"Worst hospital I've ever been into"
"Christina F"
"My experience at HCA Kingwood was all positive"
"I had to take my child there and the staff was very professional"
"I was transferred to HCA Kingwood from Elite Hospital because I needed a surgery consult and Elite did not have the team or capability to care for me based on the results of my CT"
Worst hospital I've ever been into. I mean the staff are nice but when I tell them something about my history they have to question me on why I can't do a certain thing or whatever. Also very disrespectful and very rude. It feels like they don't care about the patients or the patients well-being. All they care about is the money
Christina F. in the ER was superb! By far the best nurse I encountered during my visit. She was patient, attentive, kept me informed, answered my questions, and made me feel 100% comfortable and made me feel like a priority even though I know I there were sicker people there. The world needs more nurses like her.
My experience at HCA Kingwood was all positive. I had a day surgery (hernia repair) and the whole process was very smooth. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Surgery is always stressful but they made it a lot easier.
I had to take my child there and the staff was very professional. Especially the nurses, they treated us humanely. I never felt judged, my child was also pleased with her rapport with the members of staff including the radiology technician.
I was transferred to HCA Kingwood from Elite Hospital because I needed a surgery consult and Elite did not have the team or capability to care for me based on the results of my CT. The ambulance transported me to the hospital and checked me
The staff is friendly but the method of conducting business and gathering patient information has to be the most unprofessional I have ever witnessed in my life. After being at this location for well over 8 hours two doctors on a different
I came in around 1am with a busted lip due to falling and hitting my head. I knew the staff would be busy around holidays and I expected to be there for a far longer period however I was greeted by two amazing nurses who took me and guided
This hospital is a complete joke. I was left without pain control immediately after surgery and for most of the hospital stay. I had back surgery and couldn't get up and down without assistance. Alot of this hospitals staff are neglectful
By far the WORST hospital staff!!! The charge nurse was worse than the nurse. They took hours to get a new IV, we were told there is only one person for 400 beds to do an IV. Nurses don’t give IV. Every family member and friends that have
My mother was just treated horribly. Left in a hallway in a bed for over 24 hours. We’re told they don’t know when they will have a bed. Priority first. My mother is wheezing gasping for air, elevated blood pressure, with a swollen leg. I
I recently spent several days in this hospital in Kingwood for the birth of my granddaughter. While in the L&D wing located in the South Tower, my daughter had a great team of nurses that tag-teamed throughout various shifts until she was
Love the labor and delivery. However, the emergency room is absolutely disgusting. The furniture in waiting area is dirty and damaged and all different pieces. They keep you in here while they do everything all types of test swabs out in
I came in for issues that I'm having with my feet, and they've worked on everything but that including putting chest tubes in my chest to supposedly "drain fluid" and they messed it up because they punctured my lung, then that has been 4
Should rename the hospital "Killwood Hospital" - horrible patient care. ER nurses and doctors refuse to make eye contact with you in case "you have a need" they might have to address. The ER nurse in charge of admitting my mom, left her
This is the worst hospital. Family member was brought here due to needing ICU. Family arrived on Friday afternoon. The doctors never talked to us. No one would tell us about our family member who is intubated. No prognoses. No plan.
Today I was transferred from an independent hospital where I was admitted and needed further observation due to that faculty not having a cardiac team they called this hospital for further care and observation. They accepted me as
I just recently had a baby here at HCA. I have to say it was such a pleasant experience. From the moment we got to the hospital EVERY nurse was amazing. Prior to delivery I had reservations about getting an epidural due to having
The worst hospital in the humble/Kingwood area. My grandmother is in for heart problems and she has been treated poorly due to her having a language barrier. The staff have laughed In her face, failed to
The ER called my daughter to tell her that her father had died. In the same call, they asked her who would be picking up the body. They called her in a total of 6 times with the same question.
Dear HCA Team, I want to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care provided during
