Great family run feel! Wife and I came in on a Saturday and they were swamped. Didn't detract from the experience at all though! The staff did a great job of communicating with and checking on the customers. The owner was super nice and helpful! We had tried several competitors in the area and they were all out of the sandals I wanted. Goodman's had exactly what I was looking for in many varieties! They didn't have the particular color my wife was looking for, but instead of just trying to get you to order it online like everyone else, they checked to see if they were in the following week's shipment and we just preordered them. We are both very happy with our purchases! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Can't say enough nice things about this place! We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent service. Will order for you if they don't stock the color you want, and keep it if it doesn't meet your expectations. Will offer similar styles in other brands, but I've NEVER had any pressure to buy. Wide selection of brands (and some catalogs); sale section worth a look. I've found their shoes last and tho' not cheap, they're worth it! I've bought a number of shoes at Goodman's that I've had forever; one pair for 20 years, and I expect they'll outlast me! I've never needed repair on a shoe. Mrs. Goodman once told me I needed to buy walking shoes 1/2 size LARGER!; great advice.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes during the COVID time. Most ordered goods have backlog during this time. I’ve had a very bad experience with another store that just beat around the bush, evade repeated phone calls and never provide me with reasons as to why I didn’t get my product. Mr. Gary Goodman himself called me 4 times to update me on my shoes. He and his crew worked really hard, calling different places to get me my shoes. This is what I call customer service and will continue being a patron to this store. Thank you, Mr. Goodman.

I ordered shoes from them through Amazon. I had to return the shoes. A UPS store stole my return. UPS said that the seller needed to call UPS. The seller told me they could do nothing. $100 gone. Police report filed, but would have been nice if Goodman's would have taken a few minutes to assist me. Had they called UPS, UPS would have contacted the store and the store might have "found" my package.

Just had the best experience. Walked in with a desperate need for slip resistant shoes. Was greeted by Hank, a beautiful friendly dog and Patty, the owner. She gave me lots of options and educated me on how important good shoes And socks are. She even put on, took off and checked the shoes to make sure they were the right fit! I left the store extremely happy with my purchase and I will be back!

This is a family-owned business and Patty helped me out finding some pairs of shoes that looked good but would also fit well. If a shoe I liked wasn’t available on my size, she would find several similar shoes for me to pick. She was super nice and I enjoyed talking with her and her husband. I overall had a great experience here! More than anything, I got some nice-looking, comfortable shoes.

This place is So Super Awesome. All staff members are friendly. They treat you like you are family. I went in unsure if I would EVER be able to walk and move again. I left with happy tears, a new hope, and walking better than I have in at least 3 months. It's hard to believe that all the pain I was in was due to needing new shoes. Tyler did a great job helping my wife and I find our new pairs of shoes! When the styles we ordered arrived, Tyler even helped by professionally fitting the insoles I selected. And, Goodman's offered a donation service for my worn out old shoes. Even if the shoes are too old, as a backup the charity converts the shoes into playground ground cover.

Outstanding staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they really want their customers to find the right shoe. They also carry a really great variety of comfort shoes and shoes for a variety of foot issues. I found the prices to be comparable to shopping directly from the shoe companies online. I would definitely suggest and return.

I hate buying shoes because I have horrendous chubby troll feet, so shoe shopping always is such a tedious chore to me. Yet, somehow I always leave with a smile and shoes that make me feel like I have suitable tootsies. I love the staff, the owners and of course their lovable mascot Hank. We came into town for an event and my husband forgot dress shoes. They opened earlier than other stores, so we went there. The selection was amazing, I was impressed by the quality of shoes and the staff were fantastic, very helpful and informative. Highly recommend and I would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Had a very wide selection of shoe styles and sizes, and a significant selection of shoes on clearance. It is typically difficult to find shoes that fit my wife's feet, but we found a couple different options here and received more tips from staff on other places/brands to investigate. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, they didn't have steel toed work shoes, which are required by my new employer. Again, a great place to shop for shoes!
