Place is usually closed when I take my walk on the weekend but last week they were there and I needed some flowers so I went in, lady immediately says we're closed. I say I just need three red roses is all, not even anything done to them, just the flowers, please. She says sorry, closed, come back Monday. I leave and continue my walk which has me loop around the park and go down Baltic which is at their back door. Same lady and a younger girl are loading box's of stuff and all sorts of plants into a black truck. I stop and I'm looking at all the pretties. I figure they must be doing some sort of event or something and continue my walk but then the lady comes running up with three red roses! I figure cool and pull out my card to pay. She tells me to just take the flowers and go and I thank her but I want to pay I tell her. She says, just go, they're free for your trouble. I thank her again and tell her that I'll just stop by Monday and pay then and she says don't they're on me, buh-bye. I thought she was acting very strange but I had my flowers, still feel funny about not paying for them even though she was a bit rude.

We needed an arrangement for the services of a very special employee. I am so pleased to confirm that you stand behind EVERY word of your promise to provide a beautiful floral arrangement that was delivered in a timely and professional manner. It can often be the case that ordering from out of state requires that you have to "trust" the vender to deliver what they advertise. Although I was not able to personally attend, everyone felt that your arrangement was the MOST beautiful! We have been very pleased from the start with the courteous and helpful representative we spoke to on the phone (Kirsten) to the presentation of the final product. Can't thank you enough!! I rate Gardner’s Florist five stars for their exceptional service and superior products. We have used them since we moved to JAX 2016. The service has always been over-the-top polite, professional, and friendly. They are absolutely great, and their products and arrangements are always beautiful. Their delivery guy is funny, friendly and he provides professional delivery of beautiful arrangements. Whether its for a birthday, anniversary, sympathy from a passing of a loved one or pet, or just a random Tuesday to say “I love you”, I have ordered arrangements from Gardner’s for all kinds of occasions and they have been very helpful.

The arrangement that was delivered was unique and pretty; my Mom loved them. Unfortunately, it was not the arrangement that I ordered through an online flora vendor. I understand that some substitution is expected when ordering this way, but this wasn't even close. I ordered expedited delivery, and they delivered the order in less than an hour. The first picture is what I ordered, and the second is the arrangement that was delivered.

Nobody does it better! I love supporting local businesses. My husband had flowers sent to my work as a surprise. The bouquet was beyond the most gorgeous I've ever seen. We have never used anyone else since moving to Jacksonville. The bouquets made for my mother in law and myself for my husband's military retirement ceremony were so beautiful we both cried.

Ordered flowers for a sick relative. Price came to $98.98. Rlative sent a picture of the flowers. I expected a larger vase with beautiful flowers and at least a bow. Flowers were in a small clear BOWL, no bow and quite unattractive. Will NEVER use this so called florist again!

My son lives out of state and always uses Gardner's Florist for special occasions. Every arrangement I receive from Gardner's is beautiful. Their flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged and last quite some time. I would definitely recommend them.
