The office staff and Dr. Tabesh are very friendly and the facilities are very clean and inviting. However, I had a very bad experience with the most important thing: the actual dental procedures. Here is a brief run down of my experience. I went in for a cleaning. This went off without a hitch. After an extensive gambit of x-rays, I was informed that a couple of old fillings needed to be replaced. Certainly, this happens, but the teeth certainly were not bothering me at all. Well, after the procedure, there was a lot of residual pain, particularly on the bottom half. I went back in for a bite adjustment. They did not charge for this, which is good because there was actually more pain after the adjustment than before. I went back in about a week later to get one of the two fillings completely re-done. The procedure was fine, but, once again, there was a lot of lingering pain. Months later, the filling still hurts to touch with my nail. The pain has caused me to change how I chew food, which has actually led to a clicking discomfort in my jaw. I am going to be getting the whole thing redone at a different dental office. I went from no pain to pain and jaw problems. This experience could be a radical outlier, but I have never had any problems at a dentist before and I don't use freezing when I get fillings done, which goes to show my threshold of pain. All in all, the office seems to be going well, so I suspect most people do not have bad experiences. I, however, had a terrible time and I am not going back.

I can’t speak highly enough about this dentist and office. I broke my tooth Friday- a dental emergency. I called my dentist who was getting me in Monday. My dentist was sick and his next available was a month away. I started to scramble to find a dentist who could see me ASAP and would accept my insurance. I phoned this dental office and the staff was so accommodating and nice to me. To my surprise and happiness, they accept my insurance for emergency situations. Success! They were able to get me in a few hours later. The office was immaculate, all the staff were so nice. Chatting with the patients. I could tell all the regular patients at this office felt at home at this dentist. The dentist I met was extremely nice. Explained my situation and the tooth break. He didn’t sugar coat my dental situation and I appreciated that so much. The tooth was behind saving, and beyond what I could afford to save anyways. So it has to come out. The dentist I saw told me he was running behind for the day he wanted to make sure he wasn’t rushed and I was comfortable for the extraction. Which I also appreciated so much. The tooth will come out tomorrow. This office treats their patients like family. While I am so grateful for the emergency help. I wish I could switch over to this office permanently. That’s how good my experience was. I can’t thank everyone enough that works here!

I have gone to Dr. Tabesh for significant dental work over the past 7 years. I have had excellent care from him. He has had to perform some serious complex work on my teeth (tooth exploded twenty years after an injury!) He was very compassionate and tried to fit me in quickly in his schedule. He always followed up with me and provided follow-up services without charge a few times. I have previously had dental work done in Boston, MA and I never had such a caring competent dentist. He is often getting additional training and he has a great deal of expertise with root canals and damaged teeth. He has also helped me so much reducing the negative impact of teeth grinding. I feel really confident recommending him. The support staff are also excellent and they have a good system of providing reminders of your upcoming appointments .They are very quick to respond and they are always so kind and friendly, I also am impressed with the dental hygenists. They are caring and very competent. They are very good with young children and my whole family enjoys going there. Overall an excellent place!

I can't say enough about the team at Greenwood Park Dental. From their kindness, accommodation, and excellent patient care from the first phone call all the way through treatment, I am incredibly grateful for each member of the team. My adult son has a developmental disability and an extreme fear of dentists. Erin at the front desk took her time to make sure they were the right fit and from the first moment, her kindness and compassion stood out to me. Heather treated my son first. She was respectful and patient with him and took her time to explain each procedure so he felt more comfortable. Dr. Chen was professional and just as patient, giving my son options for care and listening to each of his worries no matter how much time it took to express them (my son has a speech impairment). I would consider my family a high maintenance experience () but we are always greeted with a smile and feel quite welcome here. They go over and above to make their space a safe one. Overall happy with my experiences with Greenwood Park, the team is super nice and enjoyable to deal with. However, I switched to this office, which is on the complete other side of the city to where I live, as at the time they were offering a special deal for new clients (free professional whitening). After completing a significant amount of dental work I asked about finally being able to take advantage of this deal and was told that they no longer offered it. I was given a whitening pen in its place, which obviously does not seem to come close to the value of what I was originally offered. Even when I expressed my confusion, disappointment and willingness to wait for whenever this service could be offered to me again (due to Covid), I wasn’t met with an alternative. While I will continue with my care here for now since again, overall it has been enjoyable, I would be open to making a switch to somewhere closer that could meet my needs due to the feeling of distrust this left with me.

Great customer service from his staff, not so much him when I needed a bite adjustment and he wasn't getting anymore money from me. He also said he had the most advanced x-ray machine, yet it didn't show my cavities. He ended up charging me extra for a cavity that the xray didn't pick up. I currently now have a new dentist fixing his work. One cavity he filled, wasn't filled enough, left a big gap and now it constantly aches. I only have enough money to get the cap on my root canal so the mistake the Dr at Greenwood did will have to wait. I am not happy at all with what this dentist did and how his attitude changed once he was doing my bite adjustment 2x as I was in so much pain, total ignorance, once again as he knew he wasn't getting anymore money from me. I NEVER complain about a doctor or write reviews but I am just trying to help others, I would do my research and don't let the friendly staff fool you, in the end its the work thats done on your teeth that count.

I cannot thank Dr. Tabesh and staff enough for their ongoing care, compassion, precision and professionalism. I had broken a crown above the gumline, and needed a replacement for the tooth. I saw three dentists before finding Dr. Tabesh - One said he couldn't do anything, the second broke another tooth (and scraped significant enamel off other teeth) while performing the assessment/exam/cleaning, and the third promised to fix everything immediately for an exorbitant fee (I'm not a dentist, but even I knew that wasn't possible). It was a long process, but the results are incredible. Dr. Tabesh explained that I needed a bone graft and healing before an implant was possible. Along the way, he and his staff treated me with kindness and patience. The new tooth is finally in, and it looks perfect... feels perfect... bites perfectly, with very little pain along each stage. I'm so grateful, and would recommend Greenwood Park Dentistry to anyone. :)

As someone who always feared the dentist, Dr Tabesh and his team always ensure that I feel as comfortable as possible. They’ve always found solutions to create a less anxious environment with a pain free experience. I had my wisdom teeth removed with little to no postop pain, little to no traumatic memory and a very quick recovery. He did my filling recently and used a laser because I didn’t want to be frozen. Not only did he do it in a record time (I wasn’t even done my 30 min episode they played in the overhead TV), but I was pain free with only a small amount of cold sensitivity intraoperatively. The dental assistants have been so compassionate and caring to me. The dental hygienists always remember you when you come in, are very personable and clean my teeth beautifully. I’ve never had a more positive experience at a dentist, until now.

Today was an absolute pleasure . My experiences with dentist in the past have unfortunately poor to say the least . But every experience has been extremely inviting and comfortable with Greenwood park . They have gone definitely above and beyond for me there the last few visits and have left an impression. Personable, flexible, and by far the easiest to work with out of all my dentist in my life. Heather and dr Chen amongst all the rest of the crew ... Erin and dr t ... Are just incredable. Workmanship , teamwork .... If anyone is looking to get there teeth looked after or just wanna go in and have a friendly chat , go on in . I highly recommend Greenwood over anyplace ! My son has a fear of the dentist. I wanted him to go somewhere and have a fresh start. I have nothing bad to say about previous dentists as they were wonderful I just believe this was the best experience my family has had. My son has problems with his teeth but we were informed through the whole appointment. The staff are very friendly. Megan the front desk is great! I am very happy with everything. My son has to go back in a few weeks for more work and he is not fearful. Because they took their time to go over everything with him he now has the trust that he has been lacking in the past. They were all very lovely and I appreciate how they got us in quickly to help fix his dental problems. I highly recommend them especially for children.

I had one cleaning and one wisdom teeth extraction here after my colleague recommended the office. And I was so impressed! All of my visits were lovely and my recovery from the extraction was near perfect. The front desk staff (Erin and Megan and maybe one other person?) were so friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. I never felt rushed on the phone. A junior doctor (Dr. C?) helped me during my cleaning and Dr. Tabesh did my extraction. And the assistants were also just so warm and friendly. Everyone was patient, professional, and approachable. Lol my review sounds fake at this point cuz so far my experience had been perfect . I highly recommend the place! Oh and they have Netflix!

I had my wisdom teeth removed today. After sedation they led me to the room for the procedure where they caused me stress to the pint of tears and then told my mother that she could no longer be in the room during the procedure. They then continued to hold me down to put all tubes and stuff on my face, WHILE I WAS HAVING A PANIC ATTACK. This is disgusting. I have never been treated this poorly as a human being at a professional practice in my life. They have zero respect for their patients well being, and they are only in it for the money. I will not be returning and due to past experiences as well, I DO NOT recommend that you choose "Dr." Tabesh to be your dentist.

I recently brought my nephew in for the unfortunate but necessary removal of all four of his wisdom teeth. Despite his apprehension the entire experience with the dentist and staff put his mind at ease. He was able to go into the procedure totally prepared, as they took pains to explain everything to him and to make him comfortable. They went over all the details with him when it was done, made sure he was prepared for all the after-care, and went above and beyond by helping make sure he was safe walking back out to my car for the ride home. They gave us a wonderful experience and they are most definitely recommended.

In our 4 year posting, I loved going here. I highly recommend it to everyone. I had different procedures done, including a surgery. I recovered very well from the surgery. By far the best dentist I've ever had. The staff is phenomenal. They are very friendly, professional, and great with kids. The faucility is very clean, accomodating and inviting. Every single visit for my daughter and myself was awesome. When I mentioned the gum surgery I had, to the dentist at our new location, they couldn't find a scar. They said the surgery was very well done. I really miss going here.

I am very surprised to see the negative review on here.I have been a client of theirs for over 5 years and have had everything from root canals,fillings,caps and porcelain crowns.I have never had a bad experience and on the contrary always found them to be accommodating,personal and professional.I rely on Moe and his team to fix whatever occurs and as a night grinder I am hard on my teeth so there is extra care needed. I recommend their clinic to friends and family and have never had a bad report back on their service.

Dr. Tabesh did an amazing job on a surgical procedure I had. It was so much easier than I anticipated and I have quite a bit of dental anxiety from a recent negative experience with another clinic. I am a new to this clinic having moved to the area. Many dental offices closer to me but this clinic and Dr. Tabesh were highly recommended. During my first visit everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, informative and thorough. They had state-of-the-art equipment compared to my former dental office. I appreciated that time was taken to explain procedures to be done. All my questions were fully answered. Happy with the service provided.

I was really impressed by how genuinely wonderful everyone was, from the people at the reception desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor - everyone was down to earth, supportive, and I feel like they all went out of their way to ensure it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
