I was very fortunate to call WM.GROVES for a sanity sewer back up, line inspection and augering of the line from the house clean to the street connection. As soon as I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Cassandra, I knew I had been connected with a great company. I asked wss it possible for one of their staff members to come advise and help us I was assured that she would have someone arrive at the house. I was told the approximate time of the arrival of the service rep and that I would receive a call to let me know that the technician would be arriving soon. I received the call and within about 10 minutes Adam from Groves arrived. I knew we were in good hands when a lovely clean service truck showed up and we met Adam. He represented himself and Groves in a knowledgeable , polite manner and was able to look after the problem and gave us advice for going forward. My Dear late Dad was a plumber, steam and gas fitter and I know how physically demanding this type of work is. Adam did the work was efficient and clean and we were told to call if we had any concerns. I would like to Thank Cassandra and Adam from Groves and would recommend them to everyone. Cindy Kitching

Called if they can fix and or replace a septic pump that isn’t working. Told me that it would be no problem and they’d come and fix it. They showed up and spent 2 minutes looking at the pump and deduced we needed an electrician because they don’t do the electric. So why tell me they would be able to fix it or replace it only then to just drive out and not be able to do that unless it was a plug in. Company didn’t disclose properly what they could or couldn’t do. Because of that I paid for one hour of service to know what I already knew which is pump doesn’t work. They are rude and condescending. Use this company at own risk. Lawyer said I could take legal action but in the end the time and effort to hold them accountable wasn’t worth it to us. Terrible.

Used this service to repair a drain leak and they didn’t do the full inspection as discussed. The tech was late by 3 hours after multiple calls to figure out where he was as I had to clean sewage. They flushed the drain and did not do an inspection after to make sure it was clear with a camera. They also broke my back water valve of which I now had to repair. I had a second company in to look when I didn’t want to pay another 300$ to have this company back to fix a job that should’ve been completed and inspected. When discussing this with Cassandra she was gaslighting me with her condescending language. I will not recommend using this company and if you do ask ALL questions and get it in writing.

This company helped me out very quickly. I had 35+ houses backing up with sewer issues and they came out and flushed the sewers. They actually billed me less than quoted. The only reason its not a 4 or 5 star review is that 3 days after the "flush" the same thing happened and I had to get another company to "snake out" the sewer on extremely short notice as there was a blockage of tree roots. I will still use Groves again as their guys suggested there may be other issues, yet they are the experts I rely on their professional opinion and if a "flush" wasn't going to fix the issue.. just tell me

I used this company to change out the lead pipe leading to our house. This was a very professional experience from the first phone call I made to the moment the work crew left. The communication was excellent with reception and supervision and with the work crew who were very pleasant and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Some problems were discovered after digging the deep hole to access the pipe and they solved it successfully in a speedy and in a professional manner. The work was done properly and the site was cleaned very well and the price was very fair as well.

We had Wm Groves do work for us back in about late 2014. We needed them again to do a small job. Our call on Sat. was responded to promptly and b/c it wasn't a pressing emergency, Will assured us that we would get a call on Monday. We did get an early call and Mike came here first thing this morning. He was meticulous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he explained things well to us. Fair and reasonable price. Used WM Groves for excavation for a cistern Oct 2016. Damage was done to patio stones by their truck. Was told by crew to advise office of damage upon receiving bill. Finally after requesting the bill numerous times we received the bill February 2017 and as told by the crew requested the cost of damage be removed from the bill. They flat out refuse to cover cost of damage. Very poor customer service. Not a happy customer and do not recommend their services to anyone.

We needed emergency service for one of our rental properties and we were not around for it but are very pleased with sewage service and professionalism of their customer service staff. They were punctual with our service appointment, snaked and fixed 2 blockages, and kept us informed all throughout. They fixed the problem, our tenants are happy, and we didn't have to worry about anything. We highly recommend WM Groves!

I've used them through my place of work multiple times and have always been great. I ACCIDENTALLY called them when I was just googling there info and I immediately hung up. They called back within minutes saying sorry they missed the call and if I needed help with something. Refreshing to see in a time when it's hard to even get a business to call you back at all.

Called at night for a backed up sewer, they came right away, technician was great but the charges the technician explaind were reasonable, the next day their office called me and said their guy screwed up the invoice and wanted another $ 130 out of me. Was really not impressed with their billing

We recently had Groves come into our home to address a plumbing problem we were having that was misdiagnosed by another company. Mike came to our home to assess the issue and sent his tech Mike who corrected the issue within a couple of hours. Thank you for an honest and professional job.

We had a backed up drain and minor flooding. Groves was very friendly to talk to, up front pricing and in the end great service. The truck they came in had a high pressured water hose which solved our problem very professional service would use them again!

I have nothing but rave reviews for this company. One day before closing on my house, I had an urgent need for draining services. I called Friday at 2:45pm, Nile arrived at 3:30pm and was done by 4:15pm. Not even Amazon could beat this speedy service!
