, and unprofessional.

I bought furniture from this store on June 1, 2021. The three pieces were promised delivery in six weeks. I had not heard from them by September 1, 2021 so I called. They said the furniture was coming the next week. I called the next week. No furniture. The next week I called and got a delivery scheduled for in three days. Two pieces were delivered. Called about the third piece and told they weren’t making the matching chair any longer. I reminded the salesman that I paid for three piece and if I didn’t get my money back or a replacement I was going to picket the store and file charges. The salesman told me I could come in a select another chair. That was unsatisfactory to me. He decided that he would take photos of chairs they had at the store and I could pick whatever I wanted. It is now October 2021 and still didn’t have my chair. I selected a chair from the photos and was promised delivery in three days. Very unsatisfied with the customer service I received.

We visited the location in the Avenues Mall. Sammy was super helpful in getting us the perfect chair. I saw the chair online but it was not in the store for us to try out. He recommended another chair that would feel the same since it was the same brand. We decided to buy it since they were offering a good discount for Mother’s Day. It arrived within the 1-3 week window he gave us. I picked it up at the store and the delivery men were so friendly and loaded it into my vehicle for me. It took less than 5 minutes to put together. It’s perfect for our space and the price was excellent. Sammy called a few times during the 1-3 week time frame to update us with an expected arrival date and even called back after I had picked it up to see how we liked it. I have honestly never encountered a more polite and dedicated salesperson before. I would highly recommend giving Furniture Source a try and giving Sammy a chance to help you out.

Purchased a vacation home near the Jacksonville, florida area and happened upon furniture source at the “Avenues Mall” location. The staff was great, Because we purchased three rooms of furniture they gave us a great deal. They were patient, especially because I was indecisive about what I wanted after visiting the store 3 times and even after it was delivered to my home they accommodated my request! Who does that today.. we worked with a Manager (sorry can’t remember all the names), Ray, July, Zur and Jocelyn or jazlynn ( sorry if I misspelled ). Never rude or unwilling to help me! They were very flexible and worked with me. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience and very nice furniture as well! The furniture delivery men were very professional, put the furniture up with no issues. Thank you guys!

When I went to inquire about a dresser at the Avenues store, the 2 girls behind the counter weren't wearing mask! I inquired about a dresser, they didn't have it, the sales girl showed me another one on a computer screen, I said, I'll take it as long as it doesn't take forever, the sales girl said, don't worry I will give you periodic follow ups, she never did, I've had to all the calling and follow ups myself, now 4 weeks into my purchase, I have to wait for someone to call me from the warehouse to set up delivery, in which will be a major inconvenience since I will be out of town the whole week! I will never buy anything from these people again!

I just wanted to give compliments to the owner, as well as the employee at this store. For hiring a wonderful person. She genuinely shows attentiveness and care of all of your concerns. James was extremely helpful, and smells great too! Furniture Source has a huge selection in stock, they carry the entire Ashley furniture product line and stock several other manufacturers as well, so my entire order was delivered less than a week after we finalized the deal. If you can find anything they sell for less anywhere else they will beat any competitors prices, given that they carry just about everything that you will see in any other furniture store here in Jacksonville or online and the fact that they will not be under sold I don't anticipate that I will ever buy furniture anywhere else.

My experience was outstanding I can say by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a while. Brandon was very amazing and welcoming and most importantly friendly to my significant other and I. We visited the location in the Avenues Mall just looking around to get a early idea of furniture for our house once our current lease is up. Because of Brandon we definitely will be returning when it’s time to purchase our Bedroom and Living room set in a couple months. Let first say, Iz is the best!! I answered a FB ad for furniture but I was just looking for a bedroom suite. She was able to finance me a bedroom suite and sectional. The delivery team was great as well took care not to scuff my hardwood floors. I had a issue with the size of the first sectional and without hesitation she had me come in and switch to one that would fit. The manager Will and Brad are super accommodating and wants you to have what you want at the price you need. I’ll definitely be making these folks my furniture family!

I purchased a bedroom set from this company and it was a nightmare to say the least. I saw the set that I wanted and the manager said that he was going to order it, come to find out he sent me the one from the show room, which has starches and dings, I brought this to their attention and the were disingenuous regarding the set. Also, I had a one year warranty and reported that a drawer was not working properly and the manager said that someone would be by to fix it, that never happened!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scam artist!!!!!

Really cool and unique furniture. If your a Jaguars fan they have many cool looking and different sizes of the big cat. It would go great in your Jaguar Man Cave or Lady Lounge! Nice vases, etc. I bought a three piece wall art for my wife for xmas. One of the coolest things about the store was the young lady who sold me my piece gave me a 10% discount......but I had to ask. Never be afraid to ask for a lower price....the worst that will happen is the retailer would say no. Cool store for sure.....thank you Furniture Source!

Terrible service, they jacked up the entire order, didn't deliver items on time, they don't communicate well amongst eachother, so when you are having issues with your items, nobody knows what's going on because they won't communicate. And then they promise delivery on certain days and don't even show up. Then when you make a complaint to them, the best thing they do is offer you an in store credit of 50$ when nothing in their store is 50$. Highly disappointed at their lack of concern, care, or professionalism.

They have a great selection of furniture for a decent price & great customer service. The problem came with the delivery. I purchased a bed and dresser on Black Friday and a couch the day after. They assured me all of my furniture would be delivered within 2 weeks. I call in & they said it would be delivered on 12/11. I go in the store on 12/10 to make sure and they tell me my bed and dresser are here but my couch won’t be here until 1/3/2020! It’s just incredibly frustrating & inconvenient.

Was given the run around about receiving my further. I paid $250 and got 1/2 of my delivery. They didn't reach out to me about why I didn't get my delivery. The warehouse scheduled the delivery without calling me for a time that was good for me. Never will I shop there again!

Happy with our leather couch set. My only issue is with delivery. There is NO communication. We scheduled a delivery for 3-5pm and the trucked showed up AFTER 7pm. No phone call updates from the driver or the store. Very aggravating.
